(Natural News) The European Union (EU) is now facing up to 10 years of “terrible winter,” thanks to the bloc’s green agenda that forced many of its member states to rely heavily on Russian gas.

Belgian Energy Minister Tinne Van der Straeten said the next few years to a decade of winters in Europe will be “so bad” unless the EU moves to urgently put a price cap on runaway gas prices.

“The next winter will be terrible if nothing is done,” Van der Straeten said via Twitter. “We must act at the source, at the European level, and work on freezing gas prices.” She further said the European electricity price formation system needs to be reviewed.

“Electricity is produced today at a price that is much lower than the price at which electricity and gas are sold. There is no longer any link between the cost of production and the selling price,” she pointed out.

Gas prices have skyrocketed and are now at record highs due to the war in Ukraine, which triggered a lot of western sanctions on Russia. As a lot of European nations are dependent on Kremlin’s embargoed oil, electricity prices across the continent have soared as well.

Authorities have been warning about the great difficulties nations within the bloc will face over the coming months.

Meanwhile, French President Emmanuel Macron called the current occurrence the “end of abundance.” Government officials have expressed concern that citizens could react poorly to this statement.

Experts have warned of possible street violence erupting as a result of expected financial hardship this coming winter. In Germany, bigwigs are forecasting the possibility of gas riots, as well as the rise of right-wing populism in response to years of political mismanagement from the current ruling class.

Romanian Member of the Parliament Cristian Terhes has publicly blamed the current situation on the EU’s green agenda policies. According to him, these prevented the bloc from becoming energy independent, and have left the likes of Germany sending millions to Russia for gas despite the ongoing war in Ukraine.

“These European bureaucrats are not the solution, but the cause of many problems that the EU is facing, and the deeply damaging energy crisis is just proof of that,” he said.

French Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne recently warned that fuel will be rationed this winter as Russia reduced the amount of gas it is sending to French energy company Engie. (Related: Russian gas no longer flowing to France – energy rationing for the rest of Europe soon on the way.)

The sudden reduction in supply was allegedly due to a “disagreement between the parties on the application of contracts.”

“Engie had already secured the volumes necessary to ensure the supply of its customers and for its own needs, and implemented a series of measures to significantly reduce the direct financial and physical impacts that could result from interruption of gas deliveries by Gazprom,” a press release from the company stated.

Still, Borne asked industries to do all they can to reduce their usage.

(Natural News) Little is reported about the gravity of the energy crisis that is plaguing the Western world as progressive governments make counterintuitive and destructive decisions in favor of “green energy” policies. These policies simply can’t work long-term.

Governments know that it’s nearly impossible to run the increasingly demanding electrical grid without the help of fossil fuels, and no number of solar panels or wind turbines can give off enough energy to power the modern world – the needed grid infrastructure and battery capacity simply do not exist yet.

The Germans, for instance, had been largely compliant and committed to a green economy – but they are now foraging wood from national forests to survive the winter. (Related: Germany to reopen coal-fired power plants as Russia throttles Europe’s gas supplies.)

European establishments and cafes are also facing inevitable food shortages as inflation and energy costs are eating into luxuries and people’s disposable income.

France’s Emmanuel Macron also warned of a dire energy emergency with potential blackouts in what is predicted to be an unusually cold winter.

Meanwhile, in the United States, the Biden administration is famously against the installation of pipelines, but is concerned about Russia cutting off oil supply into Europe from the Nord Stream Pipeline.

With Russia’s frequent “maintenance shutdowns,” seemingly to create tolerance tests ahead of winter, most of Europe is already failing miserably about living oil-free. (Related: Gas supplies to Europe could be halted in a matter of DAYS.)

Energy consultants say that contingency plans take years or decades to put into effect, and Chinese-manufactured solar panels have components that are mined using massive quantities of fossil fuels – which won’t solve the problem of cutting down oil use.

Despite the developed world’s skyrocketing gas prices, some countries are paying far less than a dollar per gallon of gas: Venezuelans pay just $0.08 for a gallon, Libyans, $0.12 and Iranians $0.20.

Europe is touching the $8 per gallon ceiling, while Democrats think the $5 per gallon U.S. price can save Biden – even though this “dip” in price is still $2 higher than in 2020.

Skyrocketing gas prices in Europe a long-term crisis

Shell CEO Ben van Beurden warned that Europe may need to ration access to energy for several years as the crisis it is facing will likely last more than one winter.

The forecast from the company came after further cuts to Russian supplies sent European wholesale gas prices at record highs, threatening to plunge the economy into a deep recession.

Van Beurden also said the crisis would test solidarity between European Union member states as governments are forced to decide how to keep key industries going, and the region has to prepare for a future with no access to Russian gas.

“It may well be that we have a number of winters where we have to somehow find solutions through efficiency savings, through rationing and a very, very quick build-up of alternatives — that this is going to be somehow easy, or over, I think is a fantasy that we should put aside,” van Beurden said.

Europe’s benchmark gas price soared by almost a third recently as traders and utilities rushed to secure supplies ahead of winter, with prices skyrocketing to more than 30 times the prices from 2020 and more than 10 times their current level in the United States.

Van Beurden isn’t the only one who believes that the crisis will be long-term. Total CEO Patrick Pouyanné shared the same sentiment, saying: “My advice to the European governments and policymakers is you have to think without [Russian gas[, and if you think without it we will manage, [then] there is enough energy on this planet to do without it.”

(Natural News) Joe Biden is suffering from dementia, and anyone honest about the situation knows that, but his biggest problem has always been that he lies like it’s his job, especially when it suits his political objectives and ideology.

The problem is, far too many Americans tend to believe the BS that Biden spews — which is, of course, the point of lying in the first place: Getting someone to believe something that is untrue because you need them to do so for a self-empowering reason.

To that point, Biden told another whopper last week during an anti-gun speech during a campaign-style event in Pennsylvania, this time about AR-15 rifles, which his left-wing handlers and most Democrats are trying to ban.

In Wilkes-Barre to promote his “Safe America” agenda (while Donald Trump’s comeback theme is “Save America” — from Biden and the left), the president pretended like his party is all of a sudden all about ‘law enforcement’ and loving the police when he made his erroneous remarks.

“Do you realize the bullet out of an AR-15 travels five times as rapidly as a bullet shot out of any other gun?” Biden claimed during his speech.

It’s not clear at all what other firearms Biden was referencing, but what is clear is that the AR-15 round is not the fastest, so it can’t be ‘five times faster’ than ‘any other’ round.

Fox News explained further:

A June study by hunting gear retailer Field and Stream looked at the fastest rifle cartridges – and AR-15 rounds did not make their list.

Field & Stream listed .220 Swift, .257 Weatherby Magnum and .30/378 Weatherby as the fastest rounds, along with 224 Clark and .22 Eargesplitten Loudenboomer.

The .220 Swifts are not shot by AR-15s.

Each of those five cartridges varies from 3,400 to 4,600 feet per second (fps), according to the study. 

As for the .223 and 5.56 rounds, two of the most popular shot from an AR-15, those generally move at between 2,700-3,100 feet per second.

Biden’s BS was roundly mocked on social media.

(Natural News) According to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky, Americans should not blame her for the actions of her agency during the time of the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) plandemic when schools were closed because she was “not in the CDC when schools were closed.”

Responding to a question from NPR “Morning Edition” host Steve Inskeep, Walensky denied any wrongdoing on her part, claiming that she was always a believer that schools should remain open and be “the last place to close.”

“I know you want to look forward here, I would imagine, but of course, you also have to look back, and that’s what the review was. And I want to ask about one specific part of the response,” Inskeep said to Walensky in the leadup to his question, after which he played a clip of Anya Kamenetz criticizing the CDC for closing down schools.

“Dr. Walensky, do you accept that that was one of the CDC’s failures?” Inskeep then asked.

In response, Walensky blabbed about how she was not at the CDC when schoolchildren were being forced to stay home and “Zoom” their education online, adding the false claim that there were “high rates of fatalities among children” at the time.

“And so, keeping the schools closed – or closing them originally was really intended to buy a little time to learn about how this respiratory virus was going to spread,” Walensky added, speaking out of both sides of her mouth concerning the issue. Walensky just keeps digging her hole deeper and deeper. She is apparently unaware of the fact that the internet is full of her former quotes and positions that, contrary to what she is claiming now, fully supported medical tyranny.

Back in January of this year, for example, Walensky was aggressively defending Fauci Flu shots as accusations were being made that the jabs were killing people.

Walensky blamed “comorbidities” for all the “fully vaccinated” deaths that were pouring into the government-run Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

The fall prior to that, Walensky told the public that her agency was working on changing the definition of the word “fully vaccinated” to include so-called “booster” shots, which are now being pushed on the very same schoolchildren that she claims she never wanted to harm with oppressive restrictions.

When asked for evidence to back the booster shots she was pushing, Walensky directed people to “hope” rather than science, fully admitting that Chinese Virus injections are a faith-based intervention based on the religious cult belief that covid germs are somehow eradicated with these mystery injections.

Walensky has also taken aim at police officers, threatening them with loss of employment and the possibility of having to be sent to reeducation camps for refusing injection.

“She directly caused all this,” wrote a commenter at Breitbart News about Walensky’s constant lying.

“It’s akin to Hitler saying, ‘I wasn’t responsible for the holocaust, I only engineered it.’”

Even though she wasn’t at the helm from the very beginning of the plandemic, added another, she picked up the script from her predecessor and kept it going with a few special touches of her own.

“Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining,” wrote another about Walensky’s embarrassingly unbelievable deception.

“I just kept the schools closed and made it harder for them to reopen,” added another, jokingly referring to what Walensky actually did, despite her lies.

So much for collaboration and teamwork. Plus, when you can’t see someone’s mouth moving, it’s harder to understand what they’re saying, especially if they are also social distancing. Also, body language includes many expressions shown by the mouth and cheeks, like smiling, serious looks, frowning and so on. This is detrimental to a healthy, learning environment, but the pandemic shills never cared about any of that, until their own kids ended up damaged.

Once the doctor realized that her child was suffering developmentally, she changed her entire mantra about every pandemic mandate, claiming that nothing was stopping the spread of Omicron variant, and that containment of COVID-19 “was not reachable.” So she changed her mind about all Americans being under government rule regarding masks, forced vaccination, social distancing, lockdowns and quarantines, and now suddenly believes in individual choice. So now it’s okay for everyone to “drive drunk?”

Dr. Wen says getting vaccinated for Fauci Flu is just as important as putting your child in a car seat and teaching them how to swim, but suddenly, wearing a mask all day is severely detrimental to a child’s health and learning development? But, the science!

Obviously, none of the mandates were based on science. Wen is anti-mask now, but can’t say it on television. Well, not anymore. The shills and the CDC have all but fired her from her gig now, since she’s not following the scripted narrative with 100 percent compliance. The sad truth is that masking up and getting those clot shots for COVID is reckless endangerment, putting all humans, including kids and toddlers, at high risk of health and learning impairments. Hell is basically portrayed as one big strip club, where everyone thinks about sex all day, while others showcase their junk in thongs while twerking and swinging around poles. Oh, and your best friends are demons. Additional imagery includes huge phallic symbols spurting out gunk, children and Satan. Parties in Disney’s Hell include little girls kneeling at the alter of Satan. Is this what parents are allowing their children to watch now? How is this even legal?

Don’t forget, celebrity drag queen, Shea Couleé (Jaren Merrell), is the star of Disney’s upcoming show and Marvel Series Ironheart, which raunchy Disney describes as “impactful” and “sexy.” The character’s “suit of armor” is literally its drag outfits. This is pop culture now, which is really counter-culture, cancel-culture and sex-with-Satan-culture.

Disney is 100 percent woke now, casting R-rated films as kid’s movies and shows, with lots of cursing, perverted sex-thinking, conversing with ‘friendly’ demons, and centering on a relationship with Satan.

Make no mistake, Disney is warped and evil. No kids or teens should be watching these movies or shows. It’s devil-worshipping pornography disguised as cartoons and animated superheroes. Parents might reconsider everything “Disney” and “Marvel” as a very, very bad influence on kids and teens.
