Power Outside The Matrix: bypassing anti-logic

Power Outside The Matrix: bypassing anti-logic

by Jon Rappoport

November 30, 2017

In all times and places, logic is never taught to the masses. There is no intention to do so.

Now, in our “egalitarian society,” education carries with it great PR pretension, a fakery that outflanks any other period in history.

Therefore, graduating students wrongly believe they know how to think.

In my latest collection, Power Outside The Matrix, I include a long audio tutorial, Analyzing Information in the Age of Disinformation, which is all about carrying out deep investigations of major official scenarios/stories, and discovering how and where these official structures can be penetrated, taken apart, and unfolded, so all their flaws and deceptions are exposed.

This training is meant to remedy the deep hole people find themselves in, when they go up against entrenched (or even alternative) “knowledge.”

For example, there is a particular logical fallacy I call: “this means that.”

It runs rampant throughout society. The fallacy bleeds into the reasoning process, into notions of self-worth, into people’s need to identify themselves with an “acceptable” position.

Take the concept of manmade global warming. For many people, affirming this as a reality means:

“I’m defending the sacred quality of life on Earth, I’m helping the planet, I’m exposing the nasty crimes of big corporations, I’m acknowledging and shining a spotlight on the selfish and petty actions of the masses, I’m in the vanguard of recognizing that this issue represents the greatest threat humankind has ever known, I’m transcending ‘profits over values’, I’m envisioning with others a better world, I’m aligning myself with the best international scientific minds, I’m experiencing the sensation of having a larger mission in life.”

This—manmade global warming—means all that.

Therefore, how do you approach rational discourse on the subject of manmade warming?

You don’t.

There is no logic to be found. There is only “this means that.”

The concept or idea or symbol of manmade warming is so fully packed with sentiment, it resists all attempts at entry.

Here is another example: “America must field a powerful military force all over the world.”

For many people this means: “US wars are good and righteous wars, support our troops, admire the representations of war in sports, praise large American corporations, vote for a ‘tough President’, winning is everything, expand the Pentagon budget, develop a kick-ass attitude, love technology in all forms and degrees, obey and agree with institutional authority, assume that bigger is always better.”

“This means that.”

Therefore, a rational discussion about the wisdom of deploying the US military all over the planet is impossible. The amount of packed sentiment is a suit of body and mind armor.

In the case of manmade warming, examining the science behind the hypothesis becomes completely irrelevant. To even begin to look at it feels like an act of betrayal to the person who has “this means that” firmly in place.

Nothing in the person’s education has ever challenged his reflexive hard-wired “this-that” formulation. A breakthrough has never been made in the area of logic.

Instead, education has, at best, skated across the surface of “this means that” and left it undisturbed.

With some degree of accuracy, one could say that all the other traditional logical fallacies—ad hominem attack, straw man, vague generality, circular reasoning, appeal to authority, etc.—spring from “this means that.”

When I attended college in the 1950s, it was my good fortune to have a logic professor who could analyze and separate a thousand angels dancing on the head of a pin—and at the same time, maintain his great and natural charm and sense of humor.

Our conversations outside of class were moments of excitement. They were also rugged mind workouts.

His parting shot to me, as I was about to graduate: “Know what you don’t know.”

Some 20 years later, when I began a career as a reporter, that piece of advice came back to me.

I was prepared to do investigations, because I could make assessments of what I didn’t know and therefore needed to find out.

I could evaluate sources, who would often try to deploy logical flaws to derail me.

One of the great delights of reporting is discovering that the story you’re working on isn’t the story. The story turns out to be something else entirely.

That was the case in 1987, when I got down to writing my first book, AIDS Inc (note: AIDS Inc is included as bonus in Power Outside The Matrix). People were coming at me from every direction, feeding me their half-baked theories about what AIDS “really was.”

They seemed to believe that, because they were departing from the conventional wisdom on the subject, they must be right.

Encountering that odd notion of self-entitlement stood me in good stead, from that time forward.

When I eventually arrived at the bottom of the AIDS story, I was shocked to see it wasn’t at all what I predicted it would be.

It’s astounding how many logical steps people are willing to skip over, when they have a “this means that” cooking in their heads.

Like a foreign traveler visiting a bizarre museum, I’ve encountered many varieties of sophistry over the past 30 years.

Logic isn’t the be-all and end-all. But it is, in the largest sense, an ever-expanding method you can use to probe deeper and deeper into an argument, a line of reasoning, and engage with the basic assumptions that underlie a position a person is occupying.

It’s as if you’re learning a story backwards, moving toward the beginning, where all the secrets are.

And chances are good that you will eventually encounter some form of the abiding “this means that,” hiding like a horned toad under a bush.

He’s there, he’s quiet, he’s waiting, and when you turn a branch away from a shadow, he stares at you and you know you’ve arrived at the nexus:

the unyielding stubborn source of confusion and illogic.

And sometimes, on good days, you can get the horned toad to tell his story. His real story. All the way through. And you can see him regain his lost sanity.

That’s an experience not to be missed. You’ll remember it for your whole life.

Are You a Hue-Man? The Entrapment Game on a Global Scale

By Anna Von Reitz

For the last year or so I keep knocking into bright-eyed, bushy-tailed idealists preaching about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights promoted by the United Nations.

A “hue-man” by legal definition is not a man (or woman).  It is a “color of Man”- something that appears to be a man, but isn’t actually. It is similar to “color of law”- a statute or other representation that appears to be a law, but isn’t.

Another definition of “human” is “monster”—- a thing, and again, not a man or woman.

So, are you a “human”?
No.

Should “humans” have rights?  Arguably not, if they exist.  Why would you give rights to something that only appears to be a man, but which is in fact, a monster— an animal or a thing only appearing to be a man?

Universal Declaration of Sasquatch Rights?

What does that have to do with the price of beans in China?

Let me tell you—- it’s all about what lawyers call “admissions”, and it is the same filthy game that you have already seen before, when they used similar-names deceits to get your Mother to agree that you were a “US Citizen”.  She admitted it, so it must be true, right?  Even if she was deceived, even if she was coerced, there is a record of accusation called an “information” signed by your own Mother standing against your good name that admitting you are a “US Citizen”.

Oh, and also an unwanted bastard child born out of wedlock and cast upon the mercy of the State-of-Whatever corporation as a ward of the state.

In fact, unless you are a federal employee or dependent or political-asylum seeker, there is no way that you are now nor ever were a “US Citizen”, nor have you ever been a “citizen of the United States”—- but by getting your Mother (and you) to ignorantly sign paperwork agreeing that you are such a “citizen” the vermin have an excuse for treating you as one.

And that’s the whole point of the exercise— to test you and see if you know who and what you are.  If you don’t, you are prey.

This is how they gain the evidence needed to “presume” against you in court.  This is how they allege that you are liable to pay federal income taxes, that you are obligated to follow all 80 million federal codes and statutes, that you are responsible for paying their public debts, that you are subject to their government, that you are “eligible” (and required) to pay into Social Security (which is their private pension plan) and so on.

If you admit to being a “US Citizen”, you are one until you go through a very arduous learning and reclamation process to prove that you aren’t in fact a “US Citizen” and don’t desire any such foreign political status.

So that’s the Entrapment Game— get you to ignorantly admit being something you aren’t and then take full advantage of the admission.

It’s the same thing with admitting to being a “human”.

If you are not a man, they are justified in treating you as something subhuman, something that merely appears to be a man.  And the whole diatribe about “human rights” is just sop, a means of allegedly providing you with “benefits” that you are already owed anyway, that cost them nothing, in exchange for your admission that you aren’t really a man or woman— and are therefore inferior and subject to them.

Another common gambit is to call you “Mister” or “Miss” or “Missus” or some other “title”—- titles are a British means to subject people to the rule of their government.  In fact, a “Mister” is either a Midshipman in the British Navy, or a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marines, which is, interestingly enough also the definition of a “Withholding Agent”.

I once witnessed an absolutely brilliant defense against tax charges.  It was clear that the man had won his case.  As he was walking out the Judge called him, “Mr. Smith” (not really his name, but you get the point) and he didn’t immediately object and he didn’t just keep on walking.  The victim turned around and answered politely —-and zap!  Right back into the net, right back into the presumption that he was in fact a “Mister”— a renegade Withholding Agent who failed to do his duty and didn’t give the Queen and the Pope their cut.

The judge then proceeded to ream him and sentence him on the spot to 3 years in jail and a huge fine—and the poor man had no idea what happened or why.

Now you know and I know that he admitted to being a “Mister” which then gave the judge the needed prima facie evidence to convict him of tax fraud.

It’s the same thing with the word “resident”.  US Citizens— real ones— can’t own land in the states, because they are foreigners merely “residing” here on a temporary basis while they conduct their business of providing “essential government services”.

If you admit to being a “resident” either by calling yourself one or by allowing one of them to apply that description to you, your claim to own your own property (as in a foreclosure case where this is a common ploy) flies right out the window.  Such verbal tricks are the stock and trade of these fraud artists and you must learn to be wary and recognize them and rebut them whenever and wherever they rear their ugly heads.

Any time anyone applies any kind of descriptive label to you— balk. Object. Even if you are not sure that there is any agenda afoot, object and “demur” anyway. Give yourself the chance to look up the legal meanings of the words or force your opponent to define the meaning of the word for you.

Anyway, a big thumbs down on “human rights” and a big thumbs up for the natural and unalienable rights of all natural men and woman worldwide.

Next time someone starts blathering to you about human rights— you know what to do.

Look that glazed-over, starry-eyed individual in the eye and with as straight a face as you can manage, say, “Oh! How interesting!  Are you a monster, or just favorable to their cause?”

Eating the Right Foods Can Give Your Mood a Boost

By Dr. Mercola

The connection between your food and mood has come under increasing scientific scrutiny in the past couple of decades. William Dufty brought early attention to this link with his book, “Sugar Blues.” Written over 30 years ago, it has become a classic. Another classic is “The Omega-3 Connection,” written by Dr. Andrew Stoll, published in 2001. This was one of the first books to bring attention to and support the use of omega-3 fats for depression.

A third early pioneer that brought attention to the nutritional underpinnings of psychiatric disturbances was Dr. Abram Hoffer, co-author of “Niacin: The Real Story.” Niacin, Hoffer found, may in fact be a “secret” treatment for a number of psychological disorders, including schizophrenia, which can be notoriously difficult to address.

It’s really unfortunate that so few people consider how their diet may be influencing their mood, seeing how it can indeed have a pronounced effect on your mental health. For example, research has shown that unprocessed foods, especially fermented foods, help optimize your gut microbiome, thereby supporting optimal mental health.

Dark chocolate, coffee, animal-based omega-3 fats and the anti-inflammatory spice turmeric (curcumin) also tend to boost your mood, whereas sugar, wheat (gluten) and processed foods have been linked to a greater risk for depression and anxiety.

Mental Health Is Worsening Around the World

According to the World Health Organization, depression is now the leading cause of ill health and disability worldwide,1,2 affecting an estimated 322 million people globally, including more than 16 million Americans, 6 million of whom are seniors.3 Statistics also reveal we’re not being particularly effective when it comes to prevention and treatment. Worldwide, rates of depression increased by 18 percent between 2005 and 2015.4

According to the U.S. National Institute of Mental Health, 11 percent of Americans over the age of 12 are on antidepressant drugs. Among women in their 40 and 50s, 1 in 4 is on antidepressants.5 While these drugs are prescribed for conditions other than depression, their widespread use suggests mental health problems are indeed pervasive.

In the U.S., suicide rates have also steadily risen since 20006,7,8 — a trend blamed on the effects of social isolation, economic pressures, opioid addiction and limited access to mental health care. Considering these facts, it would make sense to be proactive about your mental health, and this includes taking a cold, hard look at your diet. Are you eating foods that increase your chances of feeling calm and content, or is your diet a recipe for doom and gloom?

Key Dietary Recommendations for a Sunny Disposition

A paper9 published in Nutritional Neuroscience in April this year looked at evidence from laboratory, population research and clinical trials to create “a set of practical dietary recommendations for the prevention of depression, based on the best available current evidence.”

This is sorely needed, as psychiatrists do not currently have any established dietary guidelines to follow in the treatment of depression. Chances are, many patients might never resort to medication were they to receive proper dietary guidance. According to this paper, the published evidence reveals five key dietary recommendations for the prevention of depression:

  1. Following a “traditional” dietary pattern such as the Mediterranean, Norwegian or Japanese diet
  2. Increasing consumption of antioxidant-rich fruits, vegetables, legumes, wholegrain cereals, nuts and seeds
  3. Eating plenty of omega-3-rich foods
  4. Replacing unhealthy processed foods with real, wholesome nutritious foods
  5. Avoiding processed foods, fast food, commercial baked goods and sweets

What You Don’t Eat May Be More Important Than What You Do Eat

Indeed, while there are many “superfoods” known to lower inflammation, improve mitochondrial function and lower your risk of insulin resistance — all of which are factors implicated in depression — what you don’t eat may actually be more important than what you do eat. Adding a few superfoods to an otherwise poor diet is unlikely to yield any significant results. So, it’s important to realize that unless you get the foundation right, it’s going to be a continuous uphill battle.

The simplest, most basic foundation here would simply be to eat real food. This means ditching all processed, prepackaged food items and replacing them with whole foods that you cook from scratch — including condiments and snacks. Your beverage choices may also need an overhaul, as most people drink very little pure water, relying on sugary beverages like sodas, fruit juices, sports drinks, energy drinks and flavored water for their hydration needs. None of those alternatives will do your mental health any good.

Three brain- and mood-wrecking culprits you’ll automatically avoid when avoiding processed foods are added sugars, artificial sweeteners10 and processed vegetable oils — harmful fats known to clog your arteries and cause mitochondrial dysfunction. Gluten also appears to be particularly problematic for many. If you’re struggling with depression or anxiety, you’d be well-advised to experiment with a gluten-free diet.

Certain types of lectins, especially wheat germ agglutinin (WGA), are also known for their psychiatric side effects. WGA can cross your blood brain barrier11 through a process called “adsorptive endocytosis,” pulling other substances with it. WGA may attach to your myelin sheath12 and is capable of inhibiting nerve growth factor,13 which is important for the growth, maintenance and survival of certain target neurons.

Substantial Amounts of Glyphosate Found in Many Foods

HRI Labs has investigated a number of other foods as well, including grains, legumes and beans. Most if not all of these types of crops need to dry in the field before being harvested, and to speed that process, the fields are doused with glyphosate a couple weeks before harvest. As a result of this practice, called desiccation, grain-based products, legumes and beans contain rather substantial amounts of glyphosate.

Wine also contains surprising amounts of glyphosate. As it turns out, weeds in vineyards are managed by spraying glyphosate, which ends up in the grapes as the roots of the grape vines pick it up through the soil.

If you drink wine, I recommend you choose one that is high quality and either organic or biodynamic. There are even ones available that won’t kick you out of ketosis. All of the wines provided by Dry Farm Wines are either organic or biodynamic, and every wine they source comes from small vineyards, mostly from Europe, and none from the U.S. All of their wines:

  • Are Dry Farmed — produces more resilient, healthier plants
  • Have low alcohol — helps minimize adverse effects of alcohol
  • Are low sugar  — only source wines with sugar levels under 1 g/L

Eating real, unprocessed food is the key to sustaining good health, but even when it comes to whole food, its quality is largely determined by how it was grown. Certified organic food is recommended to avoid toxic contaminants such as pesticides. But even organic foods may be lacking in important nutrients if grown in nutrient-poor soils. To truly build good topsoil, you have to implement regenerative farming methods, many of which are not automatically required by organic standards.

Three Powerful Dietary Interventions

Next, if you’re serious about your physical and mental health, consider taking things a step or two further by:

Implementing a cyclical ketogenic diet, high in healthy fats, low in net carbs with moderate amounts of protein. This kind of diet will optimize your mitochondrial function, which has significant implications for mental health. In fact, one noticeable effect of nutritional ketosis is mental clarity and a sense of calm.

The reason for this welcome side effect has to do with the fact that when your body is able to burn fat for fuel, ketones are created, which is the preferred fuel for your brain. Compelling research also suggests a ketogenic diet may reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

Intermittent fasting will also help optimize your brain function and prevent neurological problems by activating your body’s fat-burning mode, preventing insulin resistance and reducing oxidative stress and inflammation, the latter of which has been identified as a causative factor in depression.14,15

While you may achieve some of the benefits from intermittent fasting simply by respecting the time boundaries, regardless of the foods you consume, it is far better if you consume high-quality unprocessed food.

Since you’ll be eating less, it’s vitally important that you get proper nutrition. Healthy fats are essential because intermittent fasting pushes your body to switch over to fat-burning mode. Particularly if you begin to feel tired and sluggish, it may be a sign that you need to increase the amount of healthy fat in your diet.

Water fasting. Once you’re starting to burn fat for fuel, gradually increase the length of your daily intermittent fasting to 20 hours per day. After a month of 20-hour daily fasting, you’re likely in good shape to try a four or five-day water-only fast. I now do a monthly five-day fast, as I believe this is the most powerful metabolic health interventions out there.

A five-day fast will effectively clean out senescent cells that have stopped duplicating due to aging or oxidative damage, which would otherwise clog up your optimal biologic function by causing and increasing inflammation.

Five Superfoods for Mental Health

Once you’re eating healthy in general, there are a number of different superfoods you can focus on that are known for their beneficial impact on mood and psychological well-being. While this list could be quite long, here are five suggestions sure to please most people’s palate. For even more suggestions, check out the articles listed in the references:16,17

Wild Alaskan salmon and other small, fatty fish such as anchovies and sardines are a great source of animal-based omega-3 fats necessary for mental health and optimal brain function (DHA and EPA are actually structural elements that make up your cells).

These fats also play a role in the regulation of brain chemicals such as dopamine, released in response to pleasurable experiences. Studies have also confirmed Stoll’s early claims that omega-3s reduce the risk of depression. Most recently, researchers concluded omega-3 deficiency may contribute to the development of mood disorders, and that supplementation “may provide a new treatment option.”18

Foods high in tryptophan. Egg whites (should not be eaten without the yolks) contain the greatest amounts. Spirulina is second. You can see this chart for the rest

Spinach and other folate-rich foods. B vitamins in general are important for psychological well-being, and a deficiency in either B6, folate (B9) or B12 are all capable of triggering psychiatric side effects, including depression. Most organic leafy greens are a good source of folate. Aside from spinach, other top sources include broccoli, asparagus and turnip greens.

Organic dark chocolate. According to a 2009 study19 (conducted at the Nestle Research Center in Switzerland), eating 40 grams (1.4 ounces) of dark chocolate per day for 14 days, divided into three daily servings (morning, afternoon and night), reduced levels of stress-related hormones in all participants — even in those who did not report feeling stressed at the outset of the study.

A systematic review20 published in 2013 also found that dark chocolate may be a helpful mood booster. Milk chocolate will not have the same effect though. To work, opt for dark chocolate with at least 70 percent cacao or greater, and limit your portions.

Organic coffee also has its benefits — and its drawbacks. In fact, findings are mixed when it comes to its effect on depression,21 so you’ll have to gauge its effects from personal experience. One meta-analysis22 published in 2015, which looked at a population of nearly 347,000 individuals, concluded caffeine helped protect against depression. Other medical experts warn it might worsen anxiety, which often goes hand-in-hand with depression. A 2014 study23 came to the following conclusion:

“[W]e observed a biphasic profile in caffeine psychostimulant effect: low to moderate doses may correlate with a reduction in depressive risk in healthy subjects and an improvement of many clinical symptoms (attention, arousal, psychomotor performance) in depressed patients, whereas the assumption of high doses may result in thymic dysregulation, favor mixed affective states and worsen circadian profiles and anxiety symptoms.”

Depressed? Pay Careful Attention to Electromagnetic Field Exposures

Another foundational strategy to prevent or treat depression and anxiety is to limit exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs). Studies have linked excessive EMF exposure to an increased risk of both depression and suicide.24 Power lines and high-voltage cables appear to be particularly troublesome. Addiction to or “high engagement” with mobile devices can also trigger depression and anxiety, according to recent research from the University of Illinois.25

Research26 by Dr. Martin Pall reveals a previously unknown mechanism of biological harm from microwaves emitted by cellphones and other wireless technologies, which helps explain why these technologies can have such a potent impact on your mental health.

Embedded in your cell membranes are voltage gated calcium channels (VGCCs), which are activated by microwaves. When that happens, about 1 million calcium ions per second are released, which stimulates the release of nitric oxide (NO) inside your cell and mitochondria. The NO then combines with superoxide to form peroxynitrite, which in turn creates hydroxyl free radicals — some of the most destructive free radicals known to man.

Hydroxyl free radicals decimate mitochondrial and nuclear DNA, their membranes and proteins. The end result is mitochondrial dysfunction, which we now know is at the heart of most chronic disease. The tissues with the highest density of VGCCs are your brain, the pacemaker in your heart and male testes. Hence, health problems such as Alzheimer’s, anxiety, depression, autism, cardiac arrhythmias and infertility can be directly linked to excessive microwave exposure.

So, if you struggle with anxiety or depression, be sure to limit your exposure to wireless technologies. Simple measures include turning your Wi-Fi off at night, not carrying your cellphone on your body and not keeping portable phones, cellphones and other electric devices in your bedroom.

The electric wiring inside your bedroom walls is probably the most important source to address. Your best bet here is to turn off the power to your bedroom at night. This will work if there are no adjacent rooms. If there are, you may need to shut those rooms off also. The only way to know would be to measure the electric fields.

Embrace an Antidepressive Lifestyle

Depression is multifactorial. It may take some sleuthing to identify specific triggers. That said, an all-around healthy lifestyle will take care of the most common underlying problems. Addressing your diet and experimenting with nutritional ketosis, intermittent fasting, longer fasts, or all three will set you on the right track.

Avoiding EMFs, getting sensible sun exposure, exercise and plenty of sleep rounds out the list of the basic components for an anti-depressive lifestyle. For more tips and guidance, use the search feature on my site. I’ve written many in-depth articles on depression, covering a wide range of angles, over the years.

Lavender Aromatherapy Can Ease Pre-Op Anxiety

By Dr. Mercola

Many people experience fear and anxiety prior to medical procedures like surgery. This anxiety, in turn, may lead to increased use of painkillers and anesthetics, prolonged hospital stays and even slower wound healing and worsened ability to fight infection. Risky opioids and sedatives are sometimes given to quell patients’ nerves, but recent research suggests aromatherapy may be a far safer alternative.1

In fact, aromatherapy, which involves using essential oils for health and well-being, has the potential to benefit numerous aspects of your life, even if you don’t have any medical procedures in the pipeline.

Lavender Aromatherapy May Calm Your Nerves

Whether you’re nervous about upcoming surgery or due to something entirely unrelated, like a public speaking event or an exam, aromatherapy is a simple, DIY tool you can use to help calm your nerves. In the featured study, 100 patients admitted to a medical center for ambulatory surgery were given either lavender aromatherapy (inhaled) or standard nursing care (the control group) while in the preoperative waiting room.

Their levels of anxiety were recorded upon arrival to the waiting area and again upon departure. Those who received the aromatherapy had a greater reduction in anxiety compared to the control group, with researchers noting:2

“Aromatherapy may offer a simple, low-risk, and cost-effective method of reducing preoperative anxiety … Given the adverse effects of preoperative anxiety and the simplicity of aromatherapy, health care providers should consider the use of preoperative lavender aromatherapy in the ambulatory surgery setting, in which a short preoperative waiting time necessitates a convenient method of anxiety reduction.”

It’s far from the first time that lavender aromatherapy has been found useful for anxiety relief. A Korean study also found that lavender reduced both insomnia and depression in female college students3 while research published in Phytomedicine found that an orally administered lavender oil preparation was as effective as the drug Lorazepam for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.4

A paper published in the journal Evidenced-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine also detailed the many studies showing the potential for lavender oil to offer calming effects.5 “Several animal and human investigations suggest anxiolytic [anxiety reducing], mood stabilizer, sedative, analgesic and anticonvulsive and neuroprotective properties for lavender,” the researchers explained.

Among them was a study showing orally administered lavender oil is effective in the treatment of subsyndromal (or preclinical) anxiety disorder, improving sleep quality and duration along with general mental and physical health, without causing any unwanted sedative or other side effects.6

Further, in a study comparing lavender oil with sweet almond oil, the lavender oil caused significant decreases in blood pressure, heart rate and skin temperature which, according to researchers, “indicated a decrease of autonomic arousal.” The lavender oil group also said they felt more active, fresher and relaxed after inhaling lavender oil than those in the almond oil group.7

Other Essential Oils for Anxiety

Many ancient cultures, including the Chinese, Indians, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, used essential oils in cosmetics, perfumes and drugs for purposes ranging from spiritual to therapeutic.8 In the modern day, aromatherapy is used in health care settings, health spas and homes, both by professional aromatherapists and amateurs, while accumulating research backs up its many potential uses and benefits.

Aside from lavender, essential oils with strong anxiety-relieving potential include orange, sandalwood, rose, bergamot, clary sage and roman chamomile,9 while other research has concluded the essential oil of jasmine can also uplift mood and counteract symptoms of depression.10 Further, research shows:

  • A systematic review of 16 randomized controlled trials examining the anxiety-inhibiting effects of aromatherapy among people with anxiety symptoms showed that most of the studies indicated positive effects to quell anxiety (and no adverse events were reported).11
  • People exposed to bergamot essential oil aromatherapy prior to surgery had a greater reduction in preoperative anxiety than those in control groups.12
  • Sweet orange oil has been found to have anxiety-inhibiting effects in humans, supporting its common use as a tranquilizer by aromatherapists.13
  • Ambient odors of orange and lavender reduced anxiety and improved mood in patients waiting for dental treatment.14
  • Compared to the controls, women who were exposed to orange odor in a dental office had a lower level of anxiety, a more positive mood and a higher level of calmness. Researchers concluded, “exposure to ambient odor of orange has a relaxant effect.”15

Even the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) PDQ online database, which provides “evidence-based information summaries” for health professionals, acknowledges the potential for aromatherapy and essential oils to provide mental and emotional support:16

“A large body of literature has been published on the effects of odors on the human brain and emotions. Some studies have tested the effects of essential oils on mood, alertness, and mental stress in healthy subjects …

Such studies have consistently shown that odors can produce specific effects on human neuropsychological and autonomic function and that odors can influence mood, perceived health, and arousal. These studies suggest that odors may have therapeutic applications in the context of stressful and adverse psychological conditions.”

Each Essential Oil Serves a Multitude of Purposes

Most essential oils have a multitude of benefits, which is to say that lavender oil or sweet orange, for instance, aren’t only useful for anxiety; they can be used for multiple purposes. For example, in a study on patients undergoing open heart surgery, a cotton swab containing lavender essential oil was placed in the patients’ oxygen mask for 10 minutes.

The aromatherapy led to significant reductions in blood pressure and heart rate, with researchers concluding it could be “used as an independent nursing intervention in stabilizing mentioned vital signs.”17

Lavender aromatherapy has also been found to reduce pain from menstrual cramps18 and, when diffused twice daily in an adult facility for people with dementia, reduce the frequency of agitation in elderly patients.19 Choosing the right essential oil for you, for any given purpose, may therefore require some trial-and-error or, preferably, direction from a professional aromatherapist. Take lemon essential oil, for instance.

When inhaled, it’s said to improve mood, but you might want to avoid doing this near bedtime, as lemon oil inhalation has been found to shorten sleeping time in animal studies.20 The latter could be a benefit in the morning or whenever you need to stay awake, of course, which is why it’s so important to do some research on an essential oil’s possible effects before using it for one purpose or another.

Neroli oil is another example. While research suggests it may help reduce stress in post-menopausal women, it may also relieve menopausal symptoms, increase sexual desire and reduce blood pressure at the same time.21 To put it another way, the reason each essential oil has so many different effects is due to the wide variances in plant chemicals. NCI’s PDQ online database explains:22

“Essential oils are made up of a large array of chemical components that consist of the secondary metabolites found in various plant materials. The major chemical components of essential oils include terpenes, esters, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, phenols, and oxides, which are volatile and may produce characteristic odors.

Different types of oils contain varying amounts of each of these compounds, which are said to give each oil its particular fragrance and therapeutic characteristics. Different varieties of the same species may have different chemotypes (different chemical composition of the same plant species as a result of different harvesting methods or locations) and thus different types of effects.”

How to Harness the Power of Essential Oils

Many people dip their toes into the field of aromatherapy by choosing a few essential oils with scents that appeal to them. You can experiment by diffusing the oils in your home or adding a couple drops to a natural massage oil. Some of the most common ways to use essential oils include:

  • Massaging them (blended with a carrier oil) into your skin
  • Adding them to bathwater
  • Using them in a hot compress
  • Heating them in a diffuser
  • Rubbing a drop onto pulse points

Essential oils can also be added to body lotions, shampoos, homemade cleaning supplies and even wound dressings. By combining different combinations of essential oils, you can create a seemingly endless number of blends with a similarly wide range of uses. EFT Is Another Natural Option for Anxiety Relief

Getting back to anxiety, if you’re anxious about an upcoming medical procedure, the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a tool you should know about. EFT, which involves stimulating different energy meridian points in your body by tapping them with your fingertips while simultaneously using custom-made verbal affirmations, significantly increases positive emotions, such as hope and enjoyment, and decreases negative emotional states, including anxiety.

It is particularly powerful for treating stress and anxiety because it specifically targets your amygdala and hippocampus, which are the parts of your brain that help you decide whether or not something is a threat.23 EFT has also been shown to lower cortisol levels, which are elevated when you’re stressed or anxious, while improving symptoms of psychological distress, including anxiety and depression.24

Like aromatherapy, EFT is a tool you can do yourself as well as with the guidance of a qualified practitioner. You may find that keeping both of these natural strategies — aromatherapy and EFT — at the ready provides convenient anxiety relief during the times when you need it most.

Give Your Health a Much-Needed Boost With Geranium

Eye-catching geranium flowers in white, pink, salmon, red, fuchsia, lavender or bi-colors are popular additions to gardens.1 Now found worldwide,2 geraniums are actually perennial plants native to South Africa3 and then brought to Europe in the 17th century.

Geraniums refer to more than 200 geranium plants,4 such as Geranium maculatum or wild geranium,5 Pelargonium peltatum or ivy geranium6 and Geranium “Rozanne” or hardy geranium.7 Out of all the geranium species, however, only Pelargonium graveolens, aka Sweet-scented geranium or Rose geranium8 can be safely consumed. Note: Do not confuse Pelargonium graveolens with Pelagoniu capitatum, also known as Rose-scented geranium, as it is NOT edible.9

The Rose-scented geranium is an erect and branched shrub that grows up to 1.3 meters (4.2 feet) high and a meter (3.2 feet) wide. The plant’s hairy stems are herbaceous when young, but turn woody once mature. The rose-scented leaves have different and numerous glandular hairs, while the white or pinkish flowers bloom during the late to winter to summer and have an umbel-like shape.10

The edible Sweet geranium grows to about 1.2 meters (4 feet) by 0.8 meters (2.6 feet) and flowers from May to July. The rose-scented leaves are good brewed as a tea and the flowers can be eaten raw.11

Geraniums aren’t just pleasing to the eyes, but can offer positive effects to your body, too. Keep reading to learn about geraniums’ health benefits and how you can incorporate these into your daily routine. Again, remember if you’re going to consume them, only use Pelargonium graveolens.

Geraniums’ Outstanding Health Benefits

The various health benefits linked to geraniums include:12

Healing pain: People with chronic pain or migraines can drink tea brewed from geranium leaves, since it aids with releasing endorphins and treating pain.

However, the effect is relatively mild, so it’s not recommended for permanent pain relief.

Relieving stress: Geranium tea’s soothing properties can help alleviate a cluttered mind and/or get rid of an unpleasant mood.

Plus, organic compounds and chemicals in the tea are able to positively impact the endocrine system and assist with balancing stress- and anxiety-causing hormones.

Treating inflammation: Geranium has anti-inflammatory properties, helpful for alleviating sore joints and muscles and even easing inflammation of the gut or cardiovascular system.

Facilitating better digestion: Geranium may help eliminate harmful and discomfort-causing bacteria, and restore gastrointestinal health.

Boosting the immune system: Geranium’s natural antiseptic, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties contribute to its abilities as a cold and flu reliever.

You can also chew on geranium leaves so the body receives antibacterial compounds that’ll help enhance the immune system and bolster quick recovery from illnesses.

Geranium can also help prevent internal and external pathogens from damaging your body.

Improving kidney health: Volatile components in geranium may enhance kidney health and encourage urination, helping with body detoxification and removing excess salts, fats and water.

Increased urination can assist in reducing kidney strain and in inhibiting toxins from transferring to other parts of the body.

Common Uses of Geraniums

Geranium leaves and essential oil were used to ease headaches and other injuries.13 Nowadays, the flowers and leaves are used as scents and as flavorings for salads, desserts and tea. The leaves, flowers and branches may be mixed into baths, too. The flowers can be used topically and mixed in lotions or creams, and can work as an insect repellent. Geranium is also valuable because of its ability to help alleviate:14

Skin wounds, bruises, pimples and eczema

Ringworms

Hemorrhoids

Premenstrual and menopausal problems

Nausea

Tonsillitis

Diarrhea

Rheumatism

Poor circulation

Geranium Care: How to Grow and Cultivate These Plants

Geraniums can be grown from stem cuttings, either indoors or outdoors, in containers or on the ground.15,16 Geraniums prefer lots of sun, but may need partial shade during very warm conditions. Well-drained soil with a 6.5 pH level is also required, alongside a layer of mulch (preferably at 2 inches) that’ll help conserve moisture and allow the roots to stay cool during the summer.17

If you’re planting geraniums on the ground, ensure that the plants are separated by an 8- to 12-inch wide gap. When growing in containers, purchase pots that are 8 to 12 inches wide and have drainage holes. Indoor plants require four hours of direct sunlight daily, in daytime temperatures of around 65 and 70 degrees F and nighttime temperatures of 55 degrees F.

Using a soaker hose, water the plants weekly without wetting the leaves. This enables geraniums to retain moisture, inhibits the soil from drying out and prevents the growth of fungus. You may need to water container-grown geraniums more since these dry faster. Then, apply fertilizer on ground-grown plants every four to six weeks during spring and summer.

While geraniums can grow indoors all year round, try propagating geraniums by overwintering, especially in frost-prone areas. Plant new geraniums outdoors annually or cut back the plants by one-third during the fall, before temperatures reach 45 degrees F. Afterward, move plants into containers to begin indoor overwintering. During the fall as well, start bringing outdoor container-grown plants inside.

Another overwintering method is to take 6-inch geranium cuttings usually grown outdoors, place them in soilless mix and transplanting them in indoor containers. Once done, move the container-grown geraniums outdoors in the spring after all danger of frost has passed.

Watering the plants adequately and not in excess is a must. Poorly drained or overwatered soil in geraniums may lead to stem and root rots, resulting in blackened and rotting stems. The risk for acquiring plant diseases like bacterial and fungal leaf spot, which causes leaf spots and drops in crowded areas, also rises.

Watch out for pests like whiteflies and aphids. The latter sucks out juice from geranium leaves and stems, and secretes a sticky substance called honeydew.

Pruning geraniums is ideal too. Frequent pruning produces geraniums with bushy growth and scented leaves, while unpruned geraniums are leggy and unattractive. Start by removing a green stem tip above a leaf using fingers or scissors. When you pinch it back or prune, retain three or four leaves on the stem so the plant produces new growth. If geraniums are blooming, remove the spent blossoms.

Must-Try Geranium Recipes

As mentioned earlier, Sweet-scented geranium (Palargonium graveolens) is the only geranium plant that’s safely consumed,18 so if you want to try this plant, you can make a batch of this refreshing geranium tea:19

Rose Geranium Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 Sweet-scented geranium leaves
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 plain orange pekoe tea bag

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a jug and cover with boiling water. Steep for at least 10 minutes.

This recipe makes 6 servings.

While geranium is safe when taken in food amounts or used externally, it’s ideal to do so in moderation. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to refrain from consuming large amounts of geranium. There aren’t enough studies to show whether geranium is safe to take in large amounts.20 Furthermore, side effects such as increased sensitivity, eye irritation, rashes or a burning sensation were also seen in people who took geranium.

How to Use Geranium Oil to Your Advantage

The plant’s essential oil can be beneficial for your well-being. There are around 67 compounds in geranium essential oil. Citronellol (26.7 percent) and geraniol (13.4) make up the bulk of this essential oil. Other compounds include nerol (8.7 percent), citronellyl formate (7.1 percent), isomenthone (6.3 percent) and linalool (5.2 percent).21

Sweet-scented geranium essential oil is used in food preparation, perfumery, herbal medicines and massage therapy,22 and is also regarded highly in aromatherapy because it can soothe conditions like sore throats, anxiety, depression and insomnia, and help with uplifting mood, reducing fatigue and promoting emotional wellness.23 Geranium oil can be used for these purposes, too:24,25,26

It can also help with preventing skin problems like sagging and wrinkling, and with muscle toning. The oil helps improve blood circulation below the skin’s surface, promotes an equal distribution of melanin and inhibits scars and dark spots from appearing.

Anti-inflammatory properties: Geranium oil can help reduce pain and inflammation.

Antiseptic properties: This oil helps speed up wound healing and treat skin problems like acne, burns, frostbite, athlete’s foot, eczema and hemorrhoids.

Astringent properties: The oil prompts the gums, muscles, intestines, skin, blood vessels and tissues to contract.

Antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties: Geranium oil may assist with preventing bacterial infections and inhibiting bacteria strains like Brevibacterium linens and Yersinia enterocolitica and fungal species Aspergillus niger.

Detoxifying agent: Geranium oil can induce urination that’ll help remove toxins from the body, stop excess gas formation in the intestines and boost digestive function.

Deodorant capabilities: The oil’s fragrance makes it a good deodorant, and even helps prevent body odor.

Wound and scar healer: Geranium essential oil can assist with speeding up wound healing and preventing toxins from reaching the bloodstream through open wounds.

The most common way to use geranium oil is by inhalation, by placing a few drops onto a cloth or into a diffuser. This stimulates the body’s limbic system, which is in charge of controlling emotions and affecting the nervous system. Inhaling geranium oil was proven to influence heart rate, stress levels, breathing, blood pressure and immune system.27

It’s also used as a massage oil to help relieve stress and aching muscles, and as a natural insect repellent. It can also help heal insect bites and stop itching.28 However, prior to topical application, dilute geranium essential oil with a carrier oil like jojoba, olive or sweet almond. Do not apply geranium oil directly to the skin, especially if you have skin sensitivities.29

Pregnant and nursing women should consult a physician or health expert first before attempting to use geranium oil, since there’s a lack of research about the oil’s safety. This oil should not be used on young children and babies, because their skin is very delicate. Furthermore, parents should avoid administrating the essential oil near children’s noses, as there were initial reports of toxicities and even death after doing this.

Salon Magazine: Church of Political Correctness About Everything

Foremost among the lugenpresse that writes slurs and propaganda demonizing white people is a rag called Salon. Its very name denotes some sort of snobby cosmopolitanism. Salon writers are notorious for pulling crap out their ass and serving it up to the public as “news.”

The magazine was founded in 1995 by a college dropout neo-Marxist homosexual named David Talbot, who was a self-proclaimed member of the Hollywood Left. Salon’s target audience are Social Justice Warriors with useless gender studies degrees. In recent years, it has became a fonte for Perv Justice Warriors as well. Pseudointellectual neck-beards and land whales tune in regularly.

There is every indication that contributing writers are junior college dropouts. The following is typical, as they describe the location of the Statue of Liberty. The rhetorical style looks like the outcome of too much anal hazing.

One Todd Nickerson wrote an article on why it should be socially acceptable to be a pedophile. He insisted that sexual attraction to children is completely natural and healthy. A simple search of “pedophilia” on Salon brings up articles on why “it’s time to change our stance on pedophilia.” However, reacting to what it called “attacks from the vile right-wing hate machine,” Salon pulled the articles. The inference is that in their brain fogged Pervert Justice Warrior world, only Nazis and extreme right-wingers have a problem with pedophilia.

On Aug. 31, 2015, Salon posted an article on the VMAs and commented on Nicki Minaj’s performance, writing, “The look on Miley’s face during Nicki Minaj’s savage, expletive-laden rant says it all.” The use of the word “savage” triggered the SJW cognescenti, resulting in a feeding frenzy. Once again, Salon had to apologize and edit the article. Naturally, the apology wasn’t sufficient for the SJWs.

Salon has gone all in on anti-white rhetoric. Hardly a day passes without a recycle of the same basic lame articles. Listed below is a sampling of its whitey-hater headlines, containing the same go-to words repeated over and over. It follows a rule of 12, which is how many times these epithets are used per article: Nazi, fascist, misogynist, racist, homophobic, classist, white supremacy. And it is a rare article indeed that doesn’t contain the word “problematic”.

Salon writers are almost always dull and slow on the uptake. They use one-trick-pony insults and comebacks, primarily just pulling the race card in order to “prove” their points. No black person writes for Salon.

Roy Potter 11-29-17… “Intell War Against Americans and Bundy Pre Trial Release”

I do enjoy Roy’s videos. Short, sweet, to the point.

One note from this one, regarding the Bundy’s and the Bundy ranch, apparently the ranch itself encompassed a significant uranium deposit, and that is the reason they (“the Feds”) wanted them off.

Again, a key point to remember from this: North Korea = CIA. As I get it, North Korea is a CIA “op”.

The Divine Feminine energies is shedding light on the entire Planet. These energies that are already pouring forth from the Celestial Bodies, are providing much needed Release and Revelations, both individually and collectively. The light is shining upon all darkness… all density. All that is not Truth… not Authentic, will Be Revealed. No stone will be left unturned, even amongst the Lightworkers. You may have already seen or witness these revelations within yourselves, those around you, in governments, religions, societies and more. This is how powerful this energies of Love… of the Divine Feminine Truly Are. These are energies of great change. All wearing an egoic mask, will be revealed. Many conditionings will be trigged. Anyone still holding on to;
  • The Old Paradigm,
  • Disrespect, Hatred or Fear towards the Feminine or Masculine,
  • Any form of Separation,
  • Judgement,
  • Fear,
  • Anger,
  • Hatred,
  • Pride,
  • Ownership,
  • Self Importance,
  • Manipulation,
  • Taking of Energies,
  • Not in Right Action,
  • Being God without God,
And any other conditionings of the ego… the mind, will be revealed. This is how these energies will play out to all those in resistance, not in the flow of the Heart. It will be simple to identify false Lightworkers, as they show resistance, erratic behaviors, think they know better instead of Feeling, highly reactive, and various De~Ascension symptoms, all which feeds the old controllers. The mind likes to talk, however, walking the talk… Being Love… is something foreign to the mind. The mind tries to mimic Love, yet can never BE Love.
In Truth, One can not access nor integrate these Upcoming Energies if they are holding on to any aspect of the mind or higher mind. The variety DeAscension symptoms which has plagued the Lightworker community, have been tumultuous. We are here to inform All, these symptoms will greatly intensify in these upcoming energies, with new symptoms coming to the forefront. We are in the unknown, and this goes the same for these energies and the Human Body. While the Human Body is a True Masterpiece of Wonder gifted by Prime Creator and All of Creation, however there is a limit to how much the physical body can handle energetically while in resistance… in the ego programmed mind. As always Dear Ones, we Honor All Choices, unconsciously or consciously.
These energies are simply meant for the Children of the Heart, as it is the Heart can fully embrace and integrate these energies. The Return of Balanced Harmonics is the full embodiment of the Heart based Hue~man, which is God=Love in Physical Form. The energies will trigger those in the programmed ego mind tremendously, calling out those of the Heart, as they are the ones holding the highest light. The ego programmed mind likes to think it knows Truth. The Heart BE’s the Truth, Acts in Truth. The Mind… the Ego Reacts, the Heart Responds. Keep Shining your Light, Dear Children of The Heart. Be the Example… Be the Light… Be Love.
The Return of Balanced Harmonics
The energies of December, marks the Return of Balanced Harmonics. This is the Balance of the Divine Feminine & Masculine within. It is through the dissolvement of the programmed ego mind, and full embracement of the Heart, which one can obtain this State of Being…. This State of Consciousness. These energies will immerse One’s entire Being gradually, feeling and experiencing;
  • Wholeness,
  • Balanced
  • Bliss,
  • Joy,
  • Laughter,
  • Passion,
  • Child Like Wonder,
  • Clear & Unlimited Thought,
  • Unconditional Love,
  • Oneness with Prime Creator & All of Creation,
And more, which is accessed through the Heart. These are the attributes of the Heart, which is Love=God. God Consciousness is an experience… a feeling, and full embracement of Prime Creator, Source, Great Spirit, The Holy Spirit, Gaia Sophia, Mother of All Creation. The mind and higher mind, have prevented access in this State, as this is a State of Higher Consciousness. A state which the mind, can never obtain, which is Unity Consciousness. This is why many of the channeled and Telepathic messages have been focusing on the Heart. This is part of your mission Dear Ones. The True Armageddon, is the battle between the mind and Heart, not the integration or balancing of the two, which is a belief construct of the mind. It is through the transformation of the lower, dense energies, which one can access more light within themselves, and anchor with Mother Earth.
Now, with the return of Balanced Harmonics, also marks the return of the Authentic Selves and Twin Flames. It is through the Balanced Harmonic states, which one can anchor the Higher Self, and attract the Twin Flame. Dear Children of the Heart, follow the synchronicities, as these events transpire on your path. Trust your Hearts, as you will not be lead astray.
The New Golden Age is Upon you All Dear Ones. Allow the old to leave with All Love and Compassion, so that the New can come forward. Embrace the New with All your Hearts. The Year 2017 marks the end of the old, and the New Year of 2018 marks the age of the New… Reconstruction. You are the Children of the Heart… the Divine Love Mirrors of Our Beloved Mother & Father of All Creation, Co~Creating the New Earth in Unity Consciousness with All of Creation. We are One, connected with the Unified Heart of Prime Creator, Source, The Holy Spirit, Great Spirit, Gaia Sophia, Mother of All Creation.
I AM Archangel Michael and I AM amongst You… Always of Service to The Universe, to Creation, to LOVE, to Our Mother & Father of All Creation. Love Fearlessly, and Always Unconditionally…
Your Loving Brother,
Archangel Michael
