Dispelling The Mainstream Narrative
Palestinian human rights organizations sue Biden for “complicity” in Israel’s “genocide” in Gaza
The Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), a New York-based civil liberties group, is suing the Biden regime for not only failing to prevent but also aiding and abetting “genocide” in Gaza.
A federal complaint names White House occupant Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of State Lloyd Austin as defendants in the case, accusing them of “failure to prevent and complicity in the Israeli government’s unfolding genocide.”
The suit was filed on behalf of various Palestinian human rights organizations, Palestinian people living in Gaza, and United States citizens who have relatives still living in the besieged enclave, which is under relentless attack by Israel right now.
Since the October 7 false flag attack by Hamas in Israel, Israel has responded by killing 11,200 Palestinians and counting. Israel, meanwhile, only lost about 1,200 people in the initial attack, and many of these deaths were committed by Israeli military “friendly fire.”
“Numerous Israeli government leaders have expressed clear genocidal intentions and deployed dehumanizing characterizations of Palestinians, including ‘human animals,'” the CCR wrote in the introduction to its complaint, adding that Israel’s “statements of intent” combined with the “mass killing” of Palestinians reveal “evidence of an unfolding crime of genocide.”
(Related: One of Israel’s goals with its genocide in Gaza is to steal control over Palestine’s rich maritime natural gas reserves.)
Instead of taking a stand against Israel’s unbridled campaign of destruction in Gaza, the Biden regime is offering unconditional support for the murderous regime using U.S. tax dollars.
“Immediately after the launch of Israel’s unprecedented bombing campaign on Gaza, President Biden offered ‘unwavering’ support for Israel, which he and administration officials have consistently repeated and backed up with military, financial, and political support, even as mass civilian casualties escalated alongside Israeli genocidal rhetoric,” the CCR complaint goes on to state.
Since World War II, Israel has been the largest cumulative recipient of U.S. foreign assistance. Regardless of whether a Republican or Democrat controls the executive branch, the outcome is always the same: Israel gets to do whatever it wants while the U.S. foots the bill.
With this latest campaign of terror and genocide in Gaza by Israel, the U.S. had a chance to step up and force some kind of restraint. Instead, the U.S. has basically given Israel the green light to kill as many people as it wants to continue pursuing its own interests.
The CCR complaint states it this way: the U.S. could have imposed a “deterrent effect on Israeli officials now pursuing genocidal acts against the Palestinian people.” Instead, Biden, Blinken, and Austin “have helped advance the gravest of crimes” by continuing to send money, weapons, and troops to the Middle East to support Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
“They have a significant responsibility under customary international law, under federal law, to prevent this genocide, to stop supporting this genocide,” says Astha Sharma Pokharel, a CCR lawyer.
“At every step of the way, at every opportunity, they have failed. They have continued to provide cover to Israel; they have continued to provide material support to Israel; and currently, they intend to send more money and more weapons to Israel.”
“I paid for Israel to kill my cousins and my aunt,” also says Laila al-Haddad, a U.S. citizen and one of the lead plaintiffs in the case. “It was my tax dollars that did that, that sent those bombs to Israel to kill my family. And so, I feel I and all other American taxpayers have a very unique responsibility to hold our government and our elected officials responsible.”
The CCR lawsuit calls for an immediate end to the $3.8 billion in annual military support the U.S. sends to Israel.

Researchers discover breakthrough “switch” that causes cancer cells to self-destruct
Researchers at UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center in Sacramento, California have made a breakthrough discovery for the future of cancer treatments. The research team found a biological “switch” that causes cancer cells to self-destruct. This discovery will impact the lives of over 18 million Americans who are dealing with invasive cancer on a yearly basis. The findings were recently published in the journal Cell Death and Differentiation.
The research team was able to identify and activate a crucial epitope that signals a swift death of the cancer cell. This biomedical discovery will open the door to improved cancer treatment protocols. Currently, the standard of care for cancer treatment involves surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. While initially successful, these modalities are often ineffective against therapy-resistant cancers that return more aggressively, ravaging their host.
Cancer cells have cell membranes that contain protein receptors known as CD95 receptors. Also known as Fas, these receptors are designed to destroy the cancer cell. Once they are activated, they will release a signal that causes the cell to self-destruct. The trick to killing the cancer cells off is found in a crucial epitope (or a segment of a larger protein) on the CD95 receptor. The UC Davis research team, led by senior author Jogender Tushir-Singh, said their discovery is the first to successfully target the kill “switch.”
“We have found the most critical epitope for cytotoxic Fas signaling, as well as CAR T-cell bystander anti-tumor function,” Mr. Tushir-Singh said in a statement.
Previous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell cancer therapies require the patient’s T cells to be grafted with a specific tumor-targeting antibody. The CAR T cell treatment, which can cost around a half a million dollars, has proven effective against leukemia and other blood cancers, but isn’t a reliable treatment for tumors of the breast, lung, ovaries and bowels. These therapies fall short because the tumor micro environments in solid tumors are very resilient and readily prevent the engineered T cells from penetrating and having any effect on molecular processes. Moreover, tumors may contain a mutated version of the Fas receptor epitope, making them more resistant to the CAR T-cell therapy. Also, some tumors are genetically heterogeneous and contain a mix of different cell types that respond differently to treatment. With the advent of this latest epitope discovery, CAR T-cell therapies could become more effective against solid tumors in any part of the body.
“Previous efforts to target this receptor have been unsuccessful. But now that we’ve identified this epitope, there could be a therapeutic path forward to target Fas in tumors,” Mr. Tushir-Singh said. “We should know a patient’s Fas status — particularly the mutations around the discovered epitope — before even considering giving them CAR T,” Tushir-Singh said.
“This is a definitive marker for bystander treatment efficacy of CAR T therapy,” Tushir-Singh continued. “But most importantly, this sets the stage to develop antibodies that activate Fas, selectively kill tumor cells and potentially support CAR T-cell therapy in solid tumors.”
These findings will pave the way for clinical trials for new FAS agonist drugs that could make immunotherapies more effective. However, the researchers could face many obstacles on their way to challenging the current paradigm of cut-poison-burn that dominates the cancer industry in America.

ASTROTURFING: Pro-Israel group paid students $250 each to attend “March for Israel” event in D.C.
To drum up more support for Israel, a group called Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC) offered $250 to each college student who agreed to show up to a pro-Israel rally that took place on November 14 in Washington, D.C.
Described as “one of the largest pro-Israel rallies in history,” the event was sponsored by the Jewish Federations of North America and the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.
In order to be reimbursed for travel expenses, students from all across the country who agreed to participate were told they simply needed to fill out a brief form and voila: the money would appear in their accounts straightaway.
“Thank you for all your requests to attend the March for Israel Rally,” reads the “Microgrant Application” page of ICC about the program. “We are pleased to announce that we have successfully allocated funding to help thousands of students attend the event.”
The same website explains that the November 14 rally is only just the beginning. After November 20, ICC plans to “resume grants for pro-Israel initiatives on campus.”
“If you are looking for transportation to the November 14th rally in Washington, D.C., please get in touch with your local Hillel, Chabad, or Federation.”
(Related: Israel has its eye set on taking control of Gaza’s maritime natural gas reserves, located just off the coast of the besieged Gaza Strip.)
Keep in mind that pro-Palestine rallies are being canceled left and right, especially in Zionist-controlled areas like Florida where such acts of “antisemitism” are considered to be a form of terrorism.
Meanwhile, Israel is paying people to fake-support the Israeli side of the war and almost nobody is talking about it.
It turns out that pro-Israel groups have been doing this type of thing deceptively for many years. Al Jazeera released an undercover documentary in 2016 revealing that pro-Israel groups were spending tens of thousands of dollars even back then to stage pro-Israel “protests” on American college campuses.
The documentary explains how pro-Israel groups were specifically targeting the on-campus group Students for Justice in Palestine, this being the very same group that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis banned in violation of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Van Jones appeared at the more recent astroturfing protest on November 14, during which he praised Jews for supposedly leading the civil rights movements in the United States. After that, he emphasized that he is a “peace guy” who “prays for peace” on all sides.
“No more rockets from Gaza and no more bombs falling down on the people of Gaza,” Van Jones said. “God, protect the children.”
As Van Jones continued to talk about how the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is claiming that “hate” crimes against Jews have increased by 400 percent in recent weeks, he was booed loudly as the pro-Israel crowd started chanting, “No ceasefire!” – watch below:

Pumpkin is a popular autumn and Thanksgiving dinner ingredient. It is a nutritious, versatile vegetable that’s full of a variety of nutrients, including dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and beneficial antioxidants. Many of the health benefits of pumpkin are focused on its fiber content and micronutrients, including beta-carotene and vitamin A.
Pumpkin is a type of winter squash that belongs to the same plant family as cucumbers and melons. It’s technically a fruit since it contains seeds.
However, in terms of nutrition, pumpkin is more like a vegetable.
Pumpkins are usually round and orange, although their size, shape and color can vary depending on the variety. They have a thick outer rind that’s smooth and ribbed and a stem that connects the pumpkin to its leafy plant.
Pumpkins are hollow, except for ivory-colored seeds covered in stringy flesh. They are native to North America and have a big role in two holidays. They are carved into jack-o’-lanterns for Halloween and cooked into pies for Thanksgiving dessert in the U.S. and Canada. Pumpkins are also grown on every continent except Antarctica. Pumpkin seeds, leaves and flesh are all edible.
There are several varieties of pumpkins, such as:
Most of the pumpkins sold in America are canned. (Related: The sweet spice: Health benefits of nutmeg and tips for proper storage.)
Pumpkin is a nutritious food and it contains different vitamins and minerals and relatively few calories.
One cup (245 grams) of canned pumpkin provides:
A cup of canned pumpkin also contains smaller amounts of several other nutrients.
The vitamin A contained in pumpkin is in the form of vitamin A precursors beta-carotene and alpha-carotene. Your body can turn these beneficial antioxidants into vitamin A after you consume them.
Pumpkin seeds, also called pepitas, are also commonly eaten as a snack.
A one-ounce (15 grams) serving of pumpkin seeds in their shell contains:
Pumpkin seeds are low in carbs but high in fat, so they’re an ideal snack if you are on a low-carb or plant-based diet.
Most of a pumpkin’s health benefits come from its vitamin and mineral content, along with its low sugar and high fiber content.
Supports optimal eye health
Pumpkins are full of beta-carotene, which helps keep your vision sharp by helping the retina absorb light.
The combination of other vitamins and minerals in pumpkin may help prevent age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
Study findings suggest that individuals with AMD could slow its progression by taking supplements containing zinc, vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene or a combination of these nutrients.
Supports optimal immune health
The beta-carotene in pumpkin is partially converted into vitamin A, which can help protect your body from fight infections.
Scientists have found that vitamin A is important for strengthening the intestinal lining, making it more resistant to infections. Additionally, vitamin C has a key role in immune health by strengthening the immune cells that respond when a pathogen is identified.
Supports optimal heart health
Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables is key to maintaining optimal heart health.
Pumpkin contains specific nutrients that are good for heart health. One nutrient, potassium, may help reduce high blood pressure levels.
Pumpkin also contains fiber that may help lower blood cholesterol levels by binding with the cholesterol in the foods you eat and preventing its absorption.
Pumpkin is popular in sweet treats like custards, muffins, pancakes and pies, but it can also be used to make savory dishes.
Use pumpkin to make soup or roast it with other vegetables. If you have canned pumpkin, add coconut milk and spices to make a creamy curry base.
Pumpkin seeds are roasted for a crunchy snack or salad topping, while the flowers can be battered and fried.
Here are more healthy pumpkin dishes to try at home:
Keep in mind that not all products that have pumpkin in their name are healthy.
For example, store-bought pumpkin spice lattes lack the health benefits of eating an actual pumpkin. Many pumpkin-spice-flavored desserts also lack real pumpkin and only contain pumpkin pie spice.
To reap the health benefits of pumpkin, cook with it at home and use other nutritious ingredients.

Chicago holds JOB FAIR for MIGRANTS amid rising number of UNEMPLOYED Black residents in the city
A job fair for migrants was held in Chicago despite the city’s high unemployment rate for Black residents.
The Nov. 2 job fair was held at the Misericordia Home, located on the city’s north side. Almost 500 migrants from Venezuela, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Ukraine attended the event that sought to fill up more than 400 vacancies.
With the assistance of interpreters, the migrants met with representatives in fields including health care, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics and others. The companies also offered help securing government services, legal papers and even training and educational opportunities.
Afghan migrant Siam Pasarly was one of the organizers of the job fair. He told local Chicago TV station WGN 9 that he hopes to help immigrants avoid the struggles he went through when he first came to the Windy City.
“It is very difficult, it is very tough,” said Pasarly, the co-founder of KaarPoh Staffing Agency. “Until you experience it, you just don’t know.”
The job fair for migrants came five months after Crain’s Chicago Business expounded on Windy City’s unemployment problem.
“The jobless rate rose from 43.7 percent to 57.4 percent between 2019 and 2021 for Black people [aged] 20 to 24 in Chicago,” the paper wrote in June. “The unemployment rate increase for Black women aged 20 to 24 was staggering, rising from 32 percent in 2019 to 60 percent in 2021.”
The issue also extended to the Prairie State at large. According to the June 2023 report, unemployment rates for Blacks were at 10.2 percent from January to April of that year. In contrast, unemployment rates for other ethnicities during the same period were markedly lower – at 4.6 percent for Hispanics and 3.2 percent for Whites.
The lack of employment opportunities for Black residents compared to those for unlawful border crossers has been a point of contention in the Windy City. According to Breitbart, “the influx of illegal aliens has many activists for Chicago’s black community worried and angry.”
In September, Fr. Michael Pfleger spoke out against expediting work permits for illegal aliens. The left-wing Catholic priest argued that doing so would put jobs for his Black flock at risk.
He asked: “What are we putting in place to make sure that there are no institutions in this city, this state and [this] country that will fire Black people because they have to pay them $15 or $16 an hour, and then hire a migrant and pay them $5 an hour? What are we putting in place?” (Related: GOVERNMENT WASTE: Workers at illegal migrant shelters in Chicago are earning up to $200 AN HOUR.)
Even Chicago activist Zoey Lee shared this sentiment. During an appearance at a meeting of the Chicago City Council, she voiced a growing sentiment among Black Chicagoans over this issue. Lee accused city authorities under the leadership of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson of trying to start a “race war” between Blacks and Hispanics.
“To come here and continue to see more Hispanics … get jobs than Blacks here is a disrespect,” she said. “It’s a punch in the face.”
