(OMNS Jan 17, 2021) Speaking out on nutritional therapy for COVID-19 is risky for medical doctors. Yet another physician is being threatened by his state licensing board for writing what you are about to read. We are not calling him/her “Doctor Y” on a whim, but rather by necessity.

“It is widely thought that no effective ways currently exist to stop the SARS-COV-2 virus except social distancing, wearing masks, and vaccines. These methods are believed to be effective, but many people have resisted distancing and masks, and the vaccines have had inequitable delivery around the world. Evidently new mutated strains of the virus are transmitted faster, and it is not certain how much protection will be available from the existing or newly developed vaccines.

“Information about effective prevention methods has been censored. The problem is that a huge body of knowledge exists about the immune system’s nutritional needs that is relevant to the cause of severe pneumonia and death from COVID-19. But this body of knowledge is evidently not widely appreciated by the medical profession, the public, and government officials.

“It has been clearly shown over decades that several essential nutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and selenium, have anti-viral properties. [1-5] It is also known that a majority of hospitalized COVID-19 individuals have deficiencies in one or more of these nutrients. [6] Further, it is known that severe pneumonia as in COVID-19 depletes many of the body’s essential nutrients. This often generates acute nutritional deficiencies that make COVID-19 more lethal. [7,8] And it has been shown in recent medical trials that simply administering vitamin C and vitamin D in huge but appropriate doses can effectively treat COVID-19 and prevent severe pneumonia and death. [8-18]

“Adequate nutrition has been shown in a variety of epidemiological studies to effectively prevent viral infection, including COVID-19. Just bringing the body’s vitamin D up to an adequate level with inexpensive and safe supplements of vitamin D can reduce the risk of infection. [13-18] But this information about nutritional prevention and treatment of COVID-19 has not been widely appreciated by the medical profession. Apparently the problem has been that clinical trials of nutritional protocols, known to be effective in small cohorts of patients, have not been funded to be performed in large randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Consequently, large clinical trials of the nutritional protocols in preventing COVID-19 have not been published to establish “proof” that adequate doses of nutrients, including vitamins C and D, magnesium, zinc, and selenium are effective. Nevertheless, the nutritional protocol is inexpensive, very safe, and widely available around the world.

Vitamin C, 1000 mg (or more) 3 times daily
Vitamin D, 5,000 IU/day
Magnesium 400 mg/d (in malate, citrate, chelate, or chloride form)
Zinc, 20 mg/d
Selenium 100 mcg/d

“Although it might seem unlikely to many people that inexpensive vitamins could help to prevent a pandemic, they can. [13] Vitamin D is not merely a vitamin; it is an essential hormone used widely in the body and is required for the immune system to function. [14-19] While vitamin C at the RDA dose level can prevent scurvy, it is required at higher levels for the immune system to function optimally, especially under duress of illness. [7-12] Vitamin C is quickly depleted during an acute viral infection. [7,8]

“To understand why the knowledge about nutritional approaches to prevention and treatment of viral infection has not been widely appreciated, one needs to understand some background about medical trials. A large RCT performed on cohorts comprising many thousands of people is very expensive, and can only be performed by a large corporation that stands to profit from the results, or by a government agency that is publicly funded. But such a large RCT to test a nutritional protocol is unlikely, given that the nutrients it tests are ordinary vitamins and minerals that cannot be patented, and given that government agencies generally work with the pharmaceutical industry to develop new drugs that will help the private sector flourish. Thus, without a clear conclusion from a RCT that a nutritional approach is effective, it is often stated that “no proof exists” about the nutritional approach.

“While a lack of “proof” would be a justifiable reason to not recommend the widespread use of a drug protocol, a nutritional protocol differs in several ways from a typical drug protocol. First, the trial must be designed to test appropriate doses. Inadequate doses have little effect. Dosage recommendations in this article are larger than the “recommended dietary allowance” (RDA) because vitamin C, vitamin D, magnesium, selenium and zinc have been utilized for many years and are known to be safe at these doses (and even higher ones).

“A nutritional trial must also determine the existing levels of the essential nutrients to be administered for each individual upon entry into the trial. The problem is, everyone has some of each nutrient in their body, for the nutrients are essential and we cannot live without them. Someone who is deficient, or becomes deficient during the course of an infection, may have a large effect from taking a vitamin or mineral supplement, but someone else who does not have a deficiency will likely not show much benefit. And different individuals likely will have different deficiencies. All of these effects can easily confound a RCT that tests a nutritional protocol, which is why the benefit of nutritional protocols for the pandemic has not been precisely “proven.”

“Thus, even though it is known that the nutritional protocol is effective for preventing a wide variety of viral infections, and has been shown in small clinical trials to be effective in treating COVID-19 to prevent serious pneumonia and death, there is currently a “lack of evidence” about its efficacy in preventing infection in large populations. This would be an acceptable justification for avoiding use of a drug, but the nutritional protocol is inexpensive, safe, and widely available to the public. [11-15] The problem is apparently that the medical establishment and government agencies have been so focused upon drug or vaccine treatments that they have dismissed the life-saving knowledge about nutrition for empowering the immune system and preventing and treating the COVID-19 infection. [13,23] The burden of proof that is necessary for approval of a prescription drug protocol (read “dangerous enough to require a prescription”) is very different than the burden of proof necessary for widespread utilization of a safe nutritional protocol. We need to consume more of the essential nutrients in our food. [20-23] Larger supplemental doses in the nutritional protocol are safe. [1-23] Thus, claiming “no proof” is not a reason to dismiss adequately high and safe doses of vitamins and minerals.”

But the shocking thing is, that normally you’re immune and you can get rid of the virus particles. It’s a slow thing.

But when you inject it, this mRNA, why it’s so deadly, is that it now goes into your genes, and starts expressing. And it starts stimulating the immune response from inside your body, and you can’t get rid it because of the source of the viral protein. You now have become like a genetically modified organism.”

Discernment

To improve clarity and inner peace in a largely dysfunctional world, we will be required to develop our personal Discernment in order to assess conditions more accurately. This may require attitudinal behavior guidelines, such as clearing negative ego behaviors and practicing holding observer awareness. Observer awareness helps us to overcome the insanity of the Archontic Deception Behaviors and their anti-life forces which abuse its mechanism throughout the death culture. In a time of intensified psychological warfare, propaganda and disinformation being circulated in the outer world, it becomes a critical survival tool to comprehend the importance of personal discernment and truth seeking. Strong discernment comes while finding inner connection to our core self through a regular spiritual practice, and utilizing our higher intuitive senses by paying attention to the energetic subtleties in a situation.

Most people may not realize that powerful skills of discernment are actually not based in the intellectual areas of the mind, but are anchored in a solid spiritual core that calls upon the intuitive ability of higher sensory perception. Cellular Knowing is connected to strong discernment skills and is the result of soul integration and spiritual body functioning. When we are disconnected from our heart, soul and spirit, if we suffer from a lack of inner coherence or emotional fracturing, we will have very poor discernment. From this state of perceiving the reality with the ego mind, our attempts to find discernment will easily falter into ego judgements.  Discernment and making judgments are not the same thing, yet the subtleties that exist between the two states are easily confused by most people. Discernment for the dedicated spiritual seeker is one that devotes themselves to the pursuit of truth above personal comfort, which is actually the nature of true and accurate discernment. It is impossible to gain strong discernment from the limitations of the three levels of ego, strong discernment is actually sourced directly from spiritual embodiment and higher consciousness levels.

The ego mind tends to confuse discernment with wishful thinking or confirmation bias, these are ego defense mechanisms from the subconscious that are designed to make yourself feel better about what you already have developed as a personal belief system. We all have formed some kind of belief system to make sense of the outer reality we live in and experience. Discernment includes a long process of developing insight from life’s experiences and observations made in truth seeking, while integrating and verifying that knowledge within your heart’s core resonances. Every individual must be willing to seek and know the truth, even if it’s emotionally painful. Discernment requires that we must let go of an obsolete or inaccurate belief system that we have, when we first awaken to the realization that it was not accurate. This means as we seek truth and discernment in situations, we have to be willing to be wrong and learn what needs to be done to change our beliefs, so that we can be more aligned in truth.

Finding strong discernment may also take you on a quest of investigate inquiry, while you go back in time to understand how you developed inaccurate assessments of the world that led to self-deception. What beliefs or perceptions did you inherit from family, friends and colleagues who influenced you along the way? As you seek truth and answers you learn what is more accurate in this moment of self, finding an overall understanding of the entire process of consciousness growth and learning.

The closer we are in accessing true knowledge that is accurate in the moment, the more truth one can accumulate into conscious awareness. This helps us to better understand the past, master energies in the present, and this aligns us to our higher potentials to actualize our spiritual purpose in the future. Belief in outer deceptions superimpose self-deceptions upon our ego mind, we cannot know ourselves accurately through our inner truth and core self, until we remove or correct the outer deceptions that cloud our belief systems because they are inaccurate. Deceptions are untruths, it does not matter if another believes it to be true, that does not make it true.

When connected to our inner spirit, our spirit will always guide us towards understanding more truth. Over time, we gather this truth through our life experiences and verify it through our heart resonance in order to accumulate more knowledge and wisdom. Strong and accurate discernment occurs when bringing the outer experience or situation close to our heart resonance, and when we are spiritually connected, our heart resonance will give us impressions that are resonating with clear vibrations of coherence, or discordant with vibrations of disconnection. Truth holds coherent vibrations which align to the natural ease of flow, while deceptions are incoherent vibrations which can feel like a struggle or chaotic. These forces can be more easily discerned by those dedicated to truth or devoted spiritual seekers.  In our community, discernment exercises are built with the use of the 12D shield in a process called boundary testing. We test the resonance of exposures to a range of frequencies given off by people, places or things, in comparison to the Christos truth spirits. We feel this exposure to the Christos frequencies with our heart-brain and we gain intuitive impressions, energy signatures, and this brings a lot of information for us to discern in its quality of energy.

The challenge is knowing that many perpetual liars tell the truth sometimes, and then our process of gaining discernment in the situation gets even more complex, there is no black and white, the deception has multidimensional depth in conveying messages. Sometimes we ask questions in those complexities to gain clarity for our personal decision-making process. What is the motivation to deceive others? What is the perception which led to the belief system to deceive others? What actions have been taken based upon that motivation and belief system, that caused them to be liars in the first place? Some people actually lie and deceive and have no idea they are lying, because they just repeat what they learned from others without inquiring if that information is actually true. This defines a person without developed self-awareness, that is relegated to the subconscious impulses and controlled by base desires. This profile of a person has no inner discernment.

Deception as an energy when discerning something never feels good or positive to a developed truther or spiritual seeker, the deception itself will register inside our body and feel negative and oppressive, manipulative, incoherent and not aligned to the natural flow. This is the inner gut telling you that something that does not feel right here, maybe there is something going on that is not good for me – pay attention! The caveat is those with addictive personality problems who gain pleasure from deceptions because they reinforce their egoic belief systems, and they have been conditioned to accept lies as feel-good energies. This happens with many addicts, they are addicted to the stimulus which can be actually very harmful to them, but they perceive it as very positive and pleasurable. Many people have been mind controlled to accept deceptions as the truth, and would rather listen to pleasant lies than know the ugly truth.

The key for discernment is learning how to shift out of ego belief systems and just hold observer awareness, deeply focusing upon something just as it is, without any judgement of good or bad. There is no emotional attachment to what you are focusing upon, as you take in subtle impressions and allow it to be just as it is, while feeling energy signatures in your body, without using intellectual reason. Through developed observer, one can more clearly see things as they are, not as the controlled narrative reports it to be.

Remember that fear will cloud our discernment. When we’re feeling fear in our body, it confuses our brain and neurological messaging which scrambles our inner spiritual compass. When we feel lost and confused and spun out in fear, we’ve lost center, and we’ve lost our inner directional compass. All of us have an inner compass that is our spiritual guidance system. It will lead us to safety and it will make the best choice for us at all times – if we can indeed listen to it.

We’ll close with the relationship mastery guideline briefly describing the nature of Discernment.

Without using ego judgment, test the personal resonance of people, events and circumstances that you choose to engage with or exchange with, determining which is either aligned to your personal resonance or not aligned to your personal resonance, in that moment. There is no right or wrong answer, only personal resonance and choice. That answer may change continually in different timelines moving forward, depending on when you ask the question and what powers of discernment are being cultivated. Learning personal discernment builds our necessary boundaries to discover what is productive and supportive for fulfilling our spiritual path or not. Strong discernment allows for continual productive growth and for the effective use of our personal energies and focused attention. By upholding our personal boundaries and applying discernment towards all things that we focus our energy and our attention upon, we are more effectively managing our consciousness and life force.

Rate of adverse events caused by cv vax 50x higher than flu shots

(Natural News) The number of people suffering serious adverse events following vaccination for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) is 50 times higher than the number for seasonal flu shots, new reports indicate.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is seeing a surge in new cases of COVID-19 vaccine injury that is massively outpacing similar cases for influenza vaccines and other jabs.

Through Dec. 22, with fewer than one million doses of China virus vaccines distributed, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) VAERS platform received 307 reports of emergency room visits, as well as 17 “life threatening” events.

There have also been a number of deaths reported, which is deeply concerning when considering the fact that Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines have only been available to the public for less than a month.

“In 2019-2020, about 175 million flu vaccine doses were given,” tweeted former New York Times reporter and Tell Your Children author Alex Berenson.

“1220 ER visits and 73 ‘life threatening’ events were reported. The data is on the CDC VAERS Website.”

Despite offering a few caveats for why there is this massive disparity, Berenson was basically forced to conclude that something is seriously wrong with COVID-19 vaccines that is causing a much higher share of patients to fall seriously ill or die after getting jabbed.

“… the first Covid vaccine doses have mostly been given to healthy people in settings where problems can be quickly treated,” Berenson notes, further indicting the jabs for affecting healthy people in a profoundly negative way.

“These problems are occurring BEFORE the rollout to older, less healthy people – and before the 2nd dose, which is known to be far more dangerous.”

Put bluntly, only stupid people are getting vaccinated for coronavirus

In the end, all of this simply confirms what Berenson admits was recognizable in the clinical trials – even though we know that clinical trials tend to understate real-world problems rather than overstate them.

“… because any smart drug company will try to bias the trials in its favor,” Berenson says.

All of that to say, getting vaccinated for the WuFlu is an exceptionally dangerous endeavor, especially since Big Pharma holds no liability for injury or death. Vaccine-injured people are completely on their own, in other words.

Considering the risk of getting sick, let alone dying, from the Chinese virus itself is next to nil, it makes no sense whatsoever to get vaccinated for it – especially when the risk of being harmed from the vaccine is higher than the risk of developing symptoms from natural infection.

The medical deep state will continue to push it on the masses, of course, even try to make it mandatory, but stand your ground and just say no, for the protection of you and your family.

And kudos to Berenson for being brave enough to tell the truth about these shots when so many others refuse to do so. Anthony Fauci and everyone else peddling them are guilty of crimes against humanity, and their day will come – hopefully sooner rather than later.

“It’s an experimental vaccine, i.e. not fully tested even according to the manufacturer’s schedule, and therefore must fall under the umbrella of human rights violations if it’s forced upon people,” wrote one Zero Hedge commenter.

“It also violates the Nuremberg Code of informed consent,” another responded. “These vax companies and Bill Gates know just how deadly they are … and vax companies are immune from prosecution for death or injury from the vax. Gates needs to be hanged from a lamppost and left swinging like a piñata while we have a shot at him with bats.”

Study: Short Break From Cosmetics Causes “Significant Drop of Hormone Disrupting Chemicals”

study led by researchers at UC Berkeley and Clinica de Salud del Valle Salinas has demonstrated how taking even a short break from various cosmetics, shampoos, and other personal care products can lead to a substantial drop in the levels of hormone-disrupting chemicals present within the body.

The results from the study were published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives. Researchers gave 100 Latina teenagers various personal care products that were labeled to be free of common chemicals including phthalates, parabens, triclosan, and oxybenzone. These chemicals are used regularly in almost all conventional personal care products such as cosmetics, soap, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, and other hair products, and animal studies have shown that they directly interfere with the body’s endocrine system.

“Because women are the primary consumers of many personal care products, they may be disproportionately exposed to these chemicals,” said study lead author Kim Harley, associate director of the UC Berkeley Center for Environmental Research and Children’s Health. “Teen girls may be at particular risk since it’s a time of rapid reproductive development, and research has suggested that they use more personal care products per day than the average adult woman.”

Results

After just a three-day trial with the girls using only the lower-chemical products, urine samples showed a significant drop in the level of chemicals in the body. Methyl and propyl parabens, commonly used as preservatives in cosmetics, dropped 44% and 45%, respectively, metabolites of diethyl phthalate, used often in perfumes, dropped by 27%, and both triclosan and benzophenone-3 fell 36%. The authors of the study were surprised to see an increase in two lesser common parabens, but, being minor, could easily have been caused by accidental contamination or a substitute not listed on the labels.

Co-director of the study Kimberly Parra explains why having local youths participate in the study was of particular importance:

The results of the study are particularly interesting on a scientific level, but the fact that high school students led the study set a new path to engaging youth to learn about science and how it can be used to improve the health of their communities. After learning of the results, the youth took it upon themselves to educate friends and community members, and presented their cause to legislatures in Sacramento.

Included in the CHAMACOS Youth Council were 12 local high school students who helped design and implement the study. One of the teen researchers, Maritza Cárdenas, is now a UC Berkeley undergraduate majoring in molecular and cell biology.

“One of the goals of our study was to create awareness among the participants of the chemicals found in everyday products, to help make people more conscious about what they’re using,” said Cárdenas. “Seeing the drop in chemical levels after just three days shows that simple actions can be taken, such as choosing products with fewer chemicals, and make a difference.”

The researchers noted that cosmetics and personal care products are not well-regulated in this country, and that getting data about health effects from exposure, particularly long-term ones, is difficult. But they say there is growing evidence linking endocrine-disrupting chemicals to neurobehavioral problems, obesity and cancer cell growth.

What Can You Do?

Well, you can be sure to check the labels on any products you purchase. Most personal care products contain a list of ingredients, but unfortunately many cosmetics do not. If you use a particular brand that you really love you can try contacting the manufacturer directly and asking them for an ingredient list.

You can also opt for more natural and organic products, but be sure to keep in mind that in the industry of personal care products, the words “natural” and “organic” are often meaningless. A safe bet would be to buy these products from a health food store and be sure to read the ingredients or ask the sales clerk. Generally, when products do not contain specific chemicals, the manufacturers are happy to label them as such.

The less demand for these chemically-laden products there is, the less these chemicals will be used. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLAR! We have the power to create the type of world we want. Be the change.
