HISTORY REPEATS: Pfizer paid out $1.2B after its drug caused thousands of BREAST CANCER cases

Image: HISTORY REPEATS: Pfizer paid out $1.2B after its drug caused thousands of BREAST CANCER cases

(Natural News) In 2012, Pfizer agreed to pay out over $1.2 billion to settle over 10,000 cases involving its hormone-replacement drug Prempro, with over half of the cases alleging that the drug caused breast cancer.

Up until 1995, menopausal women that required hormone replacement therapy combined two drugs – Premarin and Provera – that provided estrogen and progestin. But following 1995, Big Pharma company Wyeth released Prempro, which combined the two hormones into one pill. Pfizer would acquire Wyeth in 2009 following a $68 billion purchase. (Related: NEVER FORGET: In 1994, Pfizer paid $20 million after LYING about defective heart valve that killed hundreds.)

More than six million women took Prempro to treat menopause symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings before 2002, when a landmark study was released highlighting the drug’s links to cancer. Wyeth’s sales of the medicines before the release of this study exceeded $2 billion.

Pfizer settles over 10,000 cases after years of protracted litigation

Pfizer lost 11 of 21 cases in trials decided by juries until it finally agreed to settle. The drug maker got some of the verdicts against it thrown out after trial or had awards reduced. It resolved thousands of other cases through settlements, while other decisions went to appeal.

Despite the settlements and the overwhelming evidence against Prempro, Pfizer still claims that its drug works.

“After nine years of litigation involving this medicine, we are confident in our medicine, our track record of success in court where we have won eight of the last 10 final verdicts at trial, and in our ability to resolve these cases on appropriate terms,” said a Pfizer spokesman at the time in a statement emailed to Bloomberg.

Pfizer settled about 6,000 lawsuits for a total sum of over $896 million. The company has also set aside an additional $330 million to resolve another 4,000 suits. Some of these 10,000 cases have been consolidated in a federal court in Arkansas, while the other suits went through state courts in Nevada, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.

The reserve means Pfizer committed more than $1.2 billion to resolve claims against Prempro, or an average of $150,000 per case. But information from some of the trials suggests that some plaintiffs were awarded millions or even tens of millions of dollars, including punitive damage for Pfizer’s actions in withholding information about Prempro’s breast cancer risk.

In one trial resolved earlier that year, a federal jury in Connecticut ordered Pfizer to pay a woman who developed breast cancer from Prempro use $4 million in damages. The panel also ordered Pfizer to pay punitive damages over its handling of the Prempro scandal.

Many women still seeking damages from Pfizer

Despite settling the 10,000 cases, dozens of women at the time were still going through the courts and preparing for another round of trials over Prempro.

Esther Berezofsky, a New Jersey-based lawyer who represented women suing Pfizer over its menopause drugs, said her clients believe their claims are worth more than the average $150,000 the Big Pharma company paid in the settlements.

“We’ll consider settling when the company decides to fairly compensate the women I represent for the horrendous injuries caused by these drugs,” she said.

“The law firms that are left after these settlements are eager to see that every woman gets her day in court,” said Zoe Littlepage at the time. Littlepage is a Houston-based lawyer who represented several women who refused to settle their suits against Pfizer. “We have worked long and hard to get these cases to trial.”

Bank of America experiences disruption in online transactions, customers report funds missing from accounts

Image: Bank of America experiences disruption in online transactions, customers report funds missing from accounts

(Natural News) Bank of America recently experienced significant disruptions in online transactions conducted via the payment service Zelle. Many customers reported delays and funds missing from their accounts, including funds from Zelle deposits and transactions.

The website DownDetector, which monitors the online statuses of websites, noted that Bank of America started experiencing problems around 1:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 18. Sixty-six percent of the reports the website received indicated there was an issue with funds transfers.

Individuals took to social media and to local media outlets to share messages received from Bank of America. Some of the affected individuals even reported negative bank balances, while many others reported experiencing difficulties with getting through to the bank’s customer service department. (Related: Coming economic collapse will be used to close banks and introduce central bank digital currencies.)

One person on Twitter shared an image indicating that his new account balance showed him as being indebted to the Bank of America by $2,060.44.

Another Twitter user named Brianna wrote: “So cool how @BankofAmerica magically disappeared a large Zelle transaction that HAD ALREADY POSTED and I had used to pay bills. Now I’m extremely in debt in my checking and I can’t get a hold of them. Unbelievable.”

Rey Garcia, a Bank of America client of more than 20 years interviewed by ABC13, noted that when the disruption occurred, his account reported 15 different Zelle transactions.

“That was like a red flag for me right there, because I don’t remember doing all that in one day,” he said. He added that almost $700 went missing from his account. His attempts to reach Bank of America’s customer service department went nowhere.

“Has the entire phone customer service team been fired? I have been trying to reach anyone through the helpline for 20 minutes with no luck, even the fraud line is down,” wrote one frustrated customer on Twitter.

Many other Bank of America and Zelle users were extremely frustrated, especially with the former’s inability to receive customer complaints via customer service hotlines, with some pointing out how this incident has affected them from paying their bills on time.

“Unfortunately three payments that went out yesterday after Zelle was in there – car payment, car insurance and cellphone and internet – all have been returned,” one person wrote. “This is not good. Now I have to call all these places and explain.”

Bank of America refuses to explain what caused disruptions

According to a statement released by Bank of America, Zelle transactions that were made between Jan. 14 to 17 “may be delayed in occurring and posting to accounts as requested.”

“Transfers will be completed and will appear in your account activity and balances as soon as possible. We apologize for any delay or inconvenience,” the statement continued.

The Bank of America’s statement refused to mention what caused the disruptions nor why some clients’ accounts report negative balances.

Bank of America, which has approximately 67 million individual and small business customers in the United States, started experiencing a surge in fraud incidents following the disruption, with scammers tricking customers into sending them money via Zelle under the guise of “protecting” their funds that the bank was allegedly stealing. The company has also refused to put out a statement regarding these fraud incidents.

Zelle, which has millions of other users who send and receive money on the platform every day, said that the problem stemmed from the Bank of America.

“Transactions on the Zelle Network outside of Bank of America are not impacted,” noted one company representative that spoke with NPR.

“The Zelle App & Network are up & running,” wrote Zelle on its Twitter account following a barrage of angry customers. “We are aware of an issue that is impacting Bank of America customers when sending & receiving payments. We recommend contacting Bank of America’s customer support team for additional updates.”

Everything that is happening in America stems from CORRUPTION, says Tom Renz

Image: Everything that is happening in America stems from CORRUPTION, says Tom Renz

(Natural News) Ohio-based lawyer Tom Renz said everything that is happening in the U.S. stems from corruption. He made this assertion during a recent appearance on “The Mel K Show.”

Renz told program host Mel K: “Ultimately, what’s happening in our country stems from corruption. Everything about this stems from corruption. You get to D.C., you’re owned. Someone is going to be controlling you [or] buying you.”

According to the attorney, there is so much money that goes in controlling the people in the federal capital. He added that members of Congress, including their staffers, are being controlled and fed false information. Renz cited former President Donald Trump, who was surrounded by “snakes” that fed him bad information” as an example of this.

The Ohio lawyer noted that the single biggest failure that came Trump’s way was the loss of Gen. Mike Flynn. Had he not been terminated, Flynn would have cleaned up the national security and intelligence communities. Renz also mentioned that the intelligence community and top officials at the Department of Defense appointed by former President Barack Obama were the true security and insurance policy against Trump.

“It worked and, unfortunately, they influenced people that were around Trump on a level that just really did cause a lot of problems,” Renz said.

Mel K agreed with her guest, mentioning that Trump was once listening to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and others. These people, she added, would later turn on the real estate mogul-turned-president.

Patriot Act an unconstitutional disaster, should be repealed

Mel K also mentioned in the show that the Patriot Act, signed in October 2001 by former President George W. Bush, blatantly violated the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. (Related: Federal judge says U.S. government can steal unlimited money from anyone at any time under the U.S. Patriot Act.)

Asked about his take on this law, Renz said the Patriot Act needs to be repealed because it is an unconstitutional disaster. “The Patriot Act is the foundation upon which a lot of the current corruption is built,” he said. “If the intelligence agencies and the military can’t use their power against the American people, none of this works.”

According to Encyclopedia Britannica, the Patriot Act “significantly expanded the search and surveillance powers of federal law-enforcement and intelligence agencies.”

Britannica also mentioned that critics of the Patriot Act zoomed in on several unconstitutional parts of the statute.

Section 215, which removed restrictions on the kinds of records that government authorities could require businesses to produce, allegedly violated the Fourth Amendment’s protections against warrantless searches. Section 218, which removed the requirement for government to certify that its surveillance was for collecting foreign intelligence information, effectively allowed the Federal Bureau of Investigation to surveil U.S. citizens without showing probable cause of criminal activity.

Renz also called for the Smith-Mundt Act, which was signed into law in 1948, to be repealed. According to him, that law has been used for psychological operations against the American people.

Pfishing and Slander Sites/Organizations to Avoid

 By Anna Von Reitz

It’s happening all over and with increasing frequency because the internet is basically a free-for-all at this point, with no standards, no laws, and no enforcement.  Another one just turned up this morning
This is a phishing site pretending to be a bank and to offer you a blockchain account to conduct business in cryptocurrencies using “digital wallets.  It asks for all your contact information and all your existing digital account numbers on PayPal, etc. — and in exchange, they give you an “account”, but there is absolutely no banking software or functionality behind this account, and the most that you might — not saying will — get out of this site is an entry code to enter a blockchain.
Whoopee-do, huh?
They get all your information for free, and you get entry to “a” blockchain with no idea if this is a good stable well-maintained blockchain system or Matt and Joe and Sylvia checking in once in a while.
In this case, I’d be surprised if there is any meaningful blockchain attached at all.  More likely an ancient laptop labeled “Blockchain”.
Generally speaking, beware of websites that have names similar to but not exactly the same as known programs or known corporations, etc.
This example is typical.  Most people have heard of something called “QFS” — not “qfs” — but the names are close enough to be confused.
If you have heard good things about “QFS” and are not aware of the importance of stylistic differences, you might easily mistake “qfs” for “QFS” and sign up thinking that this was a known banking option.
It’s not.
Other sites to avoid like the plague are what I call “slander sites” that appear on the web for the sole purpose of libeling (written slander) people and organizations, often business competitors real or imagined.
There are two infamous organizations, one calling itself “General Post Office” and one calling itself “The Reign of the Heavens Society” which may or may not be connected.
The General Post Office pretends that its members are the “General Post Office” for this country, when in fact they have no treaties with the Holy See and no contracts with the Universal Postal Union and no offices related to this country at all.
They have chosen a deceptive name for their incorporated business and are engaged in constructive fraud — misleading people to think that they have something to do with the actual Postal Treaties and service contracts when they don’t.
For the record, for everyone’s understanding, everyone who buys and handles stamps, uses stamps, receives and handles and transfers mail, is in a sense a “postmaster” — but that is not an official office in the Post Office, and it certainly does not give anyone who is not a Federation Officer any right to assume any responsibilities or duties as a General Post Master.
Our names — business and individual — are on the Postal Treaties and contracts underlying our General Post Office and the Postal Service for all seven related Post Offices and Services.  We’ve held the General Post Office of the Land Jurisdiction of this country since 1732 and still do.
Any False Claims to the contrary, for example, the idea that Russell Gould seized our Post Office on abandonment, is ridiculous.  All postal services on land and sea depend on the Land Jurisdiction Post Office, our Post Office– not any of the six other subsidiary post offices like the APO.  Whatever Mr. Gould thought he was “seizing” during the 2000 “vacating” of the Municipal Capitol wasn’t available to be seized and his seizure of the Title IV Flag at the same time was equally meaningless.
Let’s check our logic circuits this morning:  I hire Jake to mow my lawn and I loan him a lawn mower to do the job.  Jake breaks his leg, so his Cousin Amos shows up and uses the lawn mower to do the job.  Some time later, Cousin Amos runs off with Lucy Mae and leaves my lawn mower sitting in my driveway.  Russell Gould comes by, thinks my lawn mower is “abandoned” and steals it.
Possession by pirates does not change ownership.
His claim to own the Title IV Flag and to be some kind of Federal-Postmaster are void.
We have no such office in our entire postal system and his “capture” of a British Territorial Title IV Flag — a specific version of our flag that we loaned the British Territorial Government to use when exercising our delegated powers — is the theft of our lawn mower.
So, unless you want to support thieves who are attempting to do an end run around your lawful Government, and using “terms of art” and deceit to do it, avoid anything calling itself “General Post Office” and anyone calling themselves a FEDERAL-POST-MASTER or anything else written out in Parse Syntax, which is just another gibberish copyrighted language trying to combine English words with Latin structure to arrive at?
General Nonsense.
Always remember that our Official Language is English.  Just plain old English. And our Continental Congress has never taken a vote to change that or expand upon it for any reason.
Another would-be “government” is The Reign of the Heavens Society, and these elitist pigs are really over-the-top.  They began to hit my radar in 2011 when they put out this outrageous advertisement telling everyone that the world was ending December 21, 2012 and if you signed up with them by that date, you would be one of the 144,000.
They conveniently dropped the Biblical requirement that you be a man and a virgin.
I quickly recognized that they had plagiarized the great Utopian work of Frank O’Collins, Ucantia, and used it as the entire knowledge base for their own work of the Devil, The Reign of the Heavens Society (aka TROH) — which was just one nutcase claim and intellectual property theft after another.
They began slandering me and my pen name in 2011 and I finally took them to task about three years ago and placed agricultural liens on the ringleaders and the organization, which is a commercial corporation.
This in turn drew attention from the authorities and they were subsequently forced underground.
They have adopted various fake names like “Continental Free Press” and “National Assembly for the Government of The United States of America” and so on, which they have filled with hate and libel against me and anyone else who opposes them. Most recently a spin-off organization has been trying to create a whole bunch of new incorporated “States of States” under names like “New California” and “New Montana”, etc.
They conveniently don’t tell their members that these are new British Territorial Commercial Corporations trying to take over the governmental services contracts of the failed and bankrupted “State of California” — not American States and not American States-of-States at all.
They apparently think that the rest of us are still asleep and won’t recognize their lies and attempted thievery, but we will.  And we already informed the Principals that we won’t be contracting for services with them on a Successor-to-Contract basis, so….
They are trying to put together these organizations and foist themselves off as Successors-to-Contract when the Principals have already been told that we don’t accept any Successor-to-Contract arrangements.
The contracts — that is, the various Constitutions all have to be renegotiated — and we, the people acting as State Citizens in the State Assemblies, will do the choosing of what organizations and service suppliers we contract with going forward.
Remember that TROH has been thoroughly discredited and forced underground, not because it was ever a good patriot organization, but because it lies and slanders and makes up ridiculous things and breaks the law and steals people’s money.  They were caught and punished because of me, so they hate me and set up these phony websites to slander me and my husband and the actual States of the Union and everything else they can vilify.
I take down an average of three of their phony websites — that somehow never have a working “contact” page or mailing address — each week.
It’s like an unwanted hobby.
Regardless of what they call themselves or call their websites, either, their signature is wild lies, elitism, spewing Biblical references with no apparent real knowledge of the Bible, and libeling me — because I finally got fed up and brought them to justice.
So, when you encounter one of these hate-filled slander websites, check and see if there is anyone standing there as a responsible party.  Check to see if there is a working contact page or viable mailing address.  There won’t be, because, of course, they are lying and in some cases breaking the law, and they aren’t going to be held responsible for that (again).
If someone doesn’t have guts enough to put their name and address and contact information on the line — pay them and their websites, no mind.  They have already identified themselves as cowards and as liars, and don’t deserve to be heard by decent people.

Report 53: 77% of Cardiovascular Adverse Events from Pfizer’s mRNA COVID Shot Occurred in Women, as Well as in People Under Age 65. Two Minors Suffered Cardiac Events.

The War Room/DailyClout Pfizer Documents Analysis Project Post-Marketing Group (Team 1) produced a shocking review of the Cardiovascular System Organ Class (SOC) from data in Pfizer document 5.3.6 Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Reports of PF-07302048 (BNT162B2) Received Through 28-FEB-2021 (a.k.a., “5.3.6“). 1,403 patients, or 3.3% of the total patient population, reported cardiovascular adverse events, which did not include myocarditis and pericarditis. These reports came from 38 countries.

Highlights from this report include:

  • 50% of the cardiovascular adverse events were reported in the first 24 hours post-injection.
  • There were 136 deaths, which equates to nearly 10% of affected patients.
  • Of the total of 1,403 patients, 946, or 66%, had severe adverse events.
  • Pfizer excluded myocarditis and pericarditis from the Cardiovascular category and instead reported those adverse events under the Immune-Mediated/Autoimmune category. While immune-mediated myocarditis and pericarditis can occur, it seems disingenuous that those adverse events were left out of the Cardiovascular category.
  • One child and one adolescent suffered cardiovascular adverse events, but Pfizer did not provide any details of what happened to them. These children also were not included in Pfizer’s Pediatric Report. Did they experience heart attacks? Does the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) know about these cases?
  • A much younger population, ages 18-64 years, made up the bulk of adverse event cases in this category (77%). Cardiovascular disease is typically a hallmark of age. Why were there so many cardiovascular side effects in younger adults?
  • Cardiovascular adverse events occurred more than three times as often in women – 1,076 (77%) were female, 291 (21%) were male, and 36 (2.5%) were unreported.

Insurance data confirms sharp increase in “sudden deaths” following covid jab rollout

Image: Insurance data confirms sharp increase in “sudden deaths” following covid jab rollout

(Natural News) The latest dataset from German life insurance giant KBV, an association that represents all doctors who practice in Germany and hold insurance, shows that sudden deaths indeed spiked dramatically immediately following the rollout of covid “vaccines” in late 2020.

Ever since the launch of Operation Warp Speed, “vague or unspecified causes of death” have increased sharply, the KBV shows. We know this thanks to a Freedom of Information request filed by the German parliamentary party Alternative für Deutschland (AfD), which presented it at a recent press conference that was put together by data activist Tom Lausen.

A graph in Lausen’s presentation shows a noteworthy increase in “sudden deaths” after the jabs were widely introduced, including “death occurring within fewer than 24 hours after onset of symptoms” and “other vague or unspecified causes of death.”

This spike occurred at the beginning of 2021 right after the injections were unleashed globally. Between 2016 and 2020, the average number of sudden or unspecified deaths per day hovered between 13 and 17. In 2021 and beyond, that figure spiked to around 100 per day.

As for vaccine side effects, there were about 200,000 per year reported in the years prior to 2021. In 2021 and beyond, that figure spiked as well to an astounding 2.5 million side effects annually. (Related: Even before covid, government data revealed that vaccines cause sudden death.)

Head of Germany’s largest health insurance provider fired for warning about massive uptick in sudden deaths following release of covid jabs

There is simply no way that this is all just a coincidence. Sudden deaths and vaccine side effects do not just dramatically increase orders of magnitude higher out of nowhere for no reason.

The only thing that changed in 2021 was the release of covid injections, which Lausen and the AfD emphasized during their presentation before the media. They also pointed out that the Robert-Koch-Institut and the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut – these are federal German institutions similar to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States – failed in their duty to analyze this data themselves, hence why a Freedom of Information request had to be filed.

Lausen further suggested during his presentation that the two federal agencies in Germany were intentionally shrouding this data from the public to limit “vaccine hesitancy.” Had the German people known the true risks involved, many of them might have said no to the shots.

You may recall from back in early 2022 that Andreas Schöfbeck, chairman of the board of Germany’s largest health insurance provider BKK ProVita, sounded the alarm about similarly high rates of side effects and sudden death post-Operation Warp Speed. He was ignored by German authorities and subsequently fired from his post for telling the truth.

“Not only did this hero Schöfbeck lose his job for being a whistleblower, ‘It is estimated that 90% of the suspicious deaths that occur after vaccination are not reported to the PEI’ there in Germany,” added a commenter to the conversation.

“This is in keeping with the finding that the U.S. VAERs reports only 1 in 100 events, including deaths.”

Another wrote that insurance carrier data like the kind presented by Schöfbeck and Lausen is “the postmodern canary in the mine shaft” as it tells all about what is really going on here.

“I believe that Australia, where lockdowns were supreme and jabs and mask mandates were ruthlessly enforced by bullies and stooges, now has about 17% excess deaths,” another commenter chimed in about the matter.

“In the West, hundreds of police have resigned. Wonder why? Still, the longer it goes, the more of this there will be.”
