After losing top advertisers, Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter) SUES Media Matters – NaturalNews.com

After losing top advertisers, Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter) SUES Media Matters

Elon Musk’s X Corporation, the entity overseeing the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), has initiated legal action against progressive activist group Media Matters.

According to the lawsuit filed in Texas federal court, Media Matters conducted a “fraudulent attack” on X – leading to a substantial financial setback. This also resulted in influential corporations – such as Apple, Comcast, NBC Universal and IBM – withdrawing their advertising on the platform.

X Corp. accused Media Matters of deliberately interfering with the platform’s contracts with advertisers; disseminating false statements that disparaging the quality of X Corp.’s services; and disrupted its economic relationships, resulting in monetary losses.

The complaint states that Media Matters knowingly and maliciously fabricated images juxtaposing advertisers’ posts on X with Neo-Nazi and white-nationalist fringe content, falsely representing these images as typical user experiences on the platform. (Related: Twitter parent company X Corp sues Center for Countering Digital Hate over “scare campaign” that drove away advertisers.)

X asserts that Media Matters engineered a feed precision designed to produce side-by-side ad/content placements to alienate advertisers. The lawsuit accuses Media Matters of manipulating the situation, generating an inauthentic volume of advertisements to achieve the desired result: controversial content next to X’s major advertisers’ paid posts.

Seeking redress for alleged misconduct, X is pursuing actual and consequential damages, a preliminary and permanent injunction to remove the contentious article from all Media Matters-controlled platforms, and recovery of costs and attorney’s fees. The case has been assigned to District Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump appointee known for previous involvement in significant legal battles.

Brighteon.TV

Elon Musk, the owner of X, had previously declared his intention to pursue a legal course, describing it as a “thermonuclear lawsuit” against Media Matters and all entities involved in the alleged fraudulent attack.

Media Matters vows to fight X Corp.’s lawsuit

Meanwhile, Media Matters President Angelo Carusone dismissed Musk’s claims as attempts to stifle accurate reporting, promising to defend the group against the complaint. He said Musk had admitted that the ads in question ran alongside the pro-Nazi content identified by the group.

While the X owner does not dispute the results of Media Matters’ analysis, the lawsuit focuses on the group’s methodology. It is alleging that Media Matters created a test account and manipulated X’s advertising systems to run ads beside extremist content, a situation unlikely to occur in the real world.

Legal experts have criticized X’s complaint as weak and opportunistic, filed in a court likely to favor Musk. Some see the lawsuit as more symbolic than substantive, with critics highlighting its potential to backfire and expose sensitive information about X during the discovery process.

“It’s one of the lawsuits that’s filed for symbolism than for substance – as reflected in just how empty the allegations really are, and in where Musk chose to file, singling out the ultra-conservative Northern District of Texas despite its absence of any logical connection o to the dispute,” said law professor Steve Vladeck. “The choice of venue can best be described as trying to shore up a weak claim on the merits with a bench more likely to sympathetic even to weak claims.”

Joan Donovan, a professor of journalism and emerging media studies at Boston University, said: “X does admit the ads were shown next to hateful content, but argues it was ‘rare.’ This is the same strategy employed by advertisers that got YouTube to demonetize political content in 2017.”

Israel-Hamas war will continue until rights are recognized – analyst – NaturalNews.com

Security and international affairs analyst Haruna Warkani spoke to RT about the Israel-Hamas war in an exclusive interview on Tuesday, stating his view that the conflict will not end until one party recognizes the rights of the other.

(Article republished from RT.com)

Warkani, who previously served as an Economic Community of West African States Commission diplomat, noted that the conflict long predates what we see today, tracing it back to even before the 1948 declaration that established the state of Israel, he said.

He added that “the UN has done all it could to propose this two-state solution… However, both nations are claiming the same territory.

“Since 1948, the UN and generally the world has accepted that it [Israel] has to have a right to stay. Palestine historically had also been there and they also have a right to stay.”

He said that it is difficult to take sides. Warkani explained that on the one hand, the Palestinians are in a difficult situation as “a nation without a state.” On the other hand, “Israel lives in fear” of extremists who do not recognize its right to exist, he added.

“If Hamas, for instance, says they cannot recognize Israel, you will see that there is no way anyone will demand legitimacy within the same environment and refuses to also recognize the other party.

It means there will never be an end to this,” Warkani claimed.

South Africa has sided with the Palestinians as “an ideological position,” he said, recalling the country’s experience with apartheid, and “it’s like a similar history or similar experience” for the Palestinians. South Africa and Israel have had a rather “frosty” diplomatic relationship, he stressed.

Other African countries have adopted different positions “saying we support Israel or we support Palestine.” According to Warkani, the choice is mostly connected “to religious leanings.”

The analyst said the key to resolving the problem is “going back to the two-state solution.”

CDC issues food safety alert over recalled fruits linked to LISTERIA outbreak – NaturalNews.com

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a “food safety alert” over a deadly bacterial outbreak linked to whole fruits sold around the country.

According to the Nov. 23 CDC alert, three fruits sold by HMC Farms – peaches, nectarines and plums – may be contaminated with the Listeria monocytogenes bacterium. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said in late October that samples of the fruits it obtained from HMC Farms tested positive for the pathogen.

The aforementioned fruits were sold in stores nationwide between May 1 and Nov. 15 in 2022 and 2023. One person has died so far, and nearly a dozen people have been hospitalized in seven states – California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan and Ohio.

The outbreak promoted HMC Farms, which is based in California, to voluntarily recall conventionally grown fruit that could be potentially contaminated with L. monocytogenes. No organically grown fruit was included in the recall notice. (Related: Listeria OUTBREAK linked to milkshakes sold at Frugals Tacoma causes three deaths, six hospitalizations.)

Consumers who purchased the conventionally grown peaches, plums and nectarines, individually or packed in two-pound bags, through Nov. 15 were urged to check their freezers as they may have frozen the recalled fruits for later uses. Recalled products were not to be consumed but disposed of or returned to their local stores for a full refund. Consumers were also urged to clean their refrigerators, containers and surfaces that may have touched the contaminated fruits.

Brighteon.TV

The CDC said investigators were still determining if any additional fruit or products made with these fruits may have been contaminated. It added that the true number of sick people may likely be higher than the number reported because some people recover without medical care and were not treated for the bacterial infection called listeriosis.

Listeria infection: What you need to know

Listeria infection or listeriosis is usually caused by eating food contaminated with L. monocytogenes, which can be found in animal feces, soil, vegetation and water.

People can contract listeriosis through eating raw fruits and vegetables contaminated from the soil, or from contaminated animal manure used as fertilizer, contaminated meat, unpasteurized cheese or milk. If food is not prepared correctly, the bacteria can become more concentrated – and that’s when it can cause illness.

Pregnant patients are about 18 times more likely to acquire serious listeria infections with exposures. Those over the age of 65 and those who have compromised immune systems – those undergoing chemotherapy or taking medications for autoimmune diseases are also at high risk for listeriosis.

Like most foodborne illnesses, listeriosis can often have gastrointestinal effects, such as diarrhea, stomach cramping and vomiting, but sometimes it can also just be body aches, fatigue and weakness. Those symptoms can show up within 24 hours after exposure but sometimes, they don’t show up until 70 days after exposure.

Always practice basic food safety steps in food handling, cooking and storage. In every step, follow the four guidelines to keep food safe – clean (wash hands and surfaces often); separate (avoid cross-contamination); cook thoroughly to proper temperatures; and chill (refrigerate promptly).

If you’re immunocompromised or if you’re pregnant, take extra precautions, such as avoiding deli meats and raw veggies, fish that is lightly cooked, soft cheeses and so on.

RFK Jr. launches petition demanding Biden release JFK assassination documents – NaturalNews.com

RFK Jr. launches petition demanding Biden release JFK assassination documents

On the 60th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s independent presidential campaign launched a petition demanding that President Joe Biden “keep his promise and release all JFK assassination documents as required by law.”

(Article by Jeff Louderback republished from TheEpochTimes.com)

Mr. Kennedy is the nephew of the slain president and the son of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy (D-N.Y) who was assassinated in 1968 while campaigning for the Democrat presidential nomination.

The 1992 Kennedy Records Assassination Act mandated the release of all records related to the JFK assassination by 2017, a statement from Mr. Kennedy’s campaign explained.

“Trump refused to do it. Biden refused to do it. What is so embarrassing that they’re afraid to show the American public 60 years later?” the statement noted.

“Trust in government is at an all-time low. Releasing the full, unredacted historical records will help to restore that trust. In the spirit of transparency, in the spirit of democracy, the Kennedy campaign asks Americans to call upon President Biden to obey the 1992 act and release the Kennedy assassination documents to the public.”

In April, Mr. Kennedy announced his candidacy to challenge President Biden for the 2024 Democrat Party nomination before deciding on Oct. 9 to run as an independent. At its winter meeting in early 2023, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) voted to give its full support to President Biden’s reelection.

At President Biden’s urging, the DNC also decided to remove New Hampshire from its first-in-the-nation primary status, replacing it with South Carolina. President Biden decisively lost the 2020 Democrat presidential primary in New Hampshire but won in South Carolina.

Brighteon.TV

Mr. Kennedy drew the ire of the DNC and multiple high-profile Democrats for stances that appeal to many conservatives, like an end to funding for Ukraine, finishing President Trump’s border wall, criticizing vaccination policies, and supporting the Second Amendment.

Mr. Kennedy has made several unsuccessful pleas to the Biden administration to provide Secret Service protection as he campaigns. This traditionally has been granted by the sitting president’s administration for candidates in both parties. Mr. Kennedy is paying a private security firm for protection.

Releasing certain classified documents relevant to JFK’s Nov. 22, 1963 assassination is another unfulfilled request Mr. Kennedy has repeatedly made to the Biden administration.

On May 8, Mr. Kennedy wrote on Twitter (now X) that President Biden should release all government records related to the assassination, asserting that the White House “is still keeping thousands of pages heavily redacted, including 44 pages related to a shadowy CIA agent and a covert program that had contact with Lee Harvey Oswald just months before my uncle was killed.”

“Nobody should be surprised when Americans are distrustful of a government that refuses to reveal 60-year-old secrets. The American people are entitled to see every document, as the law requires,” he wrote, adding that he believes “the majority of people working at the CIA are good, patriotic people committed to their missions and the law.”

“My own daughter-in-law was a field agent, and she is among the bravest people I have known,” Mr. Kennedy added, referencing Amaryllis Fox Kennedy. Ms. Kennedy, who is married to Robert F. Kennedy III, was named Mr. Kennedy’s campaign manager in October.

As part of a partial release of new records in December 2022, President Biden issued a signed agreement that the remainder would be released on June 30.

When that day arrived, the White House said it had publicly released more than 99 percent of the documents, but the memo signed by President Biden noted that the National Archives and Records Administration’s (NARA) acting archivist recommended that he postpone the public release of “certain redacted information” in the records distributed in December 2022.

“Continued postponement of public disclosure of that information is necessary to protect against identifiable harms to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, and the conduct of foreign relations that are of such gravity that they outweigh the public interest in disclosure,” the memo reads.

ARA is the agency that keeps the JFK assassination records. The deadline to release the JFK assassination documents has been repeatedly extended, including under President Donald Trump’s administration.

‘Identifiable Harm’

There is an exception in the law regarding instances in which the president certifies that a continued delay is “made necessary by an identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or conduct of foreign relations” and that the harm is “of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest.”

Mr. Kennedy, who has said that believes the CIA was behind his uncle’s assassination, wrote a series of posts on Twitter after President Biden’s June 30 announcement.

“The assassination was 60 years ago. What national security secrets could possibly be at risk? What are they hiding?” Mr. Kennedy asked.

Mr. Kennedy argued that the postponement was an “unlawful” violation of the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992, which mandated the release of all government-held JFK assassination records no later than October 2017.

On numerous occasions since entering the 2024 presidential race, Mr. Kennedy has expressed his view that evidence shows some in the American government were complicit in JFK’s murder.

Ex-CIA Director Allen Dulles was among the members of the Warren Commission, which was formed to review the assassination, Mr. Kennedy has noted.

President Lyndon Johnson created the commission and tasked Chief Justice Earl Warren with investigating the assassination.

The 888-page Warren Commission Report concluded that former U.S. Marine Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman in JFK’s death in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963.

Mr. Kennedy claims that Mr. Dulles used his position with the Warren Commission to cover up evidence of CIA involvement. Sen. Robert Kennedy’s first instincts were that the agency carried out the killing, Mr. Kennedy has added.

For decades, the CIA has denied any involvement in the 35th president’s death.

On Nov. 13, Gallup released a poll reporting that 65 percent of respondents believe Mr. Oswald worked with others in the assassination while 29 percent think that he acted alone.

Immediately after the tragedy, a Gallup poll had indicated that only 52 percent thought there was “some group or element” other than the gunman involved, 29 percent believed he acted on his own, and 19 percent were uncertain.

Mr. Oswald is the only person ever formally accused of killing JFK. Mr. Oswald denied that he was the assailant before he was killed a few days after JFK’s death by nightclub owner Jack Ruby while in police custody.

Intelligence agencies in the early 1960s attempted to “trick” JFK into launching military excursions in Vietnam and Cuba, Mr. Kennedy told podcaster Joe Rogan in an interview earlier this year.

This happened before JFK proclaimed that he must splinter the CIA into “thousands of pieces” and “scatter it into the winds” after the botched Bay of Pigs invasion in Cuba that the CIA spearheaded with the goal of overthrowing Fidel Castro’s Communist regime.

JFK “learned very early on that the purpose of the CIA and the intelligence apparatus was to create a constant pipeline of new wars for them, for the military-industrial complex,” Mr. Kennedy told Mr. Rogan.

During his town halls and meet-and-greets, Mr. Kennedy tells stories from time spent with his uncle and father and connects them to his presidential campaign.

Robert F. Kennedy was born on Nov. 20, 1925. He died on June 6, 1968, hours after being shot by assassin Sirhan Sirhan at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles on June 5 after winning the California Democratic primary.

RFK Jr. has noted that his father had the ability to unite people from different ethnic backgrounds and walks of life and that he would like to do the same.

“I think we do that by telling the truth to people. My dad did it that way. He talked about uncomfortable issues but talked about the truth. I think people are tired of being lied to by the government, by the media,” Mr. Kennedy said.

“My dad ran against an incumbent president in his own party (Lyndon B. Johnson) during a divisive time. I’m running against a larger challenge because I am facing an entire infrastructure that is against me, from my own party and Big Tech and the pharmaceutical industry.”

He called his campaign a “peaceful insurgency” that appeals to conservative Republicans, independents, moderates, and liberal Democrats. A recent poll showed that he leads all presidential candidates among independent voters and voters younger than 45.

When asked about his stance on the Second Amendment, he said, “I believe in the Constitution, and I’m not going to take everybody’s guns away.

“I had two family members who were killed by gunfire, so I understand the anguish and the pain of losing a loved one to gun violence,” he said. “We must figure out a way to deal with it, but talking about taking people’s guns away at this point in history is not a solution.”

‘Russia Is Not Going to Lose’

Mr. Kennedy has urged President Biden to negotiate a peaceful end to the Russia–Ukraine war, which started when Russia invaded the neighboring nation in February 2022.

“Russia is not going to lose this war. Russia can’t afford it,” he said. “It would be like us losing a war to Mexico.”

As part of his reasoning for ending the war, Mr. Kennedy referenced JFK.

“My uncle Jack said that the primary job of an American president of the United States is to keep the country out of war. He kept out of Vietnam. He sent only 16,000 military advisers there—mainly Green Berets,” he said.

“In October 1963, he learned that one of his Green Berets had died, and he asked his aide to give him a combat casualty list, and the aide came back and said 75 had died so far. He said: ‘That’s too many.’”

On the 60th anniversary of his uncle’s death, Mr. Kennedy addressed the occasion in a statement.

“John F. Kennedy’s assassination left an indelible scar upon the American psyche. Everyone who was alive at the time can remember where they were on that day,”

“Of all the legacies that my uncle left for our country, there is one that has not yet been fulfilled. During his term in office, he upheld a vision of America as a nation of peace, a vision that was abandoned after his death. For the next 60 years, we maintained a military empire, squandering trillions of dollars as our economy hollowed out and our health and infrastructure decayed.

“My promise to the American people is that I will put us back on the road to peace that JFK led us toward when, shortly before his death, he issued a national security order to withdraw American advisers from Vietnam. We will instead take a path back toward peace and prosperity for our country.”

What They Didn’t Tell You About Ukrainegate and the Terminally Corrupt Joe Biden

IMAGE: Twitter

On Jan. 31, 2020, we penned the following post below concerning Dementia Joe Biden and his terminally corrupt behavior dealing with Ukrainian oligarchs. Winter Watch — which has been labeled as “fake news” and generally subjected to bans and dirty tricks, such as Microsoft’s browser skullduggery addressed here — was able to put the account together using elbow grease and open sources. The Lugenpresse largely ignored the story, which paved the way for a terminally corrupt candidate with dementia to capture the Democratic nomination. Inquiring minds would like to know “why now?” just before the election. This has been out there for some time.

Now, the Senate Finance and Homeland Security committees have released the final draft of their years-long investigation into the matter. This is extremely damaging to corrupto demented Joe and may very well sink him — although we don’t expect the mainstream, terminally corrupt Lugenpresse to cover it, unless they find an effective way to spin it. This makes Watergate look like child’s play.

FINAL DRAFT_CLEAN COPY (4).pdf by The Federalist

Beyond the corrupt activities involving Burisma, the report reveals that Hunter Biden and associates traveled the globe as money bag men and influence peddlers through Daddy Joe, who even arranged secret service protection. Here are a few of the key findings of the report:

This sentence is understated, as Elena Baturina is the wealthiest woman oligarch in Russia.

Did Hunter Biden deploy/employ some sort of “entertainment” and/or kompromat operation?

Dubious hypocrite Joe Biden very often denounces the “cancer of corruption,” but his actual actions remains terminally corrupt.

The most damning indictment is a compilation of facts concerning former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter’s involvement in the Ukraine comes from well-known French investigative journalist Olivier Berruyer whose detailed collection of the facts surrounding the extent and nature of the corruption is deliberately obfuscated by the western mainstream media.

NOTE: If video will not play, please click here to watch “Joe Biden Friend or Foe of Corruption? Part 1: A not so ‘solid’ prosecutor.”

Aside from the Bidens, there are three other characters at the heart of Ukrainegate.

First, there’s Mykola Zlochevsky, the corrupt Ukrainian oligarch and chief of the gas producer Burisma. When Zlochevsky was offered the position of Ukraine’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources before the Maiden Revolution, he decided to expand Burisma’s portfolio into energy. Zlochevsky was subsequently accused of using his public office for dispensing expensive energy licenses to Burisma and laundering the loot.

Second, there’s Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was tasked with investigating Burisma corruption. A year after his appointment, Shokin was forced to resign due to pressure from Joe Biden. On the very same day Biden was announced as the face of the U.S.-Ukraine foreign policy, Burisma announced the appointment of Biden’s son Hunter to their board. Biden threatened Ukraine’s leader that he would not release to war-torn Ukraine the billion-dollar loan that Congress authorized unless Shokin, the prosecutor investigating the Burisma, was fired. Here’s a video of Biden bragging about it to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018.

Shokin’s successor, Yuriy Lutsenko, was quickly branded as a “solid man” by Biden.

In a December 2014 letter, U.S. officials warned Ukrainian prosecutors of negative consequences for Ukraine over its failure to assist the U.K., which had seized corrupto Zlochevsky’s assets, according to the documents.

Ukraine had to finally bring in a real chief prosecutor, Shokin, to handle this and other corruption cases.

In Shokin’s brief tenure as persecutor, from February 2015 to March 2016, Shokin was subjected to an assassination attempt. When scrutiny of this case resurfaced after the Trump inquiry, there was a second attempt on Shokin’s life just last November.

Upon assuming the Burisma investigation from the prior corrupt prosecutor, Shokin reported that the case files and evidence were missing from the archives.

In an interview with the Ukrainian website Strana.ua, Shokin said he believed he was fired because of his Burisma investigation, which he said had been active at the time.

Shokin himself stated that U.S. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt showed up on or around June or July 2015 to warn him that the Burisma case should be handled delicately.

Shokin was interviewed by ABC News, but the station never aired it. But Shokin wisely recorded this interview himself with a hidden mike. Go to minute 00:14:13 in the video below and listen. The rest of the video thoroughly covers the Shokin aspect.

NOTE: If video will not play, please click here to watch “Joe Biden Friend or Foe of Corruption? Part 2: Not so ‘dormant’ investigations.”

Enter Yuriy Lutsenko, the third character in Ukrainegate, who replaced Shokin, was formerly the Minister of Interior in the pre-Maiden regime. He had been convicted in 2010 and served three years in jail for $50 million in embezzlement and abuse of authority. Additionally, Lutsenko had no legal training or background.

In contrast, this is the background of Victor Shokin, the real prosecutor general who Biden gave Ukraine an ultimatum to replace.

Lustenko on the left, Shokin on the right

Biden’s threat to withhold $1 billion if Ukraine didn’t crack down on corruption reportedly came in December 2015 and January 2016. That same month, hundreds of Ukrainians reportedly (by the western media) demonstrated outside President Petro Poroshenko’s office, demanding Shokin’s resignation.

Shokin on Feb, 2, 2016, renewed a court order to seize Zlochevsky’s assets. He was also preparing to interview Hunter Biden.  A month later. following a flurry of Joe Biden calls to President Poroshenko, Shokin was canned and replaced.

In the following video, Biden brags about turning the white hat Skokin out and replacing him with a hack Lutsenko.

— UkraineGate (@Ukraine_Gate) January 16, 2020

U.S. issues statement concerning the appointment of corrupto Lutsenko:

Zlochevsky is very pleased with the sacking and replacement of Shokin.

And the case is closed.

We can understand why Burisma was so pleased. Soon after Lutsenko was appointed, he announced a settlement of Burisma’s embezzlement and tax-fraud case. Lustenko declared a $7 million recovery on $40 million in tax fraud. This song and dance can be viewed at minute 00:29:30 in the first video above. All criminal investigations were closed in January 2017, and claims on Burisma and Zlochevsky’s assets were withdrawn.

Since then, the corrupt U.S. media led by the Washington Post has been running cover for Biden with lie after lie that the Shokin prosecution effort was dormant, and the Lutsenko travesty was successful.

Lutsenko stepped down from his post on Aug. 29, 2019.

A U.S. intelligence report in 2019 on Lutsenko is below. The Congressional hearing testimony on Lutsenko can be seen at minute 00:47:14 in the main video.

American diplomat Volker on Lutsenko.

To date the US has placed no sanctions on Lutsenko.

During the three years under Lutsenko, not a single corruption case saw justice. We covered the particularly egregious Privitbank in an earlier post, and this case, too, was not resolved under corrupto Lutsenko.

Read “Jewish Kleptocrats Looted Ukraine’s Biggest Bank”

The known conduit by which Joe Biden received his bribe was through his son, Hunter Biden, who, incredibly, had been appointed to a position as “legal advisor” for Burisma starting in April 18, 2014, for $83,333 a month. Hunter Biden’s business partner, one Devon Archer, was also brought along for the same stipend.

After five years at one million/year for his “services,” Hunter left Burisma in April 2019 — the same month Joe began his election campaign for U.S. president.

Archer and Hunter were managing partners at Rosemont Seneca Partners. In 2018, Archer was implicated in a legal case that involved defrauding a Native American tribe and multiple pension funds. His conviction was overturned when a judge was “left with an unwavering concern that Archer is innocent of the crimes charged,” Reuters reported in November 2018.

Why wasn’t Hunter ever charged?

Winter Watch Takeaway

Joe Biden is terminally corrupt. What’s worse, he’s part of an American sistema and Crime Syndicate that could not care less and fully supported Biden’s behavior.

It’s revealing that of all the abuses this sistema could pursue against the also terminally corrupt Donald Trump, they pick out his inquiry into the Ukraine as the impeachable offense. Why? Did Trump break an unspoken sistema rule about not messing with other politicians’ sleazy deals?

On Jan. 29, 2020, in Ukraine, Viktor Shokin demanded an affidavit that Kiev prosecutors open a criminal investigation into Joe Biden. And in case you missed it, here’s attorney Pam Bondi’s excellent breakdown of the Biden-Burisma corruption.
