Pittsburgh Synagogue Gunman Robert D. Bowers Nonexistent in the System

With the latest alleged synagogue shooting in Poway, near the Southern California city of San Diego, we have nothing yet to observe other than to say they’re sure picking on poor ol’ PewDiePie.

Brenton Tarrant of the Christchurch, Australia, shooting invoked PewDiePie out of the blue as well. Who knows what kind of wizardry this is about. The California shooter, one John Earnest, of course also has a stream of consciousness manifesto.

I had the help of a man named Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg. He was kind enough to plan and fund this whole operation — the sly bastard. Apparently, Pewdiepie hates Jews as much as Pajeets. Who would’ve known?

And there’s this.

This is one of the reasons cowards so shrilly screech that Brenton Tarrant and [Pittsburgh synagogue shooter] Robert Bowers were Mossad false flag operations. They can’t fathom that there are brave White men alive who have the willpower and courage it takes to say, “Fuck my life — I’m willing to sacrifice everything for the benefit of my race.” He projects his own cowardice onto the White race. To the coward it is just a hobby. He is a LARPfag and a traitor. Ignore him. He has nothing useful to offer. That or it’s just a Jew shilling, “Don’t oppose us.” Or possibly a schizo boomer off his meds.

But enough of Mr. Earnest, for now. Until details are known, this “schizo boomer” will just stick with the Trivium method. And given that the “Pittsburgh synagogue shooting” involving Robert D. Bowers was back on Oct. 27, 2018, there should be ample online records now available for research, and we decided to have a look.

There’s not much in the news on the fate of Bowers, now age 47. Last month, he allegedly showed up in “federal court” in a wheelchair. No photos are available of this, but a story reveals that he is being held in an unnamed “federal detention center.” In fact a Google image search of Robert D. Bowers reveals the same photo over and over. Such a high-profile criminal hasn’t been photographed in the last six months? Interviewed? Why wouldn’t a fanatic with a lengthy manifesto want an interview and a soap box? Why so closed mouthed?

We also learn that Bowers is being represented by Judy “Deep Six” Clarke. We discussed Clarke in our post “Why Haven’t Certain Notorious Mass Killers of the Last Decade Been Interviewed?

The news piece goes on.

Bowers’ attorney, Judy Clarke, has a reputation for keeping serial killers and mass murderers off death row. Among her former clients are the Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski, and Zacarias Moussaoui, convicted of helping mastermind the 9/11 attacks. Both pleaded guilty and were spared the death penalty. Clarke has already expressed interest in striking a plea deal for Bowers rather than taking the case to trial.

Since this is ‘Merika, surely we could locate Mr. Bowers somewhere in the justice system, right? Bowers’ case is listed in the Federal court docket. However, in a rarely invoked and frankly star chamber manner lo and behold the all evidence and documents have been sealed. Us proles will never be able to see what allegedly transpired. No facts or evidence for you.

Next, we checked both the federal inmate locator. Bowers isn’t there. Nothing in the Pennsylvania state inmate locator either. Inquiring minds would like to know: Is he in some special gulag star chamber somewhere?

Our initial observations of this event may be gleaned from this post: “Observations on the Squirrel Hill Synagogue Shooting (Updated).”

Pennsylvania arrest records search for the last year for Robert D. Bowers and Robert Bowers turn up two unrelated misdemeanors, but nothing for murder.

Prosecutors Dropping Child Porn Charges After Software Tools Are Questioned

More than a dozen cases were dismissed after defense attorneys asked to examine, or raised doubts about, computer programs that track illegal images to internet addresses.

By Jack Gillum | 3 April 2019

PROPUBLICA — Using specialized software, investigators traced explicit child pornography to Todd Hartman’s internet address. A dozen police officers raided his Los Angeles-area apartment, seized his computer and arrested him for files including a video of a man ejaculating on a 7-year-old girl. But after his lawyer contended that the software tool inappropriately accessed Hartman’s private files, and asked to examine how it worked, prosecutors dismissed the case.

Near Phoenix, police with a similar detection program tracked underage porn photos, including a 4-year-old with her legs spread, to Tom Tolworthy’s home computer. He was indicted in state court on 10 counts of committing a “dangerous crime against children,” each of which carried a decade in prison if convicted. Yet when investigators checked Tolworthy’s hard drive, the images weren’t there. Even though investigators said different offensive files surfaced on another computer that he owned, the case was tossed.

At a time when at least half a million laptops, tablets, phones and other devices are viewing or sharing child pornography on the internet every month, software that tracks images to specific internet connections has become a vital tool for prosecutors. Increasingly, though, it’s backfiring.

Drawing upon thousands of pages of court filings as well as interviews with lawyers and experts, ProPublica found more than a dozen cases since 2011 that were dismissed either because of challenges to the software’s findings, or the refusal by the government or the maker to share the computer programs with defense attorneys, or both. Tami Loehrs, a forensics expert who often testifies in child pornography cases, said she is aware of more than 60 cases in which the defense strategy has focused on the software.

Defense attorneys have long complained that the government’s secrecy claims may hamstring suspects seeking to prove that the software wrongly identified them. But the growing success of their counterattack is also raising concerns that, by questioning the software used by investigators, some who trade in child pornography can avoid punishment. […]

Why Haven’t Certain Notorious Mass Killers of the Last Decade Been Interviewed?

I am willing to open up this question to debunkers and also honest observers to answer. You can freely comment as long as you stay on topic. The primary rule to be followed is no personal gaslighting, blocking or diverting. In other-words, no I knew a cousin, who had a friend, whose mother died at Boston Marathon, etc – shame on you, making it about me. Also read this post closely enough so that you know the cases I am questioning.

If you can follow this format I am looking for any real evidence that the following list of convicted are actually in prison. One form of evidence to consider would be actual post- conviction prison interviews. These would be interesting to view not just for confirmation- but for historical reasons.

Winter Watch has a topical interest in true crime, and writes stories in that genre. In our research we find it most curious that currently on You Tube you can watch the following notorious deadly criminals being interviewed in prison. In fact there are very few of the most infamous who have not been interviewed. Other playlists have many others. There are interviews on You Tube and elsewhere with hundreds of criminals and they have millions of views and draw high interest.

Just this one playlist includes in the flesh conversations and interviews with: Ed Kemper, Jeffrey Dahmer, Dennis Rader, Joel Rifkin, David Parker Ray, Aileen Wournos, David Berkowitz, Arthur Shawcross, Ted Bundy, Gary Ridgeway, Gerald Schaefer, Charles Manson, John Wayne Gacy, Danny Rolling, the Ice Man Richard Kuklinski, Richard Ramirez, Wayne Williams, Otis Toole, Henry Lee Lucas, Tommy Lynn Sells. Of course Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh conducted an interview as has Sirhan Sirhan (several) and Mark David Chapman.

Jeffrey Dahmer and his father conduct inmate prison interview

Many investigators and profilers go out of their way to get inside these criminals’ minds. But for some inexplicable reasons the interviews involving what many conspiracy theorists call staged deceptions can’t be found. But maybe the debunkers (or just honest readers) can locate some? I have narrowed this to those already “convicted” and allegedly “imprisoned”. So no need to come on here and tell us lawyers have advised them not to speak. Hundreds go on camera in prison, and it is not as if they have busy schedules and engagements.

Where are the Interviews of these Actors?

Boston Marathon bombing: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev  sentenced to death on June 24, 2015.  Attorney was Judy Clarke who handles other defendants who have also dropped out of sight. The latest claim is that he had been transferred to ADX Florence. A Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) spokesperson stated that “unique security management requirements” caused the agency to place Tsarnaev in Colorado instead of United States Penitentiary, Terre HauteIndiana, where male death-row inmates are normally held. He is held under extreme confinement conditions called Special Administrative Measures (SAMs) and has a gag order placed on speaking. How could that be even remotely constitutional or real?

On Nov. 7, 2016 Paul Cianca was sentenced to life in prison. Judy Clarke was also his defender. Hasn’t been seen since.

On August 24, 2015 Aurora Shooter James Holmes was sentenced to 12 consecutive life sentences plus 3,318 years without parole. According to the inmate locator on the Federal Bureau of Prisons website, Holmes is currently incarcerated at USP Allenwood in Gregg Township, Union County, Pennsylvania. He hasn’t been publicly seen since.

On March 31, 2017, Dylan Roof agreed to plead guilty in South Carolina state court to all state charges pending against him—nine counts of murder, three counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony—to avoid a second death sentence. In return, he accepted a sentence of life in prison without parole. Articles of his prison life are scarce but he is alleged to be on death row in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Jared Laughner In November 2012, he was sentenced to life plus 140 years in federal prison. Attorney once again was Judy ‘Deep Six” Clarke. Loughner is currently serving his life sentence at the Federal Medical Center, RochesterMinnesota.  He has never been interviewed.

Esteban Santiago-Ruiz sentenced to life on August 17, 2018 for Ft. Lauderdale Airport shooting. I am unable to locate his prison, but perhaps somebody here can? There are no interviews.

A jury sentenced James Alex Fields Jr. to life imprisonment on Dec. 11, 2018. Sentencing is set for 29 March 2019. After sentencing will he speak?

Sherlock Appraises the ‘Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’ Show-Trial ‘Evidence’

Not surprisingly, the trial of “Dzhokhar Tsarnaev” for the Boston Marathon bombing is chock full of ludicrous storytelling for the pajama people. It reminds me of how, as if by some miracle, the Crime Syndicate materialized one of the 9/11 hijacker’s passports found at the foot of the demo’ed Twin Towers. The Crime Syndicate rag Daily Mail gives us the trial particulars.

Tsarnaev’s defense attorney, Judy Clarke, presented to the court the dead older brother’s wallet. Naturally, it is full of receipts for bomb-making ingredients. Inquiring minds might wonder why he would keep such receipts, for what purpose? A tax write off perhaps? Souvenirs? To incriminate himself? Dead men can’t talk.

Speaking of dead men can’t talk- the Tsarnaev Brothers tried to survive- no suicide here. Here they can be heard shouting, “We give up!” and “We didn’t do it!” The deployed “units” just kept firing anyway..

While we’re at it, let’s have another look at Judy “Deep Six ‘Em” Clarke, also known as “Judy on the Spot” for many of these high-profile patsy cases of late. For her clients, her specialty is avoiding the death penalty. For the state, it’s ensuring a conviction. Reportedly, her clients typically end up at a special super-max prison in Colorado called ADX Florence. She was also on the defense for the show trials of Theodore Kaczynski, Buford Furrow, Zacarias Moussaou, Eric Rudolph, Jared Lee Loughner and Paul Cianca. What a coinkydink.

Read “Paul Cianca, LAX Shooter: Updated”

Personally, I doubt the doppelganger playing Dzhokhar in court ever sees the inside of any U.S. prison. If you’ll recall, his friends didn’t even recognize him in court – have a listen.

One observant news reporter (who didn’t get the memo) in the courtroom noted that Tsarnaev’s spoke in a heavy Russian accent. Glitch in the matrix, as Tsarnaev’s wrestling coach told the CNN reporter that he never had such an accent. The real Dzhokhar can be heard speaking at 2:32 in the above video with a very mild accent- if at all.

The real Dzhokhar (at right) was 19 years at the time and rather baby-faced. The other rendering (no photos or cameras allowed in the court) is who exactly? There are no apparent photos or videos of this person in our open source search of the internet since the alleged apprehension..

Next we were told that the brothers removed their blood-stained gloves from the officer’s shooting and left it inside of their abandoned car. For what purpose? To help the prosecution?

Yet, despite going to all the trouble of wearing gloves, fingerprints are everywhere. But would their fingerprints in a family car even be significant?

“Forensics experts testified that Dzhokhar’s fingerprints were found throughout the [Tsarnaev family’s] Honda.”

In a second car, that was stolen, they take the trouble to bring along the following items. They leave behind the gloves, but not their beloved bomb-making material.

“Tupperware container filled with explosive powder and fuses found in a car stolen by the Tsarnaevs just before the firefight with police.”

This one is good, real logical. Seems they had the wherewithal to hurl pipe bombs in a shootout with police. Really? Who makes this up? What is effective range of throwing a pipe bomb coming against armed police? Doesn’t combine.

“During earlier testimony Wednesday, jurors were shown two pipe bombs hurled at police during the shootout. Neither of those bombs exploded, but a third pipe bomb did.”

Oh, and while we are it, let’s make sure we also bring along the chill music CDs for listening pleasure in the second stolen vehicle.

There is a high probability the real Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was murdered by the crime syndicate along with his brother Tamalan. If not, he’s deep inside the star chamber “justice” system and, like Aurora shooter James Holmes, out of sight. “Dzhokhar” has never been seen again except in court drawings.

“Dzhokhar Tsarnaev” was sentenced to death on June 24, 2015. “He” has been transferred to ADX Florence, Colorado.

A Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) spokesperson stated that “unique security management requirements” caused the agency to place “Tsarnaev” in Colorado instead of U.S. penitentiary Terre Haute in Indiana, where male death-row inmates are normally held. “He” has never conducted an interview, and an open search of his name in the last several years turns up virtually nothing about his activities, comments or state of mind.

This question of the dearth of interviews coming from the phantom boogeymen and patsies in recent years is very problematic. You see ladies and gentlemen- one can go on You Tube and avail hundreds of prison interviews with infamous killers and criminals. Some have millions of views.

Just this one playlist includes in the flesh conversations and interviews with: Ed Kemper, Jeffrey Dahmer, Dennis Rader, Joel Rifkin, David Parker Ray, Aileen Wournos, David Berkowitz, Arthur Shawcross, Ted Bundy, Gary Ridgeway, Gerald Schaefer, Charles Manson (numerous interviews), Danny Rolling, the Ice Man Richard Kuklinski, Richard Ramirez, Wayne Williams, Otis Toole, and Tommy Lynn Sells. Of course Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh conducted an interview as has Sirhan Sirhan (several) and Mark David Chapman.

But are Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Paul Cianca, James Holmes, Dylan Storm Roof, Jared Laughner, and Esteban Santiago-Ruiz, among others, too busy?

And what a botched operation on the patsy end. This is brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, seen walking to a police car naked and handcuffed shortly before he was taken out back to be murdered. The scene was so poorly controlled by the Crime Syndicate goons that these videos got out into the public realm for all to see. I hate to put it in this article, but will proceed so at least several hundred of my readers may have a brief chance to see, before it gets taken down. Meanwhile if you have a You Tube channel start mirroring these.

The cover up of the patsy operation was also a clusterfuck. Apparently the old-school Operation 40 goons who knew what they are doing have retired, replaced by Keystone cops perhaps? The next video describes how a friend of the Tsarnaev brothers, Ibragim Todashev, was disposed of during an “FBI interview.” This is the great reporter Ben Swann before he was jettisoned out of a job- covering this sorry case.

Two other friends of the Tsarnaevs were also murdered and marijuana placed on their bodies by a death squad (scene is in second video).

Two elite FBI agents that were on the scene for the Tsarnaev event had freak “accidents” in a training exercise.

For the record, people who knew the real Dzhokhar described him as smart and capable.

This is the real Dzhokhar “Jahar” Tsarnaev before being set up and murdered by Crime Syndicate goons. RIP.

Retired FBI Chief Ted Gunderson Revealed Star Chamber Justice System in Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald Case

I used to think the late Ted Gunderson (1928-2011) was just too over the top and possibly even a limited hangout. I think I too was susceptible to the neuro-linguistic programming, roll-ones-eyes, cognitive-dissonance jamming caused by some of his word choices, which is a topic discussed in yesterday’s post.

Now, I believe and see Gunderson was essentially over the target. The former FBI chief conducted a number of remarkable and courageous investigations. He confirmed many of the events prior to his death in 2011, that we’ve written about on these pages. He was particularly involved in investigating organized networks that abuse and traffic children and adolescents, such as the Franklin Scandal, the McMartin preschool case, The Finders and many others.

Read “The Abduction of Johnny Gosch and the Franklin Scandal Coverup”

Incidentally, Gunderson was no lightweight. In 1973, he became the head of the Memphis FBI and then the head of the Dallas FBI in 1975. He was appointed the head of the Los Angeles FBI in 1977. In 1979, he was one of a handful interviewed for the job of FBI director.

There are a number of Gunderson speeches online, but the following one, from 2000, provides a timeline of his experiences, including having hit contracts put out on him. He was smeared and threatened unmercifully. Gunderson had a one-of-a-kind, 30-year dive into rabbit holes as a conspiracy researcher with an advanced law enforcement background. He knew things.

He was first awakened in 1980 (after retiring from the FBI) when he was pulled in as an investigator on the Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald case., an Army Green Beret soldier and physician accused of killing his wife and two young daughters in 1970. The details of this rather blatant case of star chamber injustice are here, but we are also interested in the big systemic issues Gunderson uncovered.

It was from this case that Gunderson began to fully appreciate the prevalence of high-level cover ups and the thread of satanic Illuminists elements. This can be gleaned in the following documentary, particularly starting at minute 01:01:00. After watching this, consider that Dr. MacDonald is still in prison nearly 40 years later. It’s yet another extremely damning indictment of the Crime Syndicate star chamber justice system.

Gunderson estimated that there are, in his words, “4 million practicing satanists in the U.S.” Again, we have semantics and definitions in play, as this could also encompass what I call Illuminists/Frankists/psychopaths as defacto satanists. But the bottom line is that these elements are highly problematic, organized, evil and are powerfully embedded throughout the sistema.

The Fayetteville ‘Cult’ and How Star Chamber Justice Works

Fayetteville, North Carolina, near Ft. Bragg in 1970 was a drug and counter-culture cesspool. Helena Stoeckley stated her satanic cult was active in a drug operation that was transporting drugs in plastic bags hidden in the body cavities of dead G.I.s from southeast Asia to the U.S. in military planes.

Her cult murdered Dr. MacDonald’s family for personal revenge without the permission of the leaders of this operation. The leaders — some of whom were high ranking military — were afraid that if the cult was identified as involved in the murders, it might expose the drug operation. They had the methods, the means and enough sistema control to frame Dr. MacDonald.

P.E. Beasley, a retired Fayetteville, North Carolina, police officer, worked the case with Gunderson. Their investigative reports were blown off and ignored by the sistema. This was Gunderson’s wake-up call that a high level cover up was in play – something he would come across for the next 30 years of investigating cases. Stoeckley was Beasley’s most important police informant at the time of the killings.

Stoeckley and her boy friend Greg Mitchell ran with a group of people they called their “cult.” Two of the members matched descriptions of the other two alleged intruders given by MacDonald: a black man wearing a green Army fatigue jacket with sergeant stripes, and a white man with pock marks on his chin and cheeks.

Stoeckley identified as co-assailants Mitchell, Shelby Don Harris and Dwight Smith, who was the black male who often wore an Army jacket with E-6 sergeant stripes. She stated her drug-addled “cult” sacrificed animals and had a history of violence, including stabbings. Stoeckley named Greg Mitchell as the person who murdered Dr. MacDonald’s wife, Colette. Found under Colette’s fingernail was skin (now missing) and the blood type of Mitchell, not blood from Dr. MacDonald.

Greg Mitchell and Helena Stoeckley (both now deceased at young ages) repeatedly confessed to killing Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald’s family. PHOTO: via People magazine

Dr. Thomas Noguchi, a world-renowned forensic pathologist, studied the evidence extensively and determined that multiple assailants were involved and that one of them was most likely left-handed. Mitchell was left-handed, but Dr. MacDonald was not.

The motive for the slaying of the MacDonald family was hatred and payback. Dr. MacDonald had a reputation of being a difficult, intolerant physician for military drug addicts. He was likely the reason several friends and cult members of the Stoeckley group were arrested and discharged. The reason the doctor survived and his family was slain was satanic messaging to inflict lifelong discord and torment. In this the satanists have succeeded to this day.

There was no credible motive for Dr. MacDonald to commit the crime. The CID and prosecution’s scenario was laughable, if it wasn’t so serious. He was found unconscious at the crime scene. MacDonald has passed, conclusively, a polygraph administered to him by Dr. David Raskin, one of the world’s foremost polygraphers.

Stoeckley, who was wearing a flopping hat and white boots that day, had been seen in the area near the house shortly after the incident by one of the responding M.P.s. She was also described by Dr. MacDonald from the get go. The CID (Army investigators) were not interested enough to even interview her until ordered to do so by the Article 32 hearing officer, Col. Warren V. Rock, some six months after the murders. Stoeckley was told by C.I.D. investigators in 1972 to “let sleeping dogs lie” regarding her coming forth with new evidence in the case.

The FBI withdrew only four days after the crime. This fiasco insured no civilians would ever truly be investigated, since the CID had jurisdiction only over United States Army personnel, namely Dr. MacDonald. The CID never had Dr. MacDonald review any suspects by lineup, nor did they construct police artist sketches of the assailants. Importantly, the FBI did voice-record several of the real killers, but the CID refused to allow Dr. MacDonald to listen to these recordings.

US Army Criminal Investigation Command
Emblem of the US Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID)

In his statement, Beasley indicated that William F. Ivory — the CID at Ft. Bragg who handled the MacDonald murder investigation — and a Fayetteville, North Carolina, police lieutenant were also involved in the drug operation.

The next video is the late Helena Stoeckley’s recorded confession to Gunderson shortly before she “suddenly died. Gunderson’s efforts didn’t stop with Stoeckley and her confession. He began investigations into her co-assailants and located significant corroborating witnesses. Numerous people confirmed this basic account.

Killer Greg Mitchell (also deceased at a young age under suspicious circumstances) had loose lips and was tormented enough to confess to several friends. The FBI questioned Mitchell in 1982. Shortly after that, Mitchell requested money and help from friends to leave the country, because he had been involved in “serious crimes.” Mitchell mysteriously died shortly after. He confessed involvement in the MacDonald killings both at a drug detoxification center in 1971-72 and also to friends 10 years later after being interviewed by the FBI.

In addition, Gunderson had Stoeckley polygraphed and examined by a forensic psychologist at UCLA, Dr. Rex Julian Beaber, who found her totally capable of recall, memory and accurate testimony.

Incredibly, Stoeckley was polygraphed by the U.S. Army’s lead polygrapher, Robert Brisentine, in 1971. Brisentine felt the results corroborated Stoeckley’s involvement, that she was present at the crime scene and that she knew the identity of the co-assailants. Brisentine was ordered by the prosecutor not to discuss his results with the defense, but he did so over their objections. His testimony was not heard by the jury due to Judge Dupree’s ruling at the trial.

Beasley had extensive intelligence files on all of the above close associates of Stoeckley’s, but this information disappeared from the Fayetteville Police files. Beasley learned these files disappeared in August 1979 as the MacDonald trial commenced.

The initial prosecutor in the case was James Proctor, son-in-law of Judge Dupree, who handled the MacDonald trial- an incredible conflict of interest.

Gunderson began FOIA requests on the records in late 1979 and early 1980. He was stonewalled and rebuffed until 1983, at which point increasing congressional pressure finally opened the FOIA “gates” and long-suppressed documents began to be released. To date, perhaps 10,000 pages of an admitted 90,000 have been released, but they’re heavily redacted.  Why would there be any reason whatsoever to censor a word? Where have we seen this before?

When he finally availed himself to the documents, Gunderson found the following:

  1. The loss of a piece of skin from under Colette’s fingernail. This loss was hidden for 13 years.

  2. The intentional discarding of seven fingerprints of unknown persons at the crime scene, the reason being that “they kept getting mixed up with the known prints.”

  3. The loss of a bloody, half-filled syringe from the crime scene, important because it corroborated an assailant confession. Cathy Perry gave a confession to the FBI in 1984, prior to an upcoming movie on the case (in contrast to prosecutor statements that the confession was made after the movie). In her confession she said she participated in the murders in North Carolina in 1970.  Perry’s confession contained astonishing facts related to the crime scene, including trying to “inject” victims and that one of the children hid in a closet (hair torn out by the root was found in that location).

  4. The fact that a witness in the case was given bloody clothing and boots from Stoeckley shortly after the crimes and told to hide them from the police. These were turned over to the Army CID and later returned to the witness.

5. Blood evidence from the exact spot where MacDonald struggled with assailants — hidden by prosecution (not recorded on crime scene chart at time of trial). Fibers, crucial evidence from the exact spot where MacDonald struggled with assailants — never collected.

The crime scene was completely tainted by a criminally negligent crew of unknown individuals. The CID early on developed a bogus “staged scene” theory. But much of the forensic confusion was directly a result of crime scene changes made by on-the-scene personnel, such as military police, ambulance attendants and who knows who.

Dr. MacDonald has been eligible for parole since 1990, but he has not been released because he refuses to concede guilt for the murder of his family, People magazine reported in 2017. His next parole hearing is in 2020.

In 2008, Gunderson stated that he had tested positive for arsenic and cyanide poisoning. In his last presentations, he mentioned being subjected to what he called “the smell of arsenic.” When heated in air, arsenic oxidizes to an odor resembling garlic. His associate, Dr. Edward Lucidi, treated Gunderson and stated that his fingers were turning black, a characteristic symptom of arsenic poisoning.  On July 31, 2011, Gunderson’s son reported that his father had died from cancer of the bladder, which has been linked to arsenic poisoning in studies. RIP to great man.

The Assassination of MLK and Agent 500

At Winter Watch, we focus on anomalies that defy the imagination. Such is the case with the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) on April 4, 1968. For our view of this hit, please see the commentary of Judge Joe Brown and James Corbett clip at the bottom of this post. Judge Brown was hearing a James Earl Ray case when he died and had concluded that Ray could not have been MLK’s shooter.

What we are focused on in this post is the incredible ensemble of cointelpro infiltrators, spooks, police agents and agent provocateurs surrounding MLK. They were so pervasive that we wonder if at the end MLK had anybody loyal by his side at all.

The iconic photo of the fallen MLK after he was shot in the face was taken by Joseph Louw (1945–2004). Make what you want of the Johnny-on-the spot timing of it. Louw was from South Africa, had graduated from Columbia University the year prior and worked for the Public Broadcasting Laboratory (PLB), an experimental public television series created by National Educational Television (NET) in New York City. Just three days after MLK’s death, production group Pioneers of Thirteen aired the unfinished PBL documentary.

The stunner, however, is the guy bending down next to King, checking his pulse. His name is Merrell McCullough, and his code name was Agent 500. Also inexplicable is the presence of the pointing cleaning lady at far right — inexplicable given that it was 6 p.m., long after housekeeping duty hours. What cointelpro agency was she with? You will almost never see this photo showing the cleaning cart, which is invariably cropped out.

Agent 500 McCullough kneeling by MLK

McCullough represented himself as a member of the local Invaders, which was a younger, more militant Memphis civil rights group — but he was, in fact, an undercover agent of the police whose intelligence was passed along channels that led to the FBI.

Agent 500 served as a spy under Frank Holloman. In July 1967, at the direction of the FBI (and with the assistance of the CIA), the Memphis Police Department (MPD) formed a four-man Domestic Intelligence Unit (DIU) specifically to infiltrate and undermine the Invaders and the civil rights movement.

In January 1968, Frank Holloman, a 25-year veteran of the FBI, was appointed as Chief of Public Safety in Memphis. In this role, Holloman managed the city’s police and fire departments. He served much of his FBI career in the South, including a tour in Memphis and seven years as inspector in charge of J. Edgar Hoover’s Washington office. It also is important to know that the DIU, under Lieutenant Eli Arkin, was Holloman’s top priority.

Merill McCollough enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving “mostly” as a military policeman. According to what may or may not be accurate military records, McCullough was discharged in February 1967 and then fell off the radar for six months. He then entered the MPD police academy in September 1967. In February 1968, he became a full-fledged policeman and was assigned as an undercover officer in Eli Arkin’s DIU. His code name was “Max” and his job was to infiltrate the Invaders, which he did.

McCullough’s FBI reports are still available in FBI archives, but most of his police reports were destroyed by the MPD in 1976 after the American Civil Liberties Union filed suit against City of Memphis. McCullough joined the CIA in 1974.

And Agent 500 wasn’t the only spy at the Lorraine Motel that evening. The area was dense with agents on the day of King’s assassination. More of Holloman’s men were surveilling King from across the street, next door to the flophouse and Jowers’ restaurant. They hid behind windows covered over with newspaper, holes cut out for their binoculars trained on King’s every move. They’d been tracking King since he arrived in Memphis.

An extensively researched article in the Memphis Commercial-Appeal in 1993 tells of Army intelligence lurking nearby, monitoring King from a “sedan crammed with electronic equipment.” Meanwhile, Hoover’s Black Probe effort in Atlanta had developed a high-level mole in King’s SCLC, accountant James Harrison, to accompany the electronic surveillance that recorded King virtually anywhere he lived and worked.

Was it so bad that even one of Memphis’ more influential pastors and a supposed MLK ally present at the assassination was involved, one Rev. Billy Kyles? Watch one of the greatest Freudian slips of all time.

The following is extracted from a Coretta Scott King lawsuit. Both the King family and James Earl Ray were represented for decades by attorney William Pepper.

Then we move directly into the government of the United States , their agents themselves. We’ve learned that the 111th Military Intelligence Group based at Fort McPherson in Atlanta, Georgia, were here. They were in Memphis. They had Martin King under surveillance. That as open — quote, open surveillance, eye-to-eye surveillance.

They had him under surveillance. Eli Arkin of the Memphis Police Department Intelligence Bureau, Intelligence Division, said they were in his office. He has he has admitted they were in his office. They were here.

There was another section here that was involved in covert surveillance of Martin King. “Covert” means bugging, wiretapping, that type of activity. That was done at the Rivermont when he was here on the 17th or 18th. You heard a witness say he was one of three people who were effectively a surveillance team. They had Martin King’s suite bugged, every room of it bugged, including the balcony. If he wanted to speak privately and went out on the balcony, they would pick it up by relay from the roof.

That covert — that type of covert surveillance was carried out by another agency, usually the Army Security Agency. So there we have those two agencies involved very clearly here.

Then there were photographers. Remember those photographers that Captain Weiden talked about. They were on the roof of the fire station. He put them there. Who were they? They were a psychological operations team, and they were there and they photographed everything throughout that day. That means, ladies and gentlemen, that there is a film of everything that happened, photographs of everything that happened buried somewhere. We tried long and hard to unearth it unsuccessfully, but it is there and it is hidden, as it was hidden from this jury it is hidden from the American people. Maybe the media one day will let you know that it exists. But it is there. They took those photographs.

But then there is another group that is more sinister. They are not more sinister because of what they did, because they didn’t really do anything, but we know they had a presence. And that was a special eight-man sniper unit that was here in Memphis. They were all part of the 20th Special Forces Group. They were here and they were assigned and they were trained for an operation, for a mission, in Memphis. You heard testimony by a man who himself was a national security council operative who was very involved in Iran-Contra activities, who had been a long-standing operative, if you will, of the government of the United States and whose best friend was a member of that sniper team. There was no reason in the world for his best friend other than in a moment of whatever, anguish or burden, desire to relieve himself, to talk about this, this mission that he was on which he was assigned to in Memphis which was aborted, but he was assigned to it.

The next text was part of the complaint. Pepper believed that Memphis police officer Frank Strausser was the trigger man and Captain Earl Clark the spotter.

Vs. Case No. 97242

December 8th, 1999

Before the Honorable James E. Swearengen,
Division 4, judge presiding.

Dr. Coby Smith:

Merrell McCullough was our director of transportation. He had the only car and the only gas. So we made him the minister of transportation. That should have made us leery right there.

McCullough was a very accessible person. He would come to my home every day, as he would go around all the Invaders. When I met him, he was introduced to me by what we call the Riverside Invaders, who brought him into the organization.

Q. Did you later learn that he at that time was working undercover for the Memphis Police Department?

A. Yes. I was invited down to the police department after Dr. King was assassinated, and I was introduced to him by inspector types of the Memphis Police Department as Officer Merrell McCullough.

Q. And would it surprise you to learn that he was brought into Mr. Jowers’ restaurant by another officer and introduced as Officer Merrell McCullough?

A. I did not know about that until much later on, but I was extremely surprised. I think one of the reasons I was surprised is because we felt that there were people who would infiltrate our group, but we did not have any idea that the infiltration was of a nature broader than the local police department.

We knew that many members of the — many men who are now members of the police department, in fact, the former police director who has just recently resigned, was also an undercover agent in our organization.

Q. Dr. Smith, do you know where Merrell McCullough is employed today?

A. I understand he is employed at the Central Intelligence Agency out of Langley, Maryland .

Q. Langley , Virginia ?

A. Virginia.

Mr. Charles Cabbage

Q. Did you recall a gentleman in your group named Merrell McCullough?

A. Yes, I do.

Q. What part did he play with your group?

A. Merrell first came into the organization because of the activities that we were conducting out at Memphis State . We were organizing the Black Students Association out there. Merrell I think was attending classes out there. I think John B. Redding told him.

He was interested and wanted to learn more about the condition of black people in this condition, so John brought him to the apartment where we were generally holding these meetings, which were generally open to anybody who wanted to attend, they could come. And Merrell came.

Q. Do you know where Merrell McCullough was when you left the room that day?

A. He and Reverend Orange gone out shopping or something like this. We knew that he was the police, but what can you do about this. You know you are going to be infiltrated. We made him minister of transportation. He had a car. We gave him something to do.

Then when we made the alliance with SCLC and began to work with SCLC, he came along with the group. So now he is moving driving people around, some of the SCLC staff people around. It is just of the one of the quirks the way things happened. He ended up driving the SCLC staff around. We did not know he was as highly connected as he was.

Judge Joe Brown, who was the last to hear the James Earl Ray case, declared he was not the shooter, nor was the weapon claimed used.

Former Mafia Boss Michael Franzese Interviews Reveal Hidden History Truth Bombs

Patrick Bet-David who runs one of the more popular You Tube business entrepreneur development channels (1.1 million subscribers) has been conducting a series of candid “insider interviews”. Readers may recall his interview with a manic Alex Jones in September. Patrick is an Iranian (half Armenian, half Assyrian Christian) who came to America at 10. Back in November he did a heads up high quality and timely presentation on market swoons and bear markets.

Patrick is a good interviewer as he has the ability to probe in a friendly way that engages the insider. Although he is still a dilettante on these subjects, in the interviews sometimes you can see his jaw drop, as if he is newly awakening as a truther  He is not a deep dive source yet, – but there are revelations and ample clues to be gleaned because of the people he gains access to. So it may pay off to keep an eye on this. So far he has done high value interviews on the JFK assassination and the Mafia- his main areas of interest. My call is we can view these interviews as background and confirmation material using our standard discernment.

One key interview for Winter Watch readers and researchers was conducted in July, 2018 with Michael Franzese. Franzese (born May 27, 1951) is a former New York mobster and caporegime (300-500 associates) of the Colombo crime family. He was heavily involved in the gasoline tax rackets in the late 1970s and 80s. Since then, he has publicly renounced organized crime, became a devoted Christian, created a foundation for helping youth, and is now a motivational speaker. Franzese also speaks at prisons throughout the world.

Franzese is the son of Colombo underboss John “Sonny” Franzese, still alive at 101. John Franzese spent 38 years in prison on what Michael calls false charges. He in no way suggested that his father wasn’t a bad guy- but this experience revealed the star chamber methods of law enforcement. Michael states categorically, “If they conduct themselves this way to take down bad guys, they will do it with the good guys too.” How often have we described that on these pages.

Franzese operated from 1975-1986- still in the heydays of the Mob. In 1986, Fortune Magazine listed Franzese as number 18 on its list of the “Fifty Most Wealthy and Powerful Mafia Bosses.”

He went to prison for 43 months and was released in 1989. His involvement in the Mafia was over, and in a first Bet-David interview he describes fleeing to California and going underground. He now says the people who might be inclined to go after him are dead, or in prison.

In 1992, Franzese co-authored an autobiography, Quitting the Mob In this book, Franzese discussed his criminal activities, life with his father, and interactions with many gangsters from across the United States and Europe.

In June 2013, the National Geographic Channel released a 6-part series called “Inside the American Mob.”  On the show, Franzese provides detailed, first hand accounts of his life in organized crime, going all the way back to his childhood.

In May 2016, he appeared on The History Channel on a show called “The Definitive Guide To The Mob.” He explained the inner workings of the mob and how he came up through the Colombo family.

Some Franzese Activities While in the Cosa Nostra

I have broken down the Franzesce interviews in two parts. The first was primarily about life in the Mafia, prison, and his activities since. The second interview below I have segmented from 14:35 to 30:00 so we can focus on three core truth and justice topics discussed. Readers can easily reload to the beginning to see the entire interview.

I parsed Franzese closely throughout his interview. Although he likely has calculated for his personal safety what he can reveal – he is quite frank. I see redemption as his primary motivation. Redemption in the struggle between good and evil, is something I believe in and sometimes happens. These can be confessionals and open a pathway to hidden truths, and should not be just discounted. As he said himself, there is no upside to what he reveals, nor does he have to say anything. I rate his truth bombs as credible and certainly very interesting- but decide for yourselves.

For other redemptive truth bomb confessionals read: Hidden in Plain Sight: The Truth About Timothy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City Bombing

Franzese said that he was contacted by attorney Roy Cohn, who had ties to John Gotti, shortly after he was indicted. Cohn insisted that he would “squash the indictment” for $250,000. Franzese instead offered $1 million and told Cohn to obtain the money after he was found not guilty, however Cohn did not contact back, leaving Franzese to feel that Cohn’s offer was a scam attempt

Franzese claimed that during the 1970s and 1980s, he persuaded New York Yankees players who owed money to Colombo loansharks to fix baseball games for betting purposes.

Franzese first met Al Sharpton through Genovese crime family mobster, Daniel Pagano. Sharpton later helped Franzese with muscle as he targeted the security guard unions in Atlantic City.

Franzese Addresses Other Conspiracy Realities

On Jimmy Hoffa (February 14, 1913 –July 30, 1975), he confirms the traditional conspiracy theory that the Mob couldn’t contain Hoffa’s behaviors when he came out of prison. This kept bringing unwanted attention on the crime families, so they put a contract hit out. This was just before Michael’s involvement in the Mafia, but he knew the person (not named) and inside story of who conducted the hit- and indicated Hoffa’s body will never be found, as it is in a “wet, deep place”.

On the JFK assassination you will hear Franzesce describe the father Joseph Kennedy as involved with mobster activities. The crime families supported JFK, perhaps wrongly believing they could control him. Worse, as has been established elsewhere, Robert Kennedy stepped over the red line in his pursuit of the Mob. Franzesce says the Mob played a hand or a role in the assassination, although is not the whole role. He identified Jack Ruby as a Mafia agent directly participating in the assassination and assigned to take out patsy Lee Harvey Oswald. So this is a confirmation of the general conspiracy reality around the “big event” as Howard Hunt puts it.

Really my favorite, not to miss part of the interview begins at 18:44 to 21:16 when Michael gives gung ho America pyjama person, Bet-David big truth bombs. He describes the situation today as far more corrupt and “at a level that I can’t believe than it ever was in his day”. He says retired FBI agents that he knows “are sickened by what’s going on now”, and “It seems to be so out of control because people are not aware.” Watch PJ Patrick react at 19:26. Classic!

I would highly recommend Franzese’s book, Mafia Democracy; What Happens When the Government Turn Thug

Understanding the Mueller 3-Ring ‘Investigation’ Circus

Ed Opperman of The Opperman Report

Sometimes I’m asked for good resources for conspiracy realists. There aren’t many, but one that does stand out and that doesn’t seem to get enough attention and financial support is the The Ed Opperman Report. Opperman is quite prolific and is really a national treasure. I’d like to see him stick around, so support him.

Opperman’s lack of traction might be because some of his topics may appear arcane to a wider audience with only a dilettante level of knowledge. And he’s not partisan, which nowadays causes people to tune out. Plus, you actually have to devote time and listen for an hour or two. Usually you will be well rewarded for the investment. In fact, we’ve incorporated clips from his report in some of our posts, such as the one in September on serial killer John Wayne Gacy and our Franklin Scandal piece where he interviewed Nick Bryant the DC Madam.

Opperman says he spent several decades as a private detective in the New York, where he either encountered or came to know many of the usual suspects on a personal and professional level or has interviewed them. His anecdotal accounts add considerable color to his work.

In this week’s report (with no guests), Opperman correctly analyzes the Trump apparatus and his legally besieged former aids and lawyers: Paul Manafort, Michael Cohen, Roger Stone and Jerome Corsi. Incredibly, this episode only has 818 views after five days on YouTube. No wonder people are so much in the dark.

Among other things, Opperman points out that although QAnon has been hyping “sealed indictments” for well over a year, the only sealed indictments have involved Trump operators, including Julian Assange.

The Manafort case in particular is a three-ring circus. Now-imprisoned Manafort agreed to turn state’s witness as part of his plea bargain. Then, last week we heard special counsel Robert Mueller was tearing up that agreement because, as it turns out, Manafort’s lawyers were providing the Trump camp confidential investigation particulars and intelligence. Trump then chimed back that a pardon for Manafort is “not off the table,” which triggered cries of “obstruction of justice”. This is all further evidence for our break down of justice Star Chamber theory. It all gives the appearance of a giant Mafia.

Opperman also covers the Jeffrey Epstein case, a topic of considerable attention and has some key past interviews on the Opperman Report. He suggests that the Miami Herald stories that have gotten newsreaders’ attention are merely stylized rehashes of what’s been already known — or at least to Winter Watch readers. Ed, who is clearly a major resource on the Epstein case, asks why the Herald never called him for comment. He also asks why the Mueller investigation has avoided the Epstein aspect in the Trump investigation.

I think Opperrman knows the answer to the following rhetorical question that I opined in the comment section of the video:

Ed, they aren’t pursuing Epstein hard because he has the dirty Lolita like brownstone operation goods on the whole system, not just Trump- Democrats and Republicans, judiciary, military, key bureaucrats.- all held in safe keeping. It is like mutual assured destruction (MAD). He probably has the dirty laundry on Mueller as well. But I think you know that.

I would further suggest that the three-ring circus around the so-called Russian involvement in Wikileaks is to taint the 800-pound gorilla in the room: the revelation of the Podesta’s pedogate proclivities. This, and the Epstein’s activities with underage girls, are a deliberate part of the vetting process of placing assets into important positions in the system. We saw something similar with the Franklin case- which is why that’s a key event and template to understand. It’s the initiation into the governing Crime Syndicate and, ultimately, the controlling apparatus.

As far as the Wikileaks part of the story goes, one should focus on Jerome Corsi’s role. His tale that he was “speculating” that tool Assange would release Podesta and Clinton Foundation email leaks is absurd on its face. Obviously, Corsi does not want to reveal his actual sources. Corsi is an evangelical Zionist. He has admitted and bragged that he gets intel “from above Mossad.” Why else would Roger Stone be in contact with Corsi, if it’s not true? “Above Mossad” likely means both Kosher Nostra- and evangelical-Zionist oligarchs who run these deep-state operations.

This may be a good organizational flow chart to follow the bouncing ball around the Trump operation and his backers.

What people don’t fully understand is that these are not necessarily direct covert state actors, but they may use intelligence services like the Russian GRU or even the Mossad as errand boys and tools, or even diversions. They certainly run mainstream media. They are supranational and seem rather untouchable, which may circle back to the big picture of compromise and blackmail. I think the supranational Zionist oligarchs have the system quite locked down. Trump is a supranational oligarch discordian puppet, as was Clinton.

That’s why the swamp will never be drained, except to throw somebody under the bus around the edges — like Harvey Weinstein, who must have been breaking rules. It also explains why the Mueller investigation is such a distracting partisan dog-and-pony show.
