Prepare for Change Healing Team is inviting you to a Healing Offering on Zoom

With Paula Rowe

Saturday January 22, 2022 8:00am Pacific / 10:00am Central / 11am Eastern US/Canada

We as Divine children of the one true source of light have always had this great healing tool with us at all times.

Why are most people afraid to fully breathe?

Paula Rowe is a certified Breath worker.  She has trained with and assisted Leonard Orr (Founder of Rebirthing International) in and out of this country.  Paula also trained with ?Sondra Ray’s Loving Relationship Training Program, where she became a very successful teacher, transformational coach, and lecturer.  Breathwork is and always will be her most loved modality of healing work. In 1993, she traveled to the Island of Curacao where she taught a Two-part Breathwork intensive with the schoolteachers of the island. This experience changed the way the children were being taught their history and elevated the consciousness of the school system. Her private practice evolved to many clients from Europe. She was residing on the Beach in S Florida at the time. Paula then moved to Miami, and met Diane Aliana Torrey who founded Light Touch Healing, the two of them opened a center in the Miami Springs area. Eventually they combined their gifts and combined healing which became The Espira Breath Experience.

The true nature of the ancient power of the breath is being revealed, Breath is life, life is Breath, and Breath is from the direct heart of All That Is. Pure Divine energy of infinite worth. Re-remembering the way home, from the place of divine alchemy in the inner sanctuary of our own body.

Lets Breath together and Unify in the power of the Breath. Our breath is waiting for us to awaken to its dynamic force of purging out all false realities within.

Please join us for this breathwork session with Paula.

If you would like to participate in our upcoming session, or if you have topic idea or a guest speaker in mind, please send an email to so we can help make it happen!

If you have not previously attended one of our public offerings on zoom, please familiarize yourself with our protocols listed below.

To maintain a smooth, distraction-free Zoom call, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the Zoom platform.  If this is your first time on Zoom, don’t worry. We were all new at one time and we can walk you through the basics.

  1. Please mute your mic upon entering the room. This helps eliminate background noise, feedback, or other distortions that can disrupt the flow of communication.  Please keep your mic muted until your turn to speak.  If able, have your video on.
  1. If you have a concern or find yourself emotionally triggered by something stated, please type a note in the chat box and a volunteer will assist you by opening a breakout room. This creates a separate safe space for you and a volunteer to talk in private.
  1. Questions or comments about the topic of discussion should be verbalized and not placed in the chat as it’s quite distracting for the guest speaker.  When verbalized, everyone benefits! (Links are OK to share in the chat for all to see).   If you would like to contribute to the discussion, please use the raise hand button within the app and remember to lower your hand as soon as you are acknowledged to speak.  If your hand has been raised and you still have not been acknowledged, please mention this in the chat so a volunteer may assist.
  1. Please limit your comments/shares to about 2 to 3 minutes maximum so everybody may have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion. Mute your mic when finished speaking.
  1. Be respectful in your communications and do not interrupt others who have been acknowledged to speak. Use the zoom reaction buttons to raise your hand, react to a comment, to support a speaker, or vote.  Please, do not speak until your name is called AND do not speak over others who have been acknowledged to talk.

 Recording and your Privacy

Prepare for Change strives to protect the privacy and security of all participants in our zoom calls.  Most of our conversations are not recorded.  However, from time to time, we may have a guest speaker or a topic that we wish to record and post on the web site for the benefit of all members.  You will always be notified in advance of such an event.  If you do not wish to be recorded on a zoom call, simply turn off your video.  You also have the option to change your name as it appears on screen or to use only a first name.

Thank you!!

The Meditation Situation

From starlight432.blogspot:

Update: Actually, the rainbow flower of life sphere may be more effective with the acceleration the removal of toplet bombs/exotic weapons.  I modified the meditation to use the rainbow flower of life instead.  Perhaps the next Cobra update will mention the best way to accelerate the clearing of toplet bombs/exotic weapons.  Perhaps the upcoming full moon meditation and planetary liberation petition will help to remove toplet bombs/exotic weapons, but I was looking for something in the meantime to further accelerate the process.  The sooner the toplet bombs/exotic weapons are removed, the sooner we can all have intervention and The Event.

Since it has been stated that the toplet bombs/exotic weapons are what stand in the way of intervention and The Event, a meditation can be done to accelerate the clearing of toplet bombs/exotic weapons.  This meditation can be done daily, perhaps as a concerted effort by lightworkers.  If welovemassmeditation feels that this meditation will help, they can post it on their site.  I will send this meditation to them.  My plan is to do this once a day, but it could be done once every 4 hours if chosen.  This meditation has the same steps as other mass meditations, but with the primary focus of accelerating the removal of toplet bombs/exotic weapons.

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to accelerate the removal of all toplet bombs in the surface population, and all other exotic weapons on Earth in order to have accelerated intervention from the Light Forces and Underground Resistance, and to allow the Event to take place in an accelerated timeframe.

3. Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light.

4. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to Central Suns of all galaxies in this universe. Then visualize this light entering through the Galactic Central Sun, then going through our Galaxy, then entering our Solar System and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through all beings on the planetary surface and all beings underground, and also through your body to the center of the Earth.

5. Visualize and/or feel and know that the surface population and Earth are being surrounded and saturated with the rainbow flower of life sphere.  Visualize and/or feel and know that all toplet bombs and all other exotic weapons are being cleared at a greatly accelerated rate by the Light Forces with the rainbow flower of life sphere.

6. Visualize Source directly intervening into the situation on Earth, triggering an intense healing transformation of humanity. Visualize Light transmuting all remaining darkness on Earth, healing all inequalities, erasing all poverty and bringing abundance to all humanity. Visualize a new grand cosmic cycle of the Age of Aquarius beginning, bringing pure Light, Love and Happiness to all beings on Earth.

Of course the full moon meditations would also be done, and the above meditation can be utilized in the meantime.

The primary factor that will be a discouragement to doing meditations would be a future lack of physical results – more specifically, if experimental drug mandates/passports/lockdowns are not reversed that exist in many countries and the negative elites and their minions are allowed to continue with their dystopian plans, this will continue to destabilize the situation.

Most of the countries I keep hearing covid tyranny horror stories about are in Europe.  Europe has the following countries:

(And of course, there’s Australia.)

Possible frustration can be transformed into meditative focus on the accelerated removal of toplet bombs/exotic weapons.  There is also the technique of the repeated writing of opposites to remove personal implants:  I am God.  I am not God.  Sex is love.  Sex is not love.  This is also very useful:

The following stance also remains:

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say this again.  It is absolutely essential for the surface population to stand up to the negative elites and their minions on a level beyond anything ever seen before.  The surface population cannot afford to only wait on physical intervention from the Light Forces and Underground Resistance.  We need to not solely rely on physical intervention from the Light Forces and Underground Resistance to liberate Earth.

Suppose several more months pass and the negative elites and their minions are still not physically removed from power by the Light Forces and Underground Resistance, and the surface population suffers even worse covid tyranny (in all its many forms) on ever-increasing levels.  This must not be allowed to happen.

All scenarios must be covered.  This includes the scenario for continued delayed physical intervention from the Light Forces and Underground Resistance because of the toplet bomb situation.  There needs to be an active backup plan to prevent further abuse of the surface population.  This is why I cannot stress enough the importance of the surface population standing up against the negative elites and their minions on an epic, monumental scale.

Our Essential and Ultimate Nature

The Ineffable Dimension of Our Being

Hridaya, the Spiritual Heart, is our essential and ultimate nature. It is the ineffable dimension of our being. It is another name for atman (the Supreme Self). The Spiritual Heart is the Supreme Consciousness, the ultimate Subject, the pure “I.” It is the Witness Consciousness, that intimate observer of all our thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the entire Universe in both its inner and outer dimensions.

The Spiritual Heart is not just a spark of God—the Spiritual Heart is God.

Perceiving the Heart

The Heart can be felt when attention is directed to the chest area. The very fine and discreet vibration that is awakened there, in the absence of any thought, in the quietness of the mind, is the beginning of the Sacred Tremor, spanda, the most direct experience of the Spiritual Heart. When we relax, take our time, and close our eyes we allow this vibration to arise….

This subtle calling of Infinity that radiates from the chest area is the most expressive and intimate representation of the Heart. Contained within it is the communicative warmth of Truth. Without it, all teachings would only be more “food for the mind” or lifeless information. The real essence of the Spiritual Heart lies exactly in this tremor, this very intimate vibration.

In the simplicity of this vibration lies the freshness of revelation—a revelation that comes from “inside” even when the information seems to come from “outside.” This vibration, this Sacred Tremor of the Heart, is the “spirit” of this kind of information.

Revealing the Spiritual Heart

From a practical point of view, an increasingly subtle understanding of the real significance of the Spiritual Heart will be revealed through meditation.

This process usually follows a few stages:

  1. At the beginning of spiritual practice, the Heart is an object of meditation (the Heart Center), a place in the chest area where the attention is focused.
  2. Then, it is revealed as being not just an inert point of attention, but a living reality, a sui generisinner organ of knowledge about our soul. Thus, when meditation goes deeper, we start feeling longing or love or pain or nostalgia or joy. In different spiritual traditions, this sensitivity of the Heart is known by different symbolic names, including “the Eye of the Heart,” “the mirror of the Heart,” and “the Fire of the Heart.”
  3. Eventually, the ultimate reality of the Heart is revealed as the very source of our awareness and of the meditation itself. It is revealed as our most intimate “I.”

Therefore, during this inner journey, the Heart successively becomes the object of knowledge, the instrument of knowledge, and, ultimately, the source of attention (the knower). This kind of meditation is a process that starts in the Heart and returns to the Heart. In a paradoxical way, the solitude and intimacy of the Heart reveal the essential Unity and Oneness of all existence. The Heart exudes a sense of Truth, a sense of Pure Existence. By using the heart as a symbol of sacredness, many religions have indeed expressed this very idea.

Usually, the Heart is considered the seat of feelings and psychological activity. But, this is just a relative and individual dimension of the Heart. The world of individual emotions (the human soul) is to be overcome through detachment in order to attain the revelation of the true universal significance of the Heart. So, atman has no physical or mental dimensions as such and expresses itself essentially as a subtle tremor endowed with transfigurative qualities.

The Relationship between the Mind and the Heart

The relationship between the mind and the Heart is beautifully expressed by Theodore Darrel, “If we can speak of an essential move, then it is that which helped to transform man into a vertical spiritual being, with a voluntary stability. A being whose zeal for ideals, whose prayers, whose uplifting and pure feelings rise up to the sky like frankincense.

From this being, the Supreme Being, made a temple within a Temple, a microcosm within the Macrocosm. And for this, He, endowed men with a heart, in other words with a powerful point of support. He endowed men with a center of movement that can keep man close to his origins, resembling so with his first Cause, God. In the same time, it is true, man was endowed with a brain; but this brain is an element common to the whole animal kingdom and belongs to the category of secondary movement.

The brain is an instrument of closed worldly thinking and a transformer for the use of the world and for man.

It is only the heart, through its secret exhalation and inhalation, that while remaining united with God, allows man to be alive thinking. And so, thanks to this regal pulsation, man is able to maintain his divinity and act under the dominion of the Divine Creator, obeying His Laws, happy in a bliss that only he can rob himself of, when straying from the mysterious path that leads from his heart to the Universal Heart, the Divine Heart…

Fallen to the animal level, even if he thinks himself right to call it superior, man can now only use his brain and its annexes. Thus, he feeds from cerebral thinking, directed towards the world, but he is unable to use that thinking which is alive, divine…

He only needs to want, and his attention focused on the heart can reestablish in him, balance and help him find happiness once more… At the end of his power, he instinctively folds in over himself; having recognized his own futility, he takes refuge yet again in the heart, and timidly tries to climb down into her silent crypt. It is there that all the vain noise of the world is quieted… The world and man are one. And the Heart of man and the Heart of the World are a single heart.”

Hridaya Yoga and the Spiritual Heart

Hridaya Yoga and the Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreat start from the premise that traditional ideas about the Spiritual Heart can and should be applied in very concrete and practical ways. The Heart, seen as an organ of direct knowledge, can and should be constantly trained in order to increase its purity and capacity to Love, witness, and surrender… In this way, the borders of individuality fade away and, through the recognition of its fundamental attribute as a gateway to Infinity, the Supreme Self is revealed.

The Masks We Wear – A Lesson from Horses

No philosophers so thoroughly comprehend us as dogs and horses. –Herman Melville

The Masks We Wear

–by Lynda Watson, syndicated from, Jul 21, 2021

In this present time, we are being asked to don masks for everyone’s physical health. Yet at the same time we are being challenged to doff our internal masks for our mental health both individually and as a collective. The horses can support us to remove that inner façade and emerge into a more peaceful and positive future.

When I began to pen this article humanity was still in the midst of what will forever be known as the event that defined the current generation – the COVID-19 global pandemic. Every human has at least one event that shifts their current paradigm. Examples of such past events include: 911/ JFK’s assassination/the moon landing, etc.  The future is still uncertain as to whether the pandemic will remain on humanity’s shore for a while longer or finally head out to sea. Interestingly, someone asked me the other day, ‘how do horses deal in times such as these?’. They don’t. This crisis means nothing to them in terms of their daily life. They adapt and adjust to their environment every moment of every day.  How are they so adaptable? What makes them able to flow from calm to stress and back again so fluently? Three basic characteristics of living make the horses the ideal model for us to learn from at this and any time in our lives: Foundation, Flexibility and Fellowship.

Before we go any further may I invite you to take a moment, Picture breath deeply and enter the paddock in the imagination of your heart. A small herd of gentle horses grazing peacefully in the warm summer sun. You are supported by an equine professional as needed. Together you make your way to a small grove of trees and sit down in the cool shade on nature’s carpet of green. You settle in to watch the quiet herd do what they do best. Live in the moment, in tune with nature, their own energy and each other.

This is their foundation. It is made up of five elements; that quiet strength on which they can live in peace while monitoring for safety, somatic knowing and listening, presence and awareness: all are important when living as part of nature. Horses are nature. They are not separate from it. In spending time with them we are brought back to nature ourselves.  A place we tend to forget in our super busy monkey mind lives. They bring us back to the cycles of nature and of life; back to that which is real and ‘down to earth’.  In that groundedness we come back to our bodies. Horses live fully in their bodies. This enables them to be aware of their environment and sense impending threats. If they are busy in the past or the future, then they miss those cues. Only with pure presence and awareness in their bodies can they live a peaceful and aware life.  You feel that peace and lack of stress as a calm sensation when you are in the field with them. In fact, many folks say horses are boring to watch. They eat, drink, sleep, eat more, play once in a while, etc. That’s about it. If you stick with it a bit and you will feel and welcome the peace within the herd.  To be able to run if needed they must conserve their energy therefore their calm daily lifestyle is a necessity. Their days are spent gently and quietly doing what they need to do; embracing being who they truly are, horses.

Moving our attention back to the herd let us take another deep breath. Are you feeling that calm and groundedness they live in? It is right and good for us humans to try to do this as much as we can. It makes for healthy humans; stress free and able to release the monkey mind.  As you are sitting in the field with the herd you notice in an instant that things change. It all happens at once; the barking of a dog, the flight of the herd, and your heart rate elevates. But as quickly as it happens it is over and the herd resumes its peaceful grazing in another part of the field. You, however, are still recovering from that sudden change in your world.

This is flexibility. It is so relevant to what we have all been through over the last year. A good foundation enables the horses to be flexible without causing undue stress. Horses engage that flexibility for them to move to safety while not overtaxing their systems. Stress in the human world could overtax our bodies. Horses are different from humans in how they deal with disruption and we can learn much from them for future challenges we may face.  One strong aspect of their flexibility is their emotional agility. Their ability to feel an emotion, learn from it in the moment, deal with it as needed (i.e. running from the barking dog) and then let it all go (back to grazing). If they had been holding onto past emotions, they would have not been able to quickly sense and move away from the barking dog. We humans know this all too well. We are not the best at letting our emotions pass in a healthy amount of time. We hold onto anger, sadness, etc. But we are learning, especially when we learn from the horses. Horses can face change and disruption on a daily basis. In the wild, the land changes, weather prevents movement in a familiar direction or resources dry up. If they are domesticated, humans cause disruptions to them daily. Most disruptions are not substantial but all create the need to be adaptable.   The horses’ adaptability is the key to flexibility. Conserving energy, releasing emotions once they are dealt with and living in a peaceful environment of authentic fellowship is the basis of this adaptability.

Bringing our awareness back to the herd, take another calm, slow and deep breath. Take your time.  You find yourself in a different state of mind and body now. Watching and witnessing the herd, as a collective and individuals, has created unexpected sensations within. What is that feeling welling up inside of you? Is it connection? To the land? To nature? To the horses? Perhaps even to your true and real self? Don’t run from it, sit with it and the herd. As you are feeling this you notice one of the herd members looks up and slowly makes its way over to you. The others follow, but at a distance.  You are overcome with a sense of peace and profound compassion. The horse seems to be looking directly into your heart. As quiet as can be you stand and allow the space for the horse to approach you on its own terms, at its own pace. In what seems like no time, as it feels like time has stood still, the horse comes forward and places its muzzle on your heart. What is that beautiful feeling that gently bursts within you?

This is fellowship. Horses live in herds when they live in the wild or as close to nature as possible. Just like us humans they live in social structures. What is the difference? They don’t have wars. Their conflicts are settled quickly and they get on with life, quickly and amicably. They don’t hold grudges. They don’t label or judge and are 100% honest all of the time. What a model for us humans. The horses live in a peaceful and positive society, an authentic society. Horses are who they are. They don’t pretend to be something else. They don’t wear masks. The connections they make through their heart and their gut are genuine. They don’t use words. That doesn’t mean they all get along. Some just don’t. But they are real about it.  Horses set appropriate and clear boundaries in their communications. Their living arrangements are not fear based. They feel fear but don’t live in it. When living in nature horses are free to move and free to be with their mates. This is fellowship in perfect form. And when we spend time in nature with them, they invite us into that fellowship and we feel it in our bodies, minds and souls. When we feel that, we cannot unfeel it. We can then carry it back to our daily lives and integrate it into our daily actions.  ?

PictureOne more long deep breath. Your time with the herd has come to an end for now. Your hearts are forever connected in fellowship. You leave feeling calm, prepared to better handle change and full of gratitude. You can express that joy through a heart filled thank you to your equine fellow sentient beings. They will feel your vibration of appreciation.

So, what have the horses been doing during this extraordinary time in our history? Nothing, they have just been horses. And when we step into the field and look closely, that is so very much. In that consistency and calmness, they are able to comfort, guide and direct humanity, gently, into a future we never expected.  A future we can look forward to. With horses modeling the concepts of; Foundation, Flexibility and Fellowship we are able to doff that inner disguise. We see that the world is perhaps not as polarized as imagined.  We see how horses are showing humanity a better way to live by removing our inner masks one human at a time.
