It is no coincidence that the Alex Jones / InfoWars studios are threatened with imminent takedown and liquidation just days after Donald J. Trump was “convicted” in a sham show trial. Expect another major hit against pro-America conservatives in the coming days. These hits are all engineered to achieve the specific outcome of provoking enough outrage to spark a spontaneous insurrection attempt against a rogue regime that has clearly gone full totalitarian, presenting a clear and present danger to the future of this republic. This regime needs just enough of a provoked insurrection to augment it with their own false flag crisis actors, FBI front groups and planted materials that can later be described as terrorist ordnance by the complicit media, which has long since abandoned any faint memory of functioning as an independent press. Trump was chosen for the lawfare hit job because they desperately need a felony on his record for ballot disqualification reasons stated below, and Jones was targeted because his audience is younger and more prone to revolutionary-style thinking which, the government hopes, might translate into spontaneous insurrection activities that could be harnessed or counterfeited by the feds and then blamed on Jones. (MK Ultra top graduates are no doubt having the sheep dip goo cleaned off them right now, readying them for full activation.)

The regime needs, in other words, to resurrect the J6 narrative on a much larger scale so they can declare all Trump supporters to be domestic terrorists, thereby legally justifying the recently-reauthorized FISA warrantless spying on the American people, which Speaker Johnson gleefully approved after a secret coercion meeting with the intelligence community. Since FISA spying requires no legitimate warrants or court approval, they can then use this to hoover up all the phone call audio data, texts, emails and meta data for all those deemed to be Trump supporters, gathering up a treasure trove of intel on not just the public at large, but also business leaders, members of Congress and even SCOTUS justices whom they desperately want to blackmail into resigning or recusing on key decisions. This blackmail material will also be leveraged against state lawmakers to achieve the Trump ballot ban, covered below.

The removal of Trump from state ballots

It’s not difficult to imagine a fed-initiated “extremism” event being concocted in the weeks ahead, followed by a barely-coherent Joe Biden lecturing America on why all Trump supporters are “dangerous extremists who must not be allowed to dictate the direction of our country by intimidating fellow Americans during election season” or similar pandering nonsense. To achieve this, Biden will insist, dozens of US states with Dem governors or blue legislatures must take action to remove Trump from the ballot entirely, justifying this by citing both Trump’s “34 felony convictions” and whatever acts of “insurrection violence” the deep state can conjure up and loosely blame on Trump supporters in the mean time. Trump’s very existence on the ballots will be loudly derided as a “threat to democracy,” where the term “democracy” doesn’t mean what you and I normally think it means. It actually means the institutions of government corruption, coercion and power.

With Trump removed from the ballots in several key states – and write-ins discarded by law – it will be impossible for Trump to achieve 50% of the popular vote. The “official” popular vote (after Trump is removed from ballots across key US states) will go to Joe Biden. This will trigger the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC), which will have achieved the necessary 270 electoral vote threshold before election day as remaining states rush the legislation through between now and November. This means that those states’ electoral votes MUST be granted to the winner of the “popular vote,” which will of course be Pretender-In-Chief Joe Biden since Trump will be banned from so many state ballots. (This strategy was brought to my attention by Zach Vorhies @PerpetualManiac in an interview I conducted with him on Friday, which will be posted here in the next day or two.)

In this way, Dems will once again steal the election and claim to have been democratically elected by the majority of the people, even though most of America now clearly supports Trump and absolutely despises what Biden and the Democrats have done to America (inflation, open borders, censorship, destruction of the rule of law, international wars, defunding police, etc.).

Republicans are fighting the wrong battle on election integrity

Every four years, in other words, Dems come up with a whole new way to steal each election. While establishment Republicans are still fighting for “election integrity” to stop the kind of steal that took place in 2020, the Dems already have a whole new scheme being implemented with the NPVIC. Having Trump convicted of a felony – ANY felony – was a necessary step to push for removing him from ballots across just enough states to make sure he can’t possibly achieve 50% of the popular vote. This is why Bragg and the NY court system were willing to self-immolate and destroy the entire foundation of the rule of law in NY in order to get these felony charges into Trump’s rap sheet, timed so that he can’t possibly complete a successful appeal and reversal of the charges before blue states decide whether or not to remove Trump from their ballots. SCOTUS has already ruled that states can legislate their own rules for qualifications and disqualifying criteria for federal elections, so there’s no way that SCOTUS can intervene and stop this from happening. Besides, the blue states are all-in with the election cheating anyway, as they are also terrified of surrendering their political futures to the will of the voters.

The end result is that the 2024 election is about to be stolen right under our noses, in broad daylight, by a criminal cabal of occupiers who are fully prepared to suspend the constitution, confiscate guns, cancel the First Amendment and lock up anyone who dares oppose them with peaceful protests. If you resist them, you are designated a “terrorist” and jailed. If you don’t resist them, they steal your elections in broad daylight and dare you to do something about it. They are no longer even hiding what they’re doing. They’re committing treason right out in the open and detonating the pillars of our society in a Building 7-style controlled demolition sequence of events that began on May 30th with Trump’s conviction. What you are about to witness next will be the complete takedown of our constitutional republic, followed by another stolen election, and that will be followed by the mass arrests of Trump supporters, nullification of the Second Amendment and government raids to shut down all conservative media. This is the true end game, and it will spell the complete downfall of America at just the chosen time when Biden and his State Dept. incompetent goons are working overtime to provoke Putin into nuking America so that C.O.G. emergencies can be invoked, elections can be entirely suspended, and anyone labeled “Russia-adjacent” can be arrested and held without trial. This would include, of course, anyone who has ever said that Putin is more cognitively capable than Biden… a fact that is obvious to anyone who doesn’t share Biden’s nauseating senility.

Stay peaceful, demand Trump stay on the ballots, and vote in November

The only way to stop all this from going down is to peacefully fight to keep Trump on all the state ballots, then turn out in historic numbers to vote as part of the Trump tidal wave on November 5th, even if you don’t like Trump or agree with all his policies. This is no longer an election choice between liberal vs. conservative policies; it’s an election choice between the total annihilation of our constitution republic vs. saving it from tyranny at the last possible moment while heaving proton torpedoes into the exhaust vents of the Death Star.

Above all, do NOT get seduced into acting out any form of physical rage or violence, as you will be provoked many times between now and November. The deep states is playing all its cards now, trying to initiate a revolt, a civil war, or any shred of violence it can summon. If spontaneous violence can’t be found, the deep state players will whip it up themselves and BLAME it on conservatives. Each of us must be wise enough to recognize what’s happening, keep our cool and show up on November 5th in numbers so overwhelmingly huge that no amount of cheating, ballot stuffing or voting machine tweaks can stop the Trump tidal wave of victory. The Non-Existent Trial of British War Criminal and Monster Frederick Lindemann

Consistent with our recent articles and podcast on the British ruling-class pederast warmongering cesspool comes yet another persona in despicable hidden history: one Frederick Lindemann, the first Viscount Cherwell (1886-1957). Lindemann, dubbed “The Professor,” served as an influential adviser to fellow reprobate Prime Minister Winston Churchill. See Churchill as Neocon Stooge. Lindemann and Churchill were close friends and remained so for 35 years, with Lindemann visiting the PM in Chartwell more than 100 times from 1925 to 1939.

During the war, Churchill, whose reliance on Lindemann was often called to question, reportedly said to a member of Parliament, “Don’t you know that he is one of my oldest and greatest friends?”

The two met almost daily for the duration of the war. It was said Lindemann wielded more influence over Churchill than any other civilian adviser.

It was also said that Churchill had an attachment to homosexuals, and so much so that even The Daily Mail ran a revealing article concerning a book that speculated he may have been a low-sex-drive closet queen. Homosexual Brendan Bracken was one of a trio of devoted Churchill henchmen during the 1930s and ’40s. The others were the intelligence officer Desmond Morton and the aforementioned Frederick Lindemann. Both of them were bachelors, and Morton — who arranged for his papers to be posthumously destroyed — was reputed to be a homosexual. Eddie Marsh, Churchill’s personal secretary was homosexual. Lindemann was a lifelong bachelor.

Both he and Churchill disliked women. The only difference was that narcissistic, anti-social, asexual Lindemann also disliked men and humanity in general.

The Jewish Oxford Chabad Society claimed Lindeman as one of their own; however, David Irving‘s second book on Churchill claims he wasn’t. His father was from Baden, Germany (home for many crypto Frankist made men such as John Jacob Astor), and emigrated to England. Lindemann spoke with a German accent, and was nicknamed behind his back as Baron Berlin. Ironic given the role Lindemann played in bombing Berlin back to the Stone Age. With a dark triad psychopathic persona, perhaps he was Luciferian enough to be a Sabbatean-Frankist and brought in on special assignment? Whatever the case, Lindeman came straight from the Aldous Huxley school of real supremacist racism (versus contrived racism). Lindemann believed in the chosenite theory, meaning that a small circle of the so-called intelligent and the aristocratic should run the world, resulting in a “stable society” that they could milk and lord over.

Lindemann said “placid content rules in the bee-hive or ant-heap,” and that “the outcome would be a perfectly peaceable and stable society,” that was “led by supermen and served by helots.” (Helots is Greek for slave.)

Lindemann was a major proponent of kleptocratic run eugenics and held the working class in contempt. Biographer Mukerjee Madhusree in “The Most Powerful Scientist Ever: Winston Churchill’s Personal Technocrat” concludes — in referring to Lindemann’s lecture on Eugenics — that Science could yield a race of humans blessed with “the mental make-up of the worker bee. … At the lower end of the race and class spectrum, one could remove the ability to suffer or to feel ambition. … Instead of subscribing to what he called ‘the fetish of equality.’”

The silver-spoon Lindemann made no secret of his contempt for social and intellectual inferiors and, according to an acquaintance, “looked upon poverty as a fault.”

In the public realm during the 1920s, as labor tried to gain a little traction against big-capital plutocracy, Lindemann produced copies of Churchill’s anti-labor keep-them-on-the-plantation tomes in the newspaper the British Gazette.

In the 1930s, Lindemann got into the armaments lobbying business and advised Winnie when the latter was out of government by leading a campaign for rearmament. Lindemann was central in the recruitment of a number of German-Jewish physicists, primarily from the University of Göttingen, to emigrate to Britain for military work. During the war, Lindemann’s crackpot scientific ideas undermined the vital work of Sir Henry Tizard and his team, who developed all the important radar technology.

Madhusree’s “Secret War: The British Empire and Ravaging of India During World War II” points the finger squarely at Churchill and Lindemann for the Bengal Famine of 1943. These demons of die-offs licked their chops as four million starved. [See “Winston Churchill and the 1943 Starvation of 4 Million in Bengal”] Lindeman lobbied to cut Indian Ocean shipping 56% — and for a extended period. While there was mass starvation in Bengal, Britain’s stockpile of food and raw materials by the end of 1943 was a record 18.5 million tons.

In his memo to Churchill, Lindeman explained his Malthusian logic and suggested that the Bengal famine arose from crop failure and its high birthrate. He failed to mention that the calamity also derived from India’s role of supplier to the Allied war effort or that the colony was not being permitted to spend its sterling reserves or to employ its own ships in importing sufficient food. In reality, Britain should have been the first to starve, but it was being sustained by food imports that were six times larger than the one-and-a-half-million tons that the government of India had requested for the coming year.

In March 1942, Churchill’s war cabinet adopted the “Lindemann Plan” whereby terror bombings of German civilians became official policy.

Historian AJP Taylor remarked, “There is an almost universal belief that Hitler started the indiscriminate bombing of civilians, whereas it was started by the directors of British strategy, as some of the more honest among them have boasted.”

Earlier in the war, Germany endured a solid five months of bombing of its cities and civilians before responding in kind.

J.M. Spaight, CB, CBE and Principal Secretary to the Air Ministry (RAF) conceded, “Hitler only undertook the bombing of British civilian targets reluctantly three months after the RAF had commenced bombing German civilian targets. Hitler would have been willing at any time to stop the slaughter. Hitler was genuinely anxious to reach with Britain an agreement confining the action of aircraft to battle zones.”

A side note on the May 14, 1940, German bombing of Rotterdam: Wikipedia gives a reasonably accurate account. This was not a terror bombing. The Dutch army had fortified the center of the city and provided fierce resistance. Most civilians evacuated. This bombing was entirely military.


Working-class homes were preferred by Lindemann to upper-class because they were closer together, and so a greater incineration-per-incendiary bomb could be achieved. German working-class houses were targeted in preference to military objectives, the latter being harder to hit. Factories and “military objectives” had long since been forgotten, except in official bulletins, since they were much too difficult to find and hit. Middle-class homes had too much space around them, he explained. All cities and towns of over 50,000 could be destroyed or at least brought to ruin.

If you were to get on a city bus tour today of Berlin, you would see that the plush pre-war Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf neighborhoods were largely spared, as the rest of the city was razed. When one goes through German cities today, it’s clear that the older working-class neighborhoods were wrecked in WWII, while many upper-class areas were spared.

Civilian deaths from British and American bombing of European cities are estimated to have been around a million, and some 61 cities were turned to virtual rubble, while some 60,000 civilians were killed in the U.K. More bombs by weight were dropped on the city of Berlin alone than were released on the whole of Great Britain during the entire war.

With the use of a favored Anglo-American-Zio plague upon non-combatants, phosphorus [see “Mad Dog’ Mattis, White Phosphorus, the Siege of Fallujah and Endless War Crimes” and US Terror Bombing of Japan], the majority of the men, women and children indiscriminately killed in the air war had perished from the inhalation of poisonous carbon-monoxide gas. If they avoided that, they were cooked in shearing heat.

Unspoken in discussions is that many foreign laborers in Germany were killed in those air raids. Many of the bombs dropped upon German cities contained a perfidious mechanism that, rather than exploding immediately upon contact with the ground or with buildings, were designed to explode hours or days later, thereby causing harm to survivors when they had emerged from their bomb shelters and cellars. They also caused serious danger to the fire fighters and rescue personnel, sometimes killing them or making their duties virtually impossible.

The fire bombing of Dresden on Feb 13 and 14 of 1945 (near the end of the war) was totally about terror. Dresden was a hospital city for wounded soldiers. It had 600,000 refugees from Silesia, which doubled its normal population. Not one military unit and not one anti-aircraft battery was deployed in the city. Churchill had asked for “suggestions how to blaze 600,000 refugees.” They came close.

The strategy of targeting civilians was kept from the public, and airmen in the know were severely sanctioned for talking about it. Lindemann produced false data from a study on the psychological impact of Germany’s Birmingham Blitz and Hull Blitz on the local population. All those who disagreed with his views were arrogantly dismissed as “perfect fools.”

In reality, such terror bombing hardened resistance. For example, Germany’s greatest solder, Michael Wittmann, specifically mentioned revenge for the terror bombing as motivating him to perform super-courageous, unprecedented fanatical feats of arms during the battle of Normandy – see video in the post. In his astonishing career as a Tiger tank commander, Wittmann had Americans and Brits in his sights even more so than Russians.

As the war wound down, Lindemann enthusiastically supported the infamous Morgenthau Plan, which Churchill subsequently endorsed. Cooler heads prevented its full implementation. It centered around depopulation, forced German labor outside of Germany and de-industrialization. Germany was to be made a agrarian international zone to be governed by a consortium of international security organizations.

Winter Watch Takeaway: Churchill and his sidekick Lindemann were monsters of the worst kind. No charges were brought and their crimes were ignored.

Kate Deering, author of “How to Heal Your Metabolism,” has been involved in the health and fitness industry for more than three decades. She has a deep understanding of bioenergetics and, in our recent interview, we explore some of the nuances of applying bioenergetic therapies and how they can help you live with increased vigor and vitality.

Deering was eating healthy and exercising — doing everything “right” — and felt great until she entered her 40s. That’s when she hit a wall and, like many people as they get older, felt her energy and health decline:

“I was eating a very high-protein diet, low-carb diet, and it worked until it didn’t work. And my system didn’t respond the way I wanted to any longer. And it could have been the start of some level of perimenopause.

At the time, I had no idea. I just thought, I am doing everything right and it doesn’t seem to be … helping me. I was gaining weight, my sleep started to go, my cycle became inconsistent. I just felt fatigued. And I think a lot of women can resonate. You just don’t feel like yourself.

And so I was like, is this it? Is this what 40 feels like? And you come to this point, maybe this is what everyone’s saying, you hit 40 and all of a sudden life shifts. At that point, that’s when I started to learn about Dr. [Ray] Peat’s work, the bioenergetics space and how monitoring health on an energetic perspective is really the meaning of health and how well your metabolism is running.”

There’s more to optimal health than being “lean and fit,” Deering realized, as even in this state it’s possible to be energy deficient. More than 95% of the population is not making enough adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which your cells need for life, repair and regeneration. ATP is the metabolic energy that sustains life. Deering explains:1

“We can’t use food or calories directly. We have to convert that into ATP through many different processes. And so many things are reliant upon that conversion. I always tell people if I was to go over to Europe, I can’t use the American dollar over there, I have to convert it into euros. And your body’s the same way. You have to convert calorie energy from food into ATP, and that’s what runs your system.

And if you don’t do that well, you will be under energized, which is going to create more problems and metabolic problems into your system. And it’s not a matter of there’s too much food consumption or calories coming in. It’s a problem is that you are unable to convert those calories into usable energy so your body can run effectively.”

Deering started to pay attention to signs such as her body temperature, pulse, digestion and sleep, “all of these markers that I avoided because all I was looking at before was you’re lean and you’re fit.” Measuring body temperature, for instance, is a simple way to tell how well your body is creating and utilizing energy. A lower body temperature signals that you’re not producing enough energy and have less than optimal metabolic function.

“I realized at the time I wasn’t very healthy. My body temperature was like 96.5. My pulse was like 55. I mean, I had numbers of an athlete or an endurance athlete, a body that was very inefficient, but I didn’t have a metabolism that was functioning optimally for me,” Deering said.2

She took a 180-approach, adding dairy and carbohydrates to her diet immediately. While she admits she should have taken a more gradual approach and made too many changes too quickly, over time the new dietary approach stabilized her system:

“If I was eating the right foods consistently through the day, my body felt regulated. I felt very stable in my energy, stable in my mood, slept very well, my cycle regulated, all these perimenopausal symptoms just literally went away. And I thought … I have the Holy Grail … this is what health is.

My body temperature went up, my pulse went up. And so things just all of a sudden completely shifted on me and I just started to now look through this different lens.”

Deering, who offers nutritional coaching, says the biggest issues she sees in her practice are blood sugar and digestive issues. To get to the underlying problems, however, she first looks at the energy system and how you produce energy. For proper energy production, Deering says, you need four primary factors in alignment.

  1. The right fuel sources — glucose — “You need the right fuel sources and you certainly can produce energy from fat … We all utilize fat all day long, but certainly when your body’s under stress or the needs go up, then glucose is going to be your primary because you can just utilize it faster. It kind of goes through the entire cycle faster,” Deering says.3

    “And … if you understand the electron transport chain (ETC), it seems to flow through because how it enters into that whole series of events at complex one as fat sometimes with NADH and FADH2 at complex two. And that whole chain can bottleneck. And so, when we utilize glucose properly, it does flow faster through that system, which allows us to produce more ATP over time.”

    In other words, while you can get energy from fat, when your body is under stress or needs more energy quickly, it primarily uses glucose because it can be processed faster. Glucose goes through the energy production process more efficiently than fat. In simple terms, glucose helps your body make energy faster, especially when it needs it urgently.

  2. Optimal oxygen production — Oxygen is vital for energy metabolism. It is the final electron acceptor in the electron transport chain. And when O2 isn’t available in your cell, your cell then uses the far more inefficient glycolytic pathway (fermentation) for energy production more than necessary.

    “If you’re in a low oxygenated state, whether you’re a core breather or you’re anemic for one reason or another, or you have nutrient deficiencies that are creating a low-oxygen state, then that is also going to slow down the entire way you can produce energy.”

    Deering says, “That’s why every anemic person is tired. Is it inherently that it’s iron? No, it’s just, well, iron is helpful for hemoglobin and then you need more hemoglobin for oxygenation and that’s the oxygenation that’s creating you to be tired.”4

  3. Proper thyroid function — High intake of omega-6 polyunsaturated fat like linoleic acid can have a detrimental impact on your thyroid and metabolic health by affecting cells’ use of thyroid hormones. A carb-rich low-PUFA diet will support thyroid health by balancing estrogen levels, ensuring glucose availability and safeguarding your cells’ ability to use active thyroid hormone.

    “Anyone that’s low thyroid obviously usually has an energy issue. Getting the right amount of thyroid or figuring out what’s blocking thyroid is a very important part of that equation,” Deering says.5

  4. Sunlight exposure — The fourth requirement to produce energy effectively, according to Deering, is regular sunlight exposure. “I also like to add in sun because we need sun for life and to produce energy,” she says.

    In addition to adding in these four factors to encourage energy production, it’s important to remove energy blocks. This can include gastrointestinal issues, microbiome problems, including leaky gut, excess estrogen and endotoxins, which can inhibit cellular respiration. Deering explains:6

    “Endotoxins are bacterial toxins that your bacteria will produce … if somebody’s stressed or has some sort of leaky gut, they can get into your blood system and essentially poison your system and poison your cells and you will become a poor energy producer at this point in time.

    Iron overload is also one of those things. Estrogen can also be an inhibitor … and estrogen tends to promote fat oxidation and progesterone tends to promote glucose oxidation. And so that’s why it would make sense to utilize progesterone because of how it works within the energy system.”

Progesterone is one of only four hormones I believe many adults can benefit from. (The other three are thyroid hormone T3, DHEA and pregnenolone.)

I do not recommend transdermal progesterone, as your skin expresses high levels of 5-alpha reductase enzyme, which causes a significant portion of the progesterone you’re taking to be irreversibly converted primarily into allopregnanolone and cannot be converted back into progesterone.

As a general recommendation, I recommend taking 25 to 50 mg of bioidentical progesterone per a day, taken in the evening one hour before bed, as it can also promote sleep. For optimal bioavailability, progesterone needs to be mixed into natural vitamin E. The difference in bioavailability between taking progesterone orally without vitamin E and taking it with vitamin E is 45 minutes versus 48 hours.

Simply Progesterone by Health Natura is premixed with vitamin E and MCT oil. You can also make your own by dissolving pure USP progesterone powder into one capsule of a high-quality vitamin E, and then rub the mixture on your gums. Fifty milligrams of powdered progesterone is about 1/32 teaspoon.

Do not use synthetic vitamin E (alpha tocopherol acetate — the acetate indicates that it’s synthetic). Natural vitamin E will be labeled “d alpha tocopherol.” This is the pure D isomer, which is what your body can use.

There are also other vitamin E isomers, and you want the complete spectrum of tocopherols and tocotrienols, specifically the beta, gamma, and delta types, in the effective D isomer. As an example of an ideal vitamin E you can look at the label on our vitamin E in our store. You can use any brand that has a similar label.

If you are a menstruating woman, you should take the progesterone during the luteal phase or the last half of your cycle, which can be determined by starting 10 days after the first day of your period and stopping the progesterone when your period starts.

If you are a male or non-menstruating woman you can take the progesterone every day for 4-6 months and they cycle off for one week. The best time of day to take progesterone is 30 minutes before bed as it has an anti-cortisol function and will increase GABA levels for a good night’s sleep.

Please note that when progesterone is used transmucosally on your gums as I advise, the FDA believes that somehow converts it into a drug and prohibits any company from advising that on its label. However, please understand that it is perfectly legal for any physician to recommend an off-label indication for a drug.

In this case progesterone is a natural hormone and not a drug and is very safe even at high doses. This is unlike synthetic progesterone called progestins that are used by drug companies, but frequently, and incorrectly referred to as progesterone, which are dangerous and should never be used by anyone.

Deering suggests that, for best results, you should get healthy first, including implementing the correct strategies to optimize your cellular energy production, before adding in progesterone:

“My experience with using those types of hormones with people is not everybody, when you put them into people and the humans and all their complexities, it never works as simply as that’s just going to be the magic bullet because it isn’t a magic bullet. Can it certainly help people? Yes. Have I seen it actually help people regulate blood sugar? Yes, because it can do that. It helps you utilize sugars over fats. But for some people they don’t do well on it.

And a lot of the times it’s because they haven’t worked on the food part first. And I always believe you need to create a good environment.

And so because progesterone can help facilitate and actually improve metabolic rate, if you don’t have the proper resources, meaning enough food and nutrition, and you give them something like a thermogenic progesterone or something like thyroid or even caffeine for that matter, it can actually make them feel worse because you’re basically putting the gas on the car with not enough fuel or enough nutrients.

So, you’re making them try to go through the system a lot quicker with not the right resources available. So, I always say work on your food first, make sure that there’s enough fuel, carbs, fat, and then the nutrients available with it, and you probably need to give yourself some time to do that before I would add maybe or suggest some hormone.

Now, it doesn’t mean that some people don’t start with that and can get a positive result. They can, but I think it’s always best to make sure you have optimal resources first before probably initiating something like that.”

After you’ve addressed your diet, Deering described several supplements that many people benefit from. “Don’t go to supplements first. Go to food first. Start there. That’s step one,” she says. “But, I find most people, it helps them to be on some level of magnesium,” she says, as you need magnesium to make ATP, and you don’t want to create a bottleneck there.

She also finds about 95% of people have low vitamin D, and feel better on a vitamin D supplement, provided they aren’t able to get adequate sun exposure daily. “If they’re in a place where they can get enough sun, then that’s great. If they’re not, I always want everyone to check their vitamin D level. I am actually someone that will put someone on vitamin D if it’s too low in their northern climate, because I find that most people do not have high enough levels,” she says.

Aspirin is another supplement Deering says many people can benefit from, provided you take it with food. Although many are concerned about aspirin use it would be wise to review my earlier article on this topic:

“I think aspirin’s a very safe supplement. I think it can be utilized for a lot of different things. It can help with blood sugar. It can help with sleep. It’s an aromatase inhibitor. There’s so many beneficial properties from using something like aspirin in different modalities, and it’s cheap. It’s accessible. As long as you’re consuming with food, it could be a really helpful.”

Deering also recommends B vitamins, ideally from beef liver and oysters:

“I always be like beef, liver and oysters if you want to get those [B vitamins]. But if they won’t do those things, then yes, all the Bs are super important for the most part. Yes, thiamin is very important because it’s needed at a lot higher rate during carbohydrate metabolism.

And so, if somebody is B1 deficient, which I find that some people are, then yes, adding a good source of B1 can be super effective. Even biotin, B2 in some level of combination, because they all seem to work well together because you use those B vitamins through cellular metabolism in so many spaces.

… And obviously niacinamide is one that’s certainly promoted in this space as well. So having B3 as well certainly promoted. And one of the reasons is it inhibits fatty acid release into the blood system, so it tends to inhibit that stress response per se. And that’s why doing small amounts of niacinamide throughout the day can be a very effective for a lot of different people.”

Your brain consumes 20% of your energy, so it makes perfect sense that when you’re energy deficient, you’re not going to think very well. Therefore, when you increase your cellular energy, many people experience profound mental health benefits, including finding joy and a higher purpose. Deering says:7

“What I have found is that a lot of people wake up, meaning they’ve been in such a survival space for so long. When you get them energized and feeling better, all of a sudden they’re like, I never realized how much I don’t like my job, or I don’t like my spouse. Or I’ve gone through breakups with people.

I have gone through job shifts with people because now they’re capable to get out of that learned helplessness space. And now they’re actually like, what do I really want out of my life? Now I feel better.

Now they’re looking at everything and wait a minute, is this what I wanted? They’re not just in that state of survival and just living unconsciously. So now, they’ve actually now started creating a better life for themselves. So, there’s layers. It’s like I’m peeling the layer. And I’m not saying this is going to happen to everyone.

A lot of people are like, my life is great. I just need to eat better. OK, great. I want you to have a better life and be able to produce enough energy to do the life you want. I don’t want to just say, well, you feel sick, so let’s try to just take things off your plate so you can live in that sick state and not be so stressed.”

Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt is well known for his successful treatment of neurological illness and Lyme disease with integrative medicine. Originally from Berlin, Germany, Klinghardt has practiced medicine in the U.S. for over 35 years. He also sees patients in England and Switzerland.

In Switzerland, he was part of a group that instigated a change in the constitution, making alternative medicine a constitutional right of all citizens. That includes homeopathy, neurotherapy, acupuncture and all other hands-on healing techniques.

“It’s the only country on the planet where complementary medicine or alternative medicine is the birthright of every citizen,” he says. “When we managed to do that, I made sure I got a [medical] license in Switzerland, as a possible escape route from the forces that are sometimes very obstructive here [in the U.S.]”

Here, we discuss the importance of detoxification for general health and the treatment of disease, and review some of Klinghardt’s top tips for detoxification. Dr. Richard Straube, a German toxicologist, developed a blood-washing procedure (apheresis) where toxins are filtered from the blood and can then be analyzed using affordable lab testing.

“Ten years ago, he found, on average in the population, 20 toxins over the threshold of detection,” Klinghardt says. “In just 10 years, that number has gone up to over 500, which is a shocking number … That’s an exponential increase that is not compatible with life …

He’s actually about to publish this research. He did the research on 1,200 patients. It’s one of the largest toxicology studies. Of course, the leaders are aluminum, barium, lithium and strontium. These are the [toxins] in geoengineering. It makes them sort of rain down on us. Because of that — and many of these toxins are specifically mitochondrial toxins — detox … is a survival strategy for everybody.”

When your body is contaminated with man-made toxins, your body tends to compartmentalize them. Eventually, those body compartments will reach a certain threshold of toxicity, at which point your immune system can no longer control the microbial growth in that area.

“These become the areas where the microbes are domiciled, whether it’s Bartonella, Lyme, Babesia or herpes viruses. They’re not everywhere, but at the same time they’ve very strictly set up housekeeping in certain body compartments,” Klinghardt explains. For this reason, you can no longer distinguish between the toxicity and the infection, because they go together. As Klinghardt notes, “It’s a package deal.”

“For 20 years, I’ve been harping on Lyme disease and developed treatments that do not involve antibiotics, because it’s an absolute mistake to treat Lyme with antibiotics,” he says. “We know too much about the microbiome now and how sensitive the structures are.

The latest development in the last two years have been my work with Judy Mikovitz. She was part of our think tank that we had in 2006 or 2007, and tried to alert us then to the fact that embedded in our DNA are retroviruses, and that certain environmental conditions disable our mechanisms to silence those viruses, allowing them to become active …

The most well-known retrovirus is the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), but there are hundreds of others. Most of them are immunosuppressive. I’d like to prefer the term ‘immune-disturbing.’ Some aspects of the immune system are upregulated, others are downregulated. That makes us hugely vulnerable for Lyme’s, mycoplasma and Bartonella … Detoxification … is an absolute necessity to survive this insane time.”

Toxins can be either water or fat soluble. Two major water-soluble toxins are the vaccine preservative thimerosal (mercury) and the herbicide glyphosate. According to Klinghardt, they tend to be sequestered in areas such as the kidneys, lungs and bones.

Examples of fat-soluble toxins are benzene derivatives, insecticides, pesticides and herbicides. They like to settle in the fatty tissue, which makes them potent neurotoxins, since your brain is composed primarily of fat. Water- and fat-soluble toxins require differing methods of detoxification.

While you may have over 20,000 chemicals in your body, two that are particularly hazardous to your brain are glyphosate and aluminum. Glyphosate is an analog of the amino acid glycine.1 It attaches in places where you need glycine. Importantly, glycine is used up in the detoxification process, hence many of us do not have enough glycine for efficient detoxification.

To eliminate glyphosate, you need to saturate your body with glycine. Klinghardt recommends taking 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of glycine powder twice a day for a few weeks and then lower the dose to one-fourth teaspoon (1 gram) twice a day. This forces the glyphosate out of your system, allowing it to be eliminated through your urine.

I personally have been taking 1 gram twice a day for some time now. The glycine is inexpensive and actually tastes sweet. Ideally it is best to take it around the time you are eating food that might be contaminated with glyphosate.

“At least for a while, we use high doses of glycine. There are no issues with it. There are no problems with it. The other one that has been published is admittedly only a chicken study that shows that humic acid and fulvic acid can completely clean up the organ systems of a chicken …

So, we do the glycine for a while. We monitor the urine output of glyphosate. When that slows down — in some people two months, in some it’s six months — we back off on the glycine and go on a smaller dose.”

Aluminum is even more sinister. Stephenie Seneff, Ph.D., has shown that aluminum, when it gets in the extracellular space, completely changes the voltage on the cell walls — the voltage-gated channels — and has a profound effect on the microstructure of that matrix.2

“It basically impairs the receptors that we have on the cell wall, hormone receptors, neurotransmitter receptors, insulin receptors. They all get messed up by aluminum. It has a really, really strong effect, stronger than any other toxin,” Klinghardt says.

“Seneff’s work shows that glyphosate is a chelating agent. When you have glyphosate in the food, it binds all the trace minerals. They’re no longer available for absorption. It depletes us of trace minerals. However, there’s one exception and that’s aluminum. It works like a shuttle agent for aluminum. It binds aluminum, takes it across the gut wall into the tissues, and distributes it widely.”

One common ailment related to aluminum toxicity is underactive thyroid (hypothyroid), which is incredibly common these days. Aluminum hydroxides — such as that found in antiacids — actually interferes with intestinal absorption of thyroid hormones.3 Being a metal, it also has an affinity for the nervous system, and tends to collect in your brain, spinal cord and the enteric nervous system of the gut.4 In all of these places, it blocks vital functions.

To eliminate aluminum, you need to increase your intake of silica. Klinghardt recommends using silica-rich herbs for this, such as cilantro. “Dr. Yoshiaki Omura did a study5 20 years ago where he showed that you could decrease aluminum content in the animal model very quickly just by giving a cilantro extract,” he says. Other good options are horsetail (which is also high in silica) and a liposomal silica product called BioSil.

Citric acid has also been shown to mobilize aluminum. An easy and inexpensive strategy is to squeeze some lemon into a bottle of water and drink it throughout the day. Malic acid — apple cider vinegar — is another. You can also buy malic acid in capsule form, or use magnesium malate.

“Medical doctors can use desferal. It’s an injectable that’s injected once a week subcutaneously. It’s an excellent detoxer. However, there is some question as to whether it crosses the blood-brain barrier or not. Silica does. Desferal probably not, but you can debulk the aluminum in the body with a once-a-week injection.”

To eliminate fat-soluble toxins, Klinghardt recommends a combination of sauna and binding agents such as chlorella, ecklonia cava (a brown algae), and enterous gel such as methylated silica and zeolite. One or more of these should ideally be taken daily. When you do sauna therapy, the released toxins are then bound by these agents, allowing them to be safely eliminated rather than being reabsorbed.

“Do that regularly and watch your bowel transit time; it should be 24 hours or less. That means if you swallow something that’s not digestible, it should come out of the other end within 24 hours.

We have some patients where the transit time was 20 days or so. Those people are not able to excrete through the small intestine. They’re really doomed. It becomes a priority then to get the digestion going. That’s mostly the parasite issue. That is sort of my other hobby — to diagnose and treat parasites.”

Many parasites, especially worms, but also fungi and Candida, can absorb multiple times their body weight in toxins. For example, many worms are able to concentrate lead 300fold compared to the tissues of the host. The parasite load of a host is also a bioindicator for the toxicity of that host’s environment.

“Every chronic Lyme patient is also full of parasites,” Klinghardt says. “If you don’t address those, it’s been shown that the worms in the Lyme patient themselves are infected with Lyme spirochete. If you do antibiotic treatment, it doesn’t harm the parasites.

The Lyme spirochete simply retreat into the worms, wait until you’re done with the antibiotics and then hatch back out. The teaching is to treat from large to small. In a chronically ill patient, always assume there are parasites. Treat them and then kind of slowly go down.”

Unfortunately, there are few effective tests to assess your parasite burden. Klinghardt uses autonomic response testing (ART), and prescribes various cocktails of antiparasitic drugs based on that testing. Knowing that parasites are loaded with toxins, you want to coax them out of the tissues and into the gut, where they can be safely expelled.

Klinghardt uses the Gubarev protocols for this. These are enema protocols developed by a Russian scientist. Once no more parasites are to be found, he puts the patient on antiparasitic agents such as Rizol Kappa and Rizol Gamma — ozonated plant oils from BioPure.

“Recently, there’s an incredible increase in literature showing that pretty much every medical antiparasitic can also be used for treating cancer. I’ll give you an example: Albendazole, a monthly treatment, used to cost $80. Then the articles came out of cancers healing from it. Now, it’s $24,000 a month …

We use the antiparasitic drugs, the multipurpose drugs. It happens to be that the internal pathways of a cancer cell are similar to the pathways of the parasite. It’s a very good policy to start chronic treatment [of parasites] early on, before attending to Lyme disease or mycoplasma …

The main issue with parasites is this: If you undertreat a parasite, that means if you use a dose of an herb or a medical drug that’s not enough to kill it, but enough to make it sick, that parasite will put out huge amounts of biotoxins that make you really deathly ill. The trick with parasite treatment is to come in high and strong from the beginning, so these creatures cannot shoot back at you …

Parasites only come out in the poop if the parasite is sick. Parasites do not show up that way. As long as they still live in the belly, in the gut, you can palpate and you can get certain signs that make it [seem] like you got the right diagnosis. But unfortunately, the larval stages of many parasites stray to the lung, and also end up in the brain.

Cysticercosis is the name given for that larval stages of tapeworms in the brain. We see that all the time. Kids that have seizures, most of the time it’s that issue. They’re easy to treat … but it’s difficult to do it with natural things. We find that the natural herbs that are used are good if we use them in conjunction with the medical drugs.”

Klinghardt also uses ozone therapy, preferring rectal ozone administration to injection. “We have a lot of our patients buy an inexpensive ozone machine and do rectal ozone every day,” he says.

Klinghardt has worked with one of the leading parasitologists in India, studying the impact of parasites on illness. Not surprisingly, they found a direct, linear relationship between the colonic count of anaerobes and the patient’s health.

The more anaerobes the patient had in their feces, the sicker the person was. At that time, they did not have ozone available, and ended up treating patients with rectal oxygen. “It was very successful as a strategy to get people out of chronic illness,” he says. Ozone is an even more effective option.

In a previous interview, we also discussed the importance of avoiding electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation from cellphones, modems and Wi-Fi routers when treating chronic disease, as this exposure will exacerbate illness, including infections. Klinghardt comments:

“I think that is the most important issue of our time … Wi-Fi is destroying life on the planet. There’s absolutely no question. Unfortunately, titanium and aluminum in our system act like an antenna for the Wi-Fi. There’s a beautiful study on amalgam.

When you have an amalgam filling and you make a phone call on the side where the filling is, the speed at which mercury is evaporated from the tooth is increased multiple times.

Basically, we hold the position that the body needs to be metal-free in order to survive this crazy time … One phone call — I think a seven-minute phone call — activates the Epstein-Barr virus for many years. We have this published. All of us have that virus in us. If you want to have chronic fatigue, that’s a great recipe …

[There’s a] direct linear relationship between the cumulative exposure to man-made radiation and chronic illness. The more you’re exposed to, the more ill you are … This has to be modified when people are metal-toxic. They concentrate radiation in them, and then it goes up exponentially …

The combined effect of the toxicity and the Wi-Fi has unleased these viruses that are called human endogenous retroviruses. That is really, ultimately, what’s causing the severity of chronic illness.”

To protect against EMF, Klinghardt recommends the Building Biology approach to EMF remediation, which involves shielding your home, especially your bedroom. For internal protection, he recommends taking tincture of rosemary and/or tincture of propolis.

As for addressing retroviruses, Klinghardt has developed an herbal mix called RetroV powder6 made by Ki Science, which contains 10 herbs. It’s been shown to be superior to the eight drugs available for silencing retroviruses. Cistus tea and broccoli sprouts are two additional powerful tools against retroviruses.

James and I are both thoroughly Americanized scions of what is known in Europe as “White Nobility” as opposed to “Black Nobility”.  The Belchers have lived continuously in this country since 1608 and love it as their Motherland, so it is not like this represents a conflict of interest.   
You have heard all about and seen the results of our counterparts, the Black Nobility. Now you are called to understand some things about us. 
In the tradition of the White Nobility, mankind must learn to self-govern; courage, fairness, honesty and compassion are the way forward; family, neighborliness, friendship and love are the way to overcome evil; paying back is a way of life; and we must focus on the present moment — this moment called “now” without getting lost in either the future or the past.

There is no such thing as undiluted good or evil except in the realm of Absolutes; on this Earth, as the old saying goes, there is so much bad in the best of us, and so much good in the worst of us, it’s hard to know the difference.  
Still, we are foolish to ignore the the predilections of DNA and the history of families. Their traditions, good or bad, also shape them, cast their minds, and make them who they are. 
Across the miles and centuries and seas, harkening back to untold eons of life, the White Nobility has proven to be as enduring as the Black, albeit, seldom as rich.   
We stand with Joshua forevermore. 
Go chase after your idols and worship them, we say. Be beguiled by the powers of your own imagination. Lose sight of what is true and good and right. 
But as for us, we shall serve our Creator, our one and only Lord. We shall love our families and mind our business, until we are called to serve; and having served, we will return home, until we are needed again. 
This is the history of our kind and calling, and we need not be feared; Cincinnatus and George Washington were cut from the same fabric and followed the same path, the path of the White Nobility.

International Public Notice: Putting the US Debt in Perspective

The most recent claims by BRICs state that the District of Columbia Corporations owe the rest of the world 53 Trillion “dollar” equivalents— a “dollar equivalent” being understood to be an amount of labor or assets equal to the value of one ounce of fine silver. 
The U.S. Treasury admits to owing approximately 200 Trillion “dollar” equivalents after the debts of both District of Columbia parent corporations are merged under the 2015 UNITED STATES bankruptcy. 
This means that approximately 147 Trillion “dollar” equivalents are owed to the American people who bore the brunt of these criminals.  We are, by far, the largest and therefore “preferred” Creditor and we have, against all odds, shown up and claimed our Priority Creditor position.  
This has put a Big Stick in the wagon wheels of those who sought to claim our material assets as “abandoned property” and who also sought to shift the balance of our credit to China, to be used by them for their own benefit.   
Now, granted that the rest of the world is owed $53 Trillion and we are owed $147 Trillion plus all our material assets returned safe and sound — let’s put this in perspective. 
In April of 2017, a church official acting as the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA, delivered $950 Trillion in liquidated “Life Force Value Annuities” to Prince Philip; three days later, Prince Philip retired from public life, presumably having taken the $950 Trillion in insurance benefit annuities into the Black Hole of the Royal Family coffers.  
That alone would pay everyone more than four times — almost five times — the worldwide debt of the District of Columbia Corporations. 
The purportedly “abandoned” assets of the Avila Family Trust tangled up in the personal estate settlement of Severino Sta. Romano, a professional (and honest) Metals Depositor, is worth more than anyone can imagine — an amount so large that it dwarfs all comprehension and reduces the “mighty specter” of the debts owed by the District of Columbia Corporations into a flyspeck.  
And that is just one of many private family trusts that contain assets of a magnitude sufficient to pay off all debts worldwide.  Last time we looked, the St. Germain Trust (which was commandeered and illegally administered) held $473 Trillion in assets, the V.K. Durham Trust held $1,573 Trillion in assets, the Urban Trust I held $2,643 Trillion…. and so on.  
The schtick was to impersonate the actual Trustees and Heirs of all these trusts, claim that the assets were “abandoned, owners unknown”— and for the rats to waltz in and acquire the use of all these immense private trust assets in consideration of some legal expenses and lies.  
The Perpetrators of this scheme include the Usual Suspects, the Vatican, the City of Rome, the Committee of 300, the Bilderbergers, the Royals, the UN CORP, the Government of Westminster, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, the Lords of the Admiralty, the WEF (World Economic Forum), the DOJ (Department of Justice), SERCO, RELX, CIA, DIA, DARPA, and other alphabet soup “Agencies”, the World Bank/IBRD, the Federal Reserve System and its Successors, JPMORGAN and Chase Bank, The Global Federal Reserve Department, the Swiss Government, the Governments of Monaco, Liechtenstein, Israel, and all the self-proclaimed “independent, international city-states” set up as pirate bases for the so-called Empire of the City, the latest iteration of the outlawed Holy Roman Empire conceived as HRE, Inc. 
Everybody had enough? 
World War I wasn’t supposed to happen.  World War II wasn’t supposed to happen.  And if we have anything to say about it, World War III isn’t going to happen. 
All those tragic events, all the disease and despair and misery, all the killing and maiming and theft — was brought to you by the so-called Saturnine Brotherhood to cover their tracks and create a smokescreen of chaos to hide their thefts.   
You can recognize them because they wear Black Robes; in their own mythic history, they claim to come from Saturn and to serve the native deities of that planet including the Lord of the Rings, and the Holly Trinity (as in Hollywood), Baal, Baphomet, and Mammon. 
 All bunk, of course. 
Likewise, they claim to serve “the Queen of Heaven”, but they deliberately vacillate between applying this title to the Virgin Mary one day, and then to that Great Abomination, Ashtoreth, otherwise known as Semiramis, Isis, Astarte, Cybele …. and …. Columbia…. as in District of Columbia, the next. 
These Cultists are criminals and idolaters and actors of the worst sort. The militaries and what remains of the lawful governments of many nations are called to make a simple choice. 
They can either bring an end to this criminality or live their own lives as cheap mercenaries, forever relegated to the condition of indentured servants and/or slaves. 
Please remember that the gold assets backing the Central Banks that are part of the Bank for International Settlements come primarily from the Avila Family Trust and similar Spanish and Dacian Family Trusts — and these resources were meant to be used to end the practice of taxation, to uplift humanity, and put an end to poverty and ignorance.
We have the agreement and contract of the Heir of the Avila Family Trust firmly committing all but one (1) percent of the Trust assets to the relief of humanity and to building needed public infrastructure and to providing technological advancement on a global scale — for all countries and all living people. 
By the time we add in the other purloined private trusts and public assets, it is apparent that the debts of “the US, Inc.” and “the USA, Inc.” are trivial, and are being used as a Paper Tiger; the true aim of those perpetuating these lies about asset scarcity is to gain and retain coercive and arbitrary control over other people, so as to enslave and denigrate humanity for their own self-interest. 
This has been the modus operandi of for-profit corporations since the plague of these faceless, soulless, unaccountable En Legis entities began in the 1840’s.  
Please join us in putting an end to this rampage of racketeering, impersonation, barratry, fraud, and theft; there is more than enough of everything for everyone, no need for wars, no need for fear.
What we have is a global need to clean up banks and government service corporations, courts and other incorporated entities, via liquidation, forfeiture, lawful conversion, and arrest of the guilty parties that have been stealing our identities and abusing our assets and credit.
