On Being Sold a Bill of Goods — Public Notice to China

Dear China/CHINA,
You have been “sold a Bill of Goods” — don’t feel bad. The same imposters tried to pull the same thing on us, and almost succeeded.
Time to assess what you actually acquired from them, which is stolen property and non-existent debt.
The actual international law that pertains to this situation is: “Possession by pirates does not change ownership.”
What you have acquired by purchase and by claims of indebtedness, known as the “UNITED STATES, INC.” has no assets or trademarks of its own. Everything they had was stolen property. You acquired debt that was owed to us and no offset accounting was done to mitigate the debt.
So, you’ve been swindled and we’ve been swindled.
And we all know who and what is at fault in this mess.
We are passing on this information to the U.S. Military, which will not be allowed to stand down if China attempts any action against this country, and we are inviting you to contact us to discuss reparations that are due from the Vatican and the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London and the British Monarch — not from us.

This International Notice goes out to all the members of the military, especially the JAG Officers currently trying to function as Provost Marshals, and to the Municipal Officers, especially the Secretary General of the United Nations and the Offices of the Inspector General.
There is no such thing as a “sovereign citizen”.
This term is an oxymoron.
One literally cannot be a sovereign and a citizen at the same time.
We have proof that certain unelected and incompetent Agencies, including the FBI, the DOJ, and various private corporate security officers acting “as” Sheriffs — without really being Sheriffs — have developed entire programs and narratives around this inanity and are going around ignorantly teaching others to do the same.
They are calling these non-existent constructs “Domestic Terrorists” without respect to those whose domesticity is contractually owed protection and support here in this country.
Time to clean up your respective acts and stop embarrassing yourselves.
Please get down to the level of your various Subcontractors of Subcontractors — the “Agencies” which are trying to do work that you are supposed to be doing yourselves — and fully inform them that there are no “sovereign citizens” for them to deal with.
There are only American sovereigns reclaiming their reversionary trust interests — the people who are owed “good faith service” from all of the government contractors and all agencies of the government contractors and the Principals being addressed by this public International Notice.

We are only eighty-one years late.
Why do I say that?
Because 81 years ago, in 1941, every country on this planet and all the people living in every country, were supposed to be set free of the scourge of taxation, which, by the way, includes “dead man’s taxes” known as mortgages.
In 1941, a major philanthropic initiative was completed, when the designated Metals Depositors working for us finished their work moving millions of metric tons of gold, silver, platinum and other precious goods into position worldwide to enable this.
From that point on, there was no longer any need for taxation of any kind.
But it was also 1941, two years into World War II and no end in sight. Things got a bit confused, gold went missing, priorities changed, governments changed, gold was returned, more gold was found, more governments changed.
It isn’t hard to understand how things got messed up, but certain truths remain.
1. The Federal Government is required to operate on credit by the Constitutional restraints, whereas the States are required to operate on lawful money;
2. The banks and currencies are all operating on private assets, with the exception of investments and endowments made by national governments — primarily our government, The United States of America — our unincorporated Federation of States;
3. The goal of the private owners of the large gold and silver resource repositories remains the same — (1) relieve everyone of the illusion of debt; (2) remove the practice of taxation as a means to fund government services and infrastructure; (3) make banking services and access to pre-paid credit available worldwide.
I was born in 1956, some 25 years after all of this was supposed to be in place and we were all –worldwide– supposed to be living a much happier life. Most of the members of my family were killed between World War I and World War II and other key people involved in “the 1941 initiative” were also either dead or missing.
To give you an example of the destruction, just this week my Son found another missing branch of our family, alive and well and living in Munich — part of our family that we haven’t had contact with since WWII.
It was convenient for the Allies to steal the money they found in the Central Banks and held in safekeeping for us in the Philippines, and so they did. They pretended not to know us. They ignored our deposit receipts. They commandeered us into foreign political statuses where we were held to be “paupers” and “wards of the state”.
They did all these evil things to us –all of us, worldwide– in order to control our money and our resources. The great and the small, the rich and the poor, were all subjected to their Impersonation Scheme.
But surely, you say, someone must have known what was going on? Someone had the proof. What about the Metal Depositors? The tag team of Severino Sta Romano working for the Vatican (on our behalf) and Giovanni Babtista Richello working for the CIA (on our behalf) to make all these deposits for us?
They are both long dead. Severino died in September of 1974. All the gold deposits were and are entangled in his personal estate. He did it that way on purpose, because, as he expressed it, he didn’t trust “them” to honor their agreements.
He was right.
We have the unencumbered and singular right to settle Severino’s estate. Everything about this situation has been duly reviewed by the courts and the determinations have been made in our favor. We have the court decisions, we have the records, we have the bank treaties, we have the tax treaties —-and all we want to do is to end this evil system of coercive taxation and enslavement.
Everyone on Earth stands to greatly benefit by simply allowing us to do what should have been done in 1941.
We are being opposed by certain of the world’s militaries who are being paid by the rats who concocted the enslavement-by-impersonation scheme. These politicians and bankers responsible are afraid of what the people of this planet will do and what they will demand once they become aware of this situation, but, thank God, more and more people have become aware despite the nearly total media black out.
You are all supposed to be living in a world of peace and plenty, without 24/7 surveillance, without being treated like criminals, without being coerced by something that merely appears to be “your” government, and without being farmed like sheep.
You don’t owe any “National Debt” because any National Debt has been instantly paid by an equal and answering National Credit that the Vermin have failed to account for.
You don’t owe any interest on any National Debt, either, because the National Debt doesn’t exist.
Every penny of tax that you have all paid since 1941 was collected under False Pretenses and in violation of the Treaties and Agreements that allowed these Vermin to use our gold and silver assets to underwrite their Central Banks.
And the Central Banks themselves have been used for illegal and unlawful purposes that we never approved of at all. They have been used for commodity rigging on an unimaginable scale. They have been used for illegal securitization, even securitization of living flesh, which is enslavement and peonage — all outlawed worldwide since 1926.
So when I say that certain of the militaries and the corporations are now engaged in a “policy” of worldwide genocide in an effort to get rid of their Creditors, I am not joking.
When I observe that these “governmental services corporations” are using their “Uniformed Officers” — the doctors, nurses, dentists and other health care professionals as soldiers in an undeclared and illegal mercenary war against the civilian population, I am not wrong.
When I observe that these same “governmental services corporations” are using other licensed “officers”— Bar Attorneys — to improperly and unlawfully run Admiralty Courts on the land as part of their enslavement-by-impersonation scheme, I am not wrong.
And when I tell you that the banks, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the politicians, and the bureaucrats have all been misdirected to this end by Principals — the British Monarch, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, and the Holy See — that owe us good faith and service, I am not wrong.
This past week I told Satan’s Mouthpiece that we now know the difference between good and evil, and that his work here is done.
He has been dismissed by someone with the authority to dismiss him.

Russ Winter’s Notes on Wheat
These are my notes on wheat specifically. Commercials (smart money) has gotten very long and bullish wheat futures. This data is from last week Nov. 29 and is likely even more lopsided bullish in next Friday’s report. This reminds me of silver at the $17 handle a few months ago.
If you are a market player and choose to play this through the WEAT instrument (Teucrium Wheat Fund) be aware that on Dec. 13 the fund will roll out the March futures to July.
Since the July trades at about 18 cents contango (2.44%), the fund will incur a loss on this. Use after the roll spread narrows or clears starting Dec. 14. 
Prices of wheat are well off their high, perhaps reflexing the rather aggressive speculator/funds lean or attack. Or there is magical thinking that the large stocks hoarded in China are available for western consumption.
Global wheat stocks/use ratio (including China) is projected at 34%. That’s about average. The USDA estimates global wheat ending stocks will be 267.54 million metric tons (MMT). The average analyst estimate is 267.9 MMT.
Remove China from the equation and the stocks/use ratio falls to a concerning 19.2%.
The planet can ill afford even stagnant wheat production, as worldwide consumption and population growth pushes ever higher. It does have a Malthusian look to it. Trade is essential to smooth this out.
Chinese wheat imports have averaged approximately 5% of the world market over the past three years, a rate that is roughly double the previous three-year average of 2.27%. Much of this comes from Russia.
Regardless of the amount, the wheat that is in China is not leaving China. With this understanding it makes sense to analyze the global wheat balance sheet excluding China.
One potential explanation is that the official numbers are wrong and that China’s wheat balance sheet is not as healthy as it looks. The imports may be making up the difference between demand and actual supply. If true, then the global wheat supply is much tighter than it appears.
It’s clear that China is not in a position to export wheat. The wheat that is in China is staying in China.
Another explanation, assuming the official numbers are accurate, is that China is aggressively building wheat supplies. I believe this is the reality. Stocking food reserves is a prudent strategy in normal times, perhaps even more so today given overall geo-political uncertainty, de-dollarization, and heightened tensions between China and the US over Taiwan.
US: The USDA estimates wheat production will be 1.650 billion bushels which is a 133 million bushel decline versus last month. The USDA estimates total wheat usage of 1.863 billion bushels down 80 million bushels month-over-month. This marks the 6th crop year in a row that wheat usage has exceeded production in the US. US ending stocks are at the lower end of the range.
We just learned that Canada’s 2022 production has been downgraded.

Current growing conditions for US winter wheat are not promising. Select States- Good-Excellent 11/27- 34% 10 year average: 51%, Select States Poor- Very Poor 11/27- 26% 10 year average: 15%
Weather in the United States is hampering transport. According to American Farm Bureau Federation, low water levels in the major rivers have resulted in lower draft allowances for barges, which limit the volume of goods a barge may carry. As a result, the season has seen a reduction in cargo of over 20% per barge on the Mississippi. Such a reduction per barge means more barges are needed to transport the same amount of cargo, resulting in record high barge rates.
Satellite-based production numbers for the 2022 winter wheat crop in Ukraine make it clear that farmers had a largely successful harvest,” said NASA Harvest program director Inbal Becker-Reshef.
Analysts calculated that farmers throughout Ukraine harvested 26.6 million tons of wheat this year, which is several million tons higher than forecasted. This is just under the five-year average of 27.9 million tons.”
A whopping 22% of the wheat was harvested in the Russian-occupied east. That’s about 5.8 million tons worth at least $1 billion, according to NASA Harvest partner Abdolreza Abbassian. HarvEast, a principal Ukraine agricultural firm, tells Bloomberg that all of the winter crops it planted in Donetsk were harvested and sold off by Russia.

The number of liquefied natural gas (LNG) tankers idling off Europe, waiting for regasification terminals, has significantly decreased by 30% from this year’s high, according to data from S&P Global Commodity Insights. That’s causing concern that supplies could become an issue if winter is severe.
Dec 2 (Reuters) – Freeport LNG on Friday again delayed the restart of the second-biggest U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility, moving its forecast for resuming processing to year’s end, pending regulatory approval. Freeport LNG shut the Texas plant on June 8 after an explosion and fire that energy consultants said resulted from inadequate operating and testing procedures, human error and fatigue.
WW takeaway: Freeport LNG expects to ramp up in a slow and deliberate manner, even if the latest timeline is accurate, it will not reach 85% nameplate capacity until sometime in mid-January.
Scientists Struggle to Explain Why COVID Spared Unjabbed
“Vaccine equity” remains high on the global cabal’s list of priorities, even though real-world evidence shows the COVID shots have done more harm than good
Africa, where fewer than 6% of people have received the COVID jab, have maintained an extremely low COVID-19 death rate throughout the last three years, likely because they didn’t have equal access to experimental COVID injections
While wholly ignoring the African experience, U.S. media are now trying to scare people into taking additional shots for fall by warning of an incoming “tripledemic” of COVID, flu and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)
The tripledemic narrative is scientifically implausible. Respiratory viruses tend to interfere with each other’s spread, such that one typically ends up dominating

The globalist cabal that invented and drove the make-believe COVID narrative is facing growing problems, as holes in the logic just keep getting larger over time. Case in point: The irrational promotion of vaccine equity.1
According to the World Health Organization and other globalist strongholds, the Western world must sponsor vaccine deliveries to developing nations to make sure everyone has an equal chance at survival.2
The problem is that developing nations with the lowest COVID jab uptakes have fared no worse, and in some cases far better, than developing countries that greedily “hoarded” shots and boosters for themselves.
According to early predictions, Africa would be decimated by COVID for lack of shots,3 yet the COVID death toll in Africa has remained consistently lower than anywhere else over the past three years. Everyone feigns surprise. No one can figure out why. In August 2020, Science magazine reported:4
“Antibody studies suggest large numbers of infections have occurred but the death toll remains low … After testing more than 3,000 blood donors, Uyoga and colleagues estimated in a preprint5 … that one in 20 Kenyans aged 15 to 64 — or 1.6 million people — has antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, an indication of past infection.
That would put Kenya on a par with Spain in mid-May6 when that country was descending from its coronavirus peak and had 27,000 official COVID-19 deaths. Kenya’s official toll stood at 100 when the study ended. And Kenya’s hospitals are not reporting huge numbers of people with COVID-19 symptoms.”
The situation was still the same in November 2021, when media reported that Africa, where fewer than 6% of people had received a COVID shot, was among the countries least affected by COVID. Researchers theorized that “lower rates of urbanization, genetic reasons or exposure to other diseases may have spared the continent the more lethal effects of the virus.”7
No one in mainstream media has been willing to address any of the towering elephants in the room, which include the fact that the COVID shots don’t prevent cases or deaths, that natural immunity is superior, and that COVID-19 was never as lethal a threat as they said it was. Africa gives us real-world evidence of these facts, yet the globalist cabal still insist that “vaccine equity” is an imperative goal.
Even though places like Africa didn’t have adequate access to COVID shots, and even though they fared just as well or better than the Western world where COVID shot uptake was high, the cabal insist we still need to make sure that, next time, Africa will get the same kind of injection coverage as the rest of the world.
This makes no sense, especially when you consider that the majority of COVID deaths in the U.S. and elsewhere now occur among those who got the COVID jabs.8
But, judging by the last three years, they’re not even going to try to make sense of it. Instead, they’ll simply continue to avoid talking about success stories like Africa, where COVID ended up having little impact — probably due to ultra-low injection rates — and when they do talk about it, it’ll continue to be veiled as a medical mystery.
Responding to vaccine equity calls from the World Health Organization, Pfizer and Moderna both plan to manufacture COVID shots in Africa “to more efficiently address vaccination needs on the continent.”9
But what’s really behind this push for global vaccine equity? If you ask me, it’s because vaccines are an integral part of the totalitarian biosecurity state being set up to control the world’s population using vaccine passports and digital identity.
There’s also compelling evidence to suggest vaccines will be used to drive a Malthusian-based depopulation agenda. Naturally, the eugenicists behind COVID and the COVID shots would not want developing nations like Africa to escape this global dragnet.

As fear of COVID variants is wearing off, perhaps fear of three simultaneous viral threats will re-stoke the flames of paranoia? As reported by STAT News November 22, 2022:10
“A viral hurricane is making landfall on health care systems battered by three pandemic years. With the official start of winter still weeks away, pediatric hospitals are facing crushing caseloads of children sick with RSV and other viral illnesses.
Schools that promised a ‘return to normal’ now report widespread absences and even closures from RSV and flu in many parts of the country, contributing to parents missing work in record numbers.
With this year’s flu season beginning some six weeks early, the CDC has already declared a flu epidemic as hospitalizations for influenza soared to the highest point in more than a decade. A storm of these proportions should demand not only crisis clinical measures, but also community prevention efforts.”
In other words, expect renewed calls for masks, social distancing, lockdowns and the canceling of holiday get-togethers where people might share wrongthink and love for humanity in equal measure. And, of course, expect massive COVID booster and flu shot campaigns, and shaming of those who decide to abstain.
The problem with the tripledemic narrative is that it’s scientifically implausible. Those with little or no understanding of how viruses work might fall into the trap of thinking that if one virus is bad, two or three circulating at the same time will be far worse. But it’s not that linear in real life.
In a November 18, 2022, Science magazine article, Jon Cohen explained why a simultaneous tripledemic is unlikely:11
“Triple threat. Tripledemic. A viral perfect storm. These frightening phrases have dominated recent headlines as some health officials, clinicians, and scientists forecast that SARS-CoV-2, influenza, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) could surge at the same time in Northern Hemisphere locales that have relaxed masking, social distancing, and other COVID-19 precautions.
But a growing body of epidemiological and laboratory evidence offers some reassurance: SARS-CoV-2 and other respiratory viruses often ‘interfere’ with each other.
Although waves of each virus may stress emergency rooms and intensive care units, the small clique of researchers who study these viral collisions say there is little chance the trio will peak together and collectively crash hospital systems the way COVID-19 did at the pandemic’s start.
‘Flu and other respiratory viruses and SARS-CoV-2 just don’t get along very well together,’ says virologist Richard Webby, an influenza researcher at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. ‘It’s unlikely that they will circulate widely at the same time.’
‘One virus tends to bully the others,’ adds epidemiologist Ben Cowling at the University of Hong Kong School of Public Health. During the surge of the highly transmissible Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2 in Hong Kong in March, Cowling found that other respiratory viruses ‘disappeared … and they came back again in April’ …
Recent advances in technology … make it easier to detect infections in people and study how multiple viruses behave … Increasingly, researchers are fingering a cause: chemical messengers that infected people produce called, fittingly, interferons.
When a respiratory virus sweeps through a community, interferons can broadly raise the body’s defenses and temporarily erect a population wide immune barrier against subsequent viruses that target the respiratory system.
‘Basically, every virus triggers the interferon response to some extent, and every virus is susceptible to it,’ says immunologist Ellen Foxman at Yale University, who has been exploring interference between SARS-CoV-2 and other viruses in a laboratory model of the human airway.
Rhinoviruses, which cause common colds, can trip up influenza A (the most prevalent flu virus). RSV can bump rhinoviruses and human metapneumoviruses. Influenza A can thwart its distant cousin influenza B.
‘There are a lot of major health implications from viral interference,’ says Guy Boivin, a virologist at Laval University who co-authored a review12 on viral interference earlier this year …
Unlike other immune responses — antibodies, for example — that target specific pathogens an animal has seen in the past, this nonspecific, rapid response [of interferon] is part of what’s known as the immune system’s innate arm.”
In related news, evidence suggests RSV didn’t soar out of season for no reason. In fact, it appears to be a result of the pediatric COVID jab campaign. Documents from Pfizer’s and Moderna’s pediatric trials submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration reveal the injected group suffered higher rates of RSV, specifically, compared to controls.
“Moderna’s trial involving 2- to 5-year-olds found RSV was four times more prevalent among children in the jabbed group compared to the unjabbed.”

“Within 28 days after vaccination, some respiratory tract-related infections were reported with greater frequency in the mRNA-1273 group than in the placebo group. Events of pneumonia were reported by 0.3% and 0% of mRNA-1273 and placebo recipients, respectively. Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) was reported by 0.4% and <0.1% of mRNA-1273 and placebo recipients, respectively.”
The same pattern was found in the 6- to 11-year-old trial, where RSV affected 0.3% of those who got the jab, and zero percent among controls. Children who got the jab were also more likely to contract some kind of upper respiratory tract infection (3.9% compared to 2.5%).
Pfizer’s pediatric trial had similar results. Among 6-month-olds to 4-year-olds, RSV bronchiolitis was reported in five participants, compared to three in the control group. Is the U.S. Centers for Disease Control investigating this pattern? We’ll see.
The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) has sent a letter to CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, requesting data on how many of the children with positive RSV tests had received a COVID shot prior to their diagnosis.14
While influenza, RSV and COVID can be problematic and dangerous for certain high-risk individuals, the overall risks associated with them are negligible for most. Just think back in your life — how many times have you had a cold or flu? How many people do you know who died from a cold or flu?
At this point, the vast majority of people have also had COVID, and are here to attest to its nonlethality. Unfortunately, those who have gotten several COVID shots are now in the high-risk category and may in fact experience more severe COVID infection. For the unjabbed, the latest variants pose exceptionally low risk. They may also be more susceptible to other respiratory infections. Among children, this includes RSV.
Keeping your and your children’s immune system strong is the best way to protect your family this fall and winter, and there are many effective ways to do that. Here’s a short-list of some of the most important ones. For more details, follow the hyperlinks provided.
Optimize your vitamin D level — Higher levels of vitamin D have been shown to decrease your risk of developing a severe case of, and dying from, COVID-19. Vitamin D supplementation has also been shown to reduce your risk of colds15 and influenza,16 17 as it boosts your innate immunity.
Nebulized peroxide — Start at the very first sign of any respiratory infection, preferably on the first day. The longer you wait the less effective it will be, which is why you need to have the nebulizer and solution locked and loaded and ready to use the moment you notice the first symptom.
Time-restricted eating (TRE) and intermittent fasting — Both have been linked to less severe COVID infection.
Immune-boosting nutraceuticals such as vitamin C, quercetin with zinc and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) — Zinc is a potent broad-spectrum antiviral and quercetin helps transport it into the cell, where it’s needed. Vitamin C is also a premiere treatment for many infections and helps boost overall immune function.
NAC, meanwhile, is a precursor to reduced glutathione, which appears to play a crucial role in COVID-19 specifically. Benefits of NAC include inhibiting expression of proinflammatory cytokines, improving T cell response and inhibiting the hypercoagulation that can result in stroke and/or blood clots that impair the ability to exchange oxygen in the lungs.
