Kissinger Arrives in Hell, Appointed Permanent National Security Advisor

BY KEVIN BARRETT,

In the illustrious culmination of his 100-year career, Henry Kissinger arrived in Hell today and was immediately appointed Satan’s National Security Advisor.

Kissinger will spend the rest of eternity devising futile diplomatic ruses and stratagems aimed at enhancing Hell’s nonexistent chances of defeating Heaven.

At a press conference announcing the appointment, Satan said that even though he knows he doesn’t have a chance in Hell of succeeding in his long-standing Global War on God (GWOG), he nonetheless hopes that Kissinger, by injecting notes of gravitas and realpolitic into the Kingdom of Hellfire’s infernally hopeless strategic and diplomatic efforts, will at least make the doomed enterprise more interesting.

Back on Earth, American president Joe Biden expressed hope that Kissinger’s mission to Hell would open up a new chapter in US-Hell relations. “Since we just paid Israel to murder 20,000 Palestinian civilians, and provided the weapons, the Devil must be looking fondly on America at this critical juncture in our history,” Biden said. “We have high hopes that Henry Kissinger will soon broker an agreement inaugurating a new era in which America and Hell work closely together to achieve our common goals. As I’ve always said, ‘If Kissinger can go to China, he damned well can go to Hell.”

Asked about his impressions of Hell, Kissinger quipped: “I’ve been to some Third World countries seeking nuclear weapons where things got almost this hot.” He added that when he arrived in Furth, Germany, as a US soldier right after World War II, he wondered where all the Zionists had gone. Smiling wickedly, the Gehennan immigrant who instantly rose to become National Security Advisor quipped: “Now I know.”

The world’s 1st CRISPR therapy has just been approved. Here’s everything you need to know

From livescience.com:

U.K. regulators have approved the use of a CRISPR therapy called Casgevy to treat two inherited blood disorders. But what is it and how does it work?

The world’s first treatment that uses CRISPR gene-editing technology has been approved.

Exa-cel, also known by its brand name Casgevy, received its first regulatory approval on Nov. 16, 2023 from the U.K. Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to treat two debilitating blood disorders: sickle cell disease and transfusion-dependent beta-thalassemia. Advisors to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) determined that the drug was safe for clinical use in late October, and the FDA itself is expected to rule on whether to approve the treatment by December.

The MHRA’s historic decision to approve Casgevy may signal the start of a new era of gene therapy. However, questions remain surrounding the treatment’s affordability and its long-term safety.

Here’s what we know so far about Casgevy.

What does the first approved CRISPR therapy treat?

The MHRA approved Casgevy to treat sickle-cell disease (SCD) and transfusion-dependent beta-thalassemia. These are lifelong, genetic disorders caused by mutations in the genes that code for hemoglobin, a protein that red blood cells need to transport oxygen around the body.

More than 100,000 people in the U.S. are estimated to have SCD, but the rates are higher for some populations than others. For instance, 1 in every 365 Black babies is born with SCD. The disease changes the shape of a person’s red blood cells so that they become C-shape, rather than round. The sickle-like cells die quickly and also stick to each other, blocking blood vessels. As a result, patients develop anemia and often experience bouts of severe pain called pain crises.

beta-thalassemia affects around 1 in 100,000 people worldwide, and it disproportionately affects those of Mediterranean, Asian, African and Middle Eastern descent. Patients with beta-thalassemia don’t produce enough hemoglobin, which can lead to severe anemia, whereas sickle-cell anemia stems from a lack of healthy red blood cells. “Transfusion-dependent” means that the disease is so severe that patients must have regular red blood cell transfusions throughout their lives.

How does Casgevy work?

Casgevy is based on a revolutionary gene-editing technique called CRISPR which was first developed in 2012 .

The CRISPR system cuts genes out of DNA using an enzyme called Cas9. These “molecular scissors” are guided to target DNA by a molecule of RNA. The technology was adapted from a natural defense mechanism that bacteria and other simple organisms called archaea use against viruses.

Casgevy targets a gene called BCL11A. The gene codes for a protein that would normally regulate the switch from the fetal version of hemoglobin to the adult version shortly after birth. However, in patients with SCD and beta-thalassemia, the adult hemoglobin is defective.

The goal of Casgevy is to disable BCL11A and thus allow the body to keep making fetal hemoglobin, since the adult version doesn’t work. To do this, blood-making stem cells are taken from a patient’s bone marrow and the BCL11A gene is edited using Casgevy in the lab. The newly-modified cells with functioning hemoglobin are then infused back into the patient’s body. Before the infusion, the patient must take a chemotherapy drug called busulfan to eliminate the unedited cells still in their bone marrow, STAT News reported.

This process of adjusting to the new, edited cells is lengthy. “Patients may need to spend at least a month in a hospital facility while the treated cells take up residence in the bone marrow and start to make red blood cells with the stable form of hemoglobin,” the MHRA said in a statement.

In two late-stage clinical trials, Casgevy restored hemoglobin production in most patients with SCD and beta-thalassemia and alleviated their symptoms. Twenty-eight out of 29 patients with SCD didn’t experience any severe pain crises for at least a year after being treated with Casgevy. Similarly, 39 out of 42 patients with beta-thalassemia didn’t need red blood cell transfusions during the same post-treatment period. The remaining three patients were more than 70% less likely to need a transfusion.

Is Casgevy safe?

No serious safety concerns were flagged in either of the two late-stage clinical trials of Casgevy, although some transient side effects, such as fever and fatigue were reported. Both of these trials are ongoing and Casgevy’s long-term safety continues to be monitored by regulatory bodies, such as the MHRA and the FDA, and by the therapy’s manufacturers, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and CRISPR Therapeutics.

However, there are still some concerns about the safety of CRISPR-based therapies, in general. Namely, there’s concerns about “off-target” effects, which occur when Cas9 acts on other parts of the genome that weren’t intended to be changed and cause unwanted side effects.

“It is well known that CRISPR can result in spurious genetic modifications with unknown consequences to the treated cells,” David Rueda, chair of Molecular and Cellular Biophysics at Imperial College London, told the U.K. Science Media Centre. “It would be essential to see the whole-genome sequencing data for these cells before coming to a conclusion,” he said. This would involve surveying all the DNA in Casgevy-edited cells to see if there are any off-target effects.

Where has Casgevy been approved?

As of mid-November, only the U.K has approved Casgevy. The MHRA cleared the treatment for people over the age of 12.

But according to Vertex, the treatment is currently being reviewed by the European Union’s European Medicines Agency, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and the FDA. It is expected that the FDA will approve Casgevy on or before Dec. 8, STAT News reported.

When will Casgevy be available to patients?

It’s unclear when Casgevy will become available, but its reach will largely depend on its cost. Gene therapies can cost millions of dollars and it looks like Casgevy will be no exception. This could make it inaccessible for many people who need it.

“The challenge is that these therapies will be very expensive so a way of making these more accessible globally is key,” Kay Davies, a professor of anatomy at the University of Oxford, told the U.K. Science Media Centre.

Vertex has yet to set a price for Casgevy in the U.K., a spokesperson from the company told Nature, but is “working with the health authorities to secure reimbursement and access for eligible patients as quickly as possible.”

What other CRISPR therapies are in development?

Intellia Therapeutics is developing CRISPR therapies to treat inherited diseases from inside the body, STAT News reported.

In addition, a tweaked version of CRISPR called “base editing” that can target the individual building blocks of DNA is being tested as a way to treat disease. For example, Verve Therapeutics is testing such an experimental treatment for heart disease. Another promising new type of therapy, called “prime editing,” involves CRISPR but also “incorporates additional enzymes and genetic instructions to insert, delete or rewrite short segments of DNA,” STAT News reported.

“Media Literacy” Classes – Their Next Step in Brainwashing Our Youth

From Jordan Sather:

States around the country are beginning to require “media literacy” classes for K-12 students.

As if schools aren’t brainwashing our kids enough, now some states are requiring “media literacy” classes for students.

Here’s a recent press conference from New York Governor Kathy Hochul announcing her state’s attempt to fight “conspiracy theories, misinformation, and hate speech” with a “Media Literacy Tool Kit” that will be given in K-12 schools:

Führer Newsom of California also just signed a law requiring them. California schools will be incorporation media literacy into English, science, math, and history classes throughout every grade level.

Other states like Delaware, New Jersey, and Illinois came forth earlier this year with similar agendas.

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy echoed the New York Governer’s dystopian rhetoric in a similar statement. “Our democracy remains under sustained attack through the proliferation of disinformation that is eroding the role of truth in our political and civic discourse,” Murphy said.

All Democrat governors, notably.

While yes, we do need to teach our children how to spot FAKE NEWS and misinformation, this of course is being inverted 180°. They will the students to adhere to whatever the “official narratives” are from the mainstream media, authorities and experts without question, while discounting true information, otherwise known as CoNsPiRaCy ThEoRiEs, that come from anywhere outside these official sources. These will be classes and courses designed to embed propaganda further into our children’s minds.

They always gift wrap their social engineering dark agendas with good sounding, agreeable narratives.

“We need to protect the environment” – yes we do – “So you must accept our Green New Deal agenda!” – um, no.
”Racism is bad!” – yes it is – “So you must accept our woke DEI agenda!” – no, I won’t do that either.
”The health of society is important!” – uh huh – “So put your mask on and take this vaccine!”.

And we could go on and on with examples of their virtue signaling.

It’s now becoming ever more obvious that our schools are indoctrination centers telling students what to think, not teaching them how to think, and it’s clear the Powers That Be are worried about society waking up to what’s truly going on in the world so they’re going after the next generation in an effort to extinguish the spark of critical thinking in our youth.

Today’s lesson: we need to not only protect our children’s bodies but protect their minds, too.

Homeschool if you can, if you can’t, make sure you talk to your kids about what’s going on in their schools. Meet their teacher, tour their classroom, and check over their schoolwork to see if any propagandist narratives are being impressed upon them in class. Take it a step further by going to school board meetings, joining the PTA, or grouping with other parents that have kids in the school who are concerned about the indoctrination of their kids with twisted ideologies.

The only way the Powers That Be can win is if we sit on our ass and spinelessly let their agendas continue. Get active and get involved – our children depend on it.

‘Shot Dead’ movie by parents about Covid shots killing their children

This is the movie we wish we didn’t have to make. But this is a movie everyone needs to see. For the first time ever, hear the stories of covid shot deaths as told by the parents who lost their children. Shot Dead premiered on November 9, 2023 – the one-year anniversary of 18 year-old Trista Martin’s death from the shot, in her hometown of Tulsa (Trista is featured prominently in the film).
.
Hear from the families brave enough to speak up and admit that the shot killed their children. Hear from the ones who have refused to keep quiet. We all know that there are so many who have sold out to pharma, denying that their loved ones were hurt or killed by the shots. But there is no amount of money or threats that can keep these parents from speaking truth in honor of their children…and so this doesn’t happen to one more child.
.
This is the first film that focuses on the deeply personal aspect of the devastation unleashed by the shot and the mandates, as told by the families who lost loved ones. This film will make you cry. This film will make you think. And this film will prompt you to take action for children everywhere.

Australian Government admits COVID vaccine injuries but restricts compensation, prevents investigation

The government admits Covid “vaccines” seriously injured thousands of Australians but is restricting compensation, and won’t investigate how our health systems and institutions became so brutal and tyrannical.

And now one of the few MPs to defend the victims, Russell @BroadbentMP, has left the Liberal Party party after losing preselection. Many believe he was dis-endorsed at the instruction of Pfizer and Big Pharma which essentially control the Liberals.

“Our people have lost hope, they’ve lost control of their lives,” he tells Alan Jones.

“It’s an absolute blight on the parliament, a blight on the Liberal Party, and it ought to fill those who are responsible with an awful sense of shame,” Alan says.
