Fatty Liver Disease Is Triggered by Choline Deficiency

Choline, initially discovered in 1862,1 was officially recognized as an essential nutrient for human health by the Institute of Medicine in 1998.2 This nutrient, which you need to get from your diet, is required for:3

Healthy fetal development4 Choline is required for proper neural tube closure,5 brain development and healthy vision.6 Research shows mothers who get sufficient choline impart lifelong memory enhancement to their child due to changes in the development of the hippocampus (memory center) of the child’s brain.7 Choline deficiency also raises your risk of premature birth, low birth weight and preeclampsia

The synthesis of phospholipids, the most common of which is phosphatidylcholine, better known as lecithin, which constitutes between 40 and 50 percent of your cellular membranes and 70 to 95 percent of the phospholipids in lipoproteins and bile8

Nervous system health — Choline is necessary for making acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in healthy muscle, heart and memory performance9

Cell messaging, by producing cell-messaging compounds10

Fat transport and metabolism — Choline is needed to carry cholesterol from your liver, and a choline deficiency could result in excess fat and cholesterol buildup11

Studies have linked higher choline intake to a range of benefits, including a decreased risk for heart disease,14 a 24 percent decreased risk for breast cancer,15 and the prevention of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD, which is largely driven by high-sugar diets, as opposed to excess alcohol consumption).

In fact, choline appears to be a key controlling factor in the development of fatty liver by enhancing secretion of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) particles in your liver,16 required to safely transport fat out of your liver. Researchers has also discovered evidence of epigenetic mechanisms of choline,17 which also helps explain how choline helps maintain healthy liver function.

Choline Deficiency May Be a Primary Driver of NAFLD

NAFLD is the most common form of liver disease in the U.S., with an estimated prevalence of 3018 to 40 percent19 among the adult population. Considering about 80 percent of Americans are likely insulin resistant,20 and an estimated 90 percent of the U.S. population is deficient in choline,21 the high prevalence of NAFLD is not surprising.

According to Chris Masterjohn, who has a Ph.D. in nutritional science, choline deficiency actually appears to be a far more significant trigger of NAFLD than excess fructose, and in his view, the rise in NAFLD is largely the result of shunning liver and egg yolks.

“More specifically, I currently believe that dietary fat, whether saturated or unsaturated, and anything that the liver likes to turn into fat, like fructose and ethanol, will promote the accumulation of fat as long as we don’t get enough choline,” Masterjohn writes, adding:22

“Once that fat accumulates, the critical factor igniting an inflammatory fire to this fat is the consumption of too much PUFA (polyunsaturated fat from vegetable … oils).”

In his article,23 Masterjohn reviews the medical literature supporting this view. The link between choline and fatty liver initially emerged from research into Type 1 diabetes. Studies in the 1930s demonstrated that lecithin in egg yolk (which contains high amounts of choline) could cure fatty liver disease in Type 1 diabetic dogs. They later found choline alone provided the same benefit. Masterjohn goes on to explain:24

“We now know that choline is necessary to produce a phospholipid called phosphatidylcholine (PC) … a critical component of the very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) particle, which we need to make in order to export fats from our livers.

The amino acid methionine can act as a precursor to choline and can also be used to convert a different phospholipid called phosphatidylethanolamine directly into PC. Thus, the combined deficiency of choline and methionine will severely impair our abilities to package up the fats in our livers and to send them out into the bloodstream.”

High Saturated Fat Intake Increases Your Choline Requirement

What this means is that in order for your liver to be able to rid itself of excess fat, it needs choline — and the more dietary fat you consume, the higher your requirement for choline. This is true regardless of the type of fat but, interestingly, high saturated fat intake increase your need for choline to a greater degree than unhealthy fat intake such as corn oil.

According to Masterjohn, your “choline requirement is about 30 percent higher on a 30 percent butter diet than on a 30 percent corn oil diet.” That said, the most significant culprit in NAFLD is excessive fructose, as all of it must be metabolized by your liver and is primarily converted into body fat opposed to being used for energy like glucose. According to Masterjohn:25

“In 1949 … researchers showed that sucrose and ethanol had equal potential to cause fatty liver and the resulting inflammatory damage, and that increases in dietary protein, extra methionine and extra choline could all completely protect against this effect.26

Conversely, much more recent research has shown that sucrose is a requirement for the development of fatty liver disease in a methionine- and choline-deficient (MCD) model …

The MCD model produces not only the accumulation of liver fat, but massive inflammation similar to the worst forms of fatty liver disease seen in humans. What no one ever mentions about this diet is that it is primarily composed of sucrose and its fat is composed entirely of corn oil! …

The picture that is clearly emerging from all of these studies is that fat, or anything from which fat is made in the liver, such as fructose and ethanol, [is] required for the development of fatty liver. But in addition to this some factor — overwhelmingly, it appears to be choline deficiency — must deprive the liver of its ability to export that fat.”

However, while carbohydrates, healthy saturated fats and unhealthy PUFA-rich oils all have the ability to contribute to the buildup of fat in your liver, lipid peroxidation and associated inflammation is primarily driven by PUFA-rich oils such as corn oil.27 As noted by Masterjohn:28

“Corn oil probably promotes inflammation both by increasing vulnerability to lipid peroxidation because of its total PUFA content and by decreasing tissue levels of DHA because of its high omega-6-to-omega-3 ratio.”

Healthy Choline Sources

In the ‘70s, many doctors told their patients not to eat eggs, or at least egg yolks, to minimize their cholesterol and saturated fat intake. In reality, both of those are good for you, and eggs are one of the most important health foods available.

A single hard-boiled egg can contain anywhere from 113 milligrams29 (mg) to 147 mg30 of choline, or about 25 percent of your daily requirement, making it one of the best choline sources in the American diet.31 Only grass fed beef liver beats it, with 430 mg of choline per 100-gram serving.32 As noted in the Fatty Liver Diet Guide:33

“Eggs rank very high on the list of foods that are high in either lecithin, which converts to choline, or in choline itself. Note that this is the egg yolks only, not egg whites, which only have traces of this micronutrient.

Choline is essential in the production of phosphatidylcholine, a fat molecule called a phospholipid. But wait! Isn’t all fat bad? No — especially if it is essential to overall health and in particular, liver health. Simply put — if you don’t have enough choline, your liver can’t move out fat. It instead begins to collect within your liver, creating fatty liver.”

Are You Getting Enough Choline to Protect Your Health?

While a dietary reference intake value has not yet been established for choline, the Institute of Medicine set an “adequate daily intake” value of 425 mg per day for women, 550 mg for men37 and 250 mg for children38 to help prevent a deficiency and potential organ and muscle damage.

Keep in mind, however, that requirements can vary widely, depending on your overall diet, age, ethnicity39 and genetic makeup. As noted in one paper,40 “People with one of several very common genetic polymorphisms in the genes of choline metabolism are more likely to develop hepatic dysfunction when deprived of choline.”

Another study41 found that in some men, 550 mg of choline per day was insufficient as they still developed organ dysfunction. Postmenopausal women were also more prone to develop signs of organ dysfunction than premenopausal women when deprived of adequate amounts of choline for just under six weeks.

Also, as discussed above, eating a diet high in (otherwise healthy) saturated fats may actually increase your choline requirement. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, athletes and postmenopausal women also need higher amounts.

If you already have NAFLD, you’d be wise to pay careful attention to choline as well. A study on the severity of 664 people with NAFLD found that decreased choline intake significantly increased their symptoms, including fibrosis (the thickening and scarring of connective tissue).42

The tolerable upper intake level for choline is 3.5 grams per day. Side effects of excessive choline include low blood pressure, sweating, diarrhea and a fishy body odor.43 As mentioned, eggs are a primary source of choline in the diet; with more than 100 mg of choline per egg yolk, they’re an easy way to ensure sufficiency. That said, supplementation, including with krill oil, is an option if you’re concerned about getting enough choline from your diet.

What Can Ashitaba Do for You?

Although it’s not as well-known as many of the herbs commonly used in the West, ashitaba is a green, leafy herb closely related to the carrot, and like the carrot, contrary to what some may believe, both are edible.

Most people living in the Izu Peninsula and Izu Islands south of Tokyo, where the somewhat bitter herb originated, are very familiar with its culinary and medicinal usefulness. Also known as “tomorrow’s leaf” due to its rapid growth and regenerative abilities, ashitaba is a very cold-tolerable plant that can easily be included in shady areas of your garden.

Both the leaves and stalks of the plant can be eaten raw, but they can also be dried, boiled or ground to make juice, and the roots can be pickled, according to the World Vegetable Center.1 The leaves can be dried to make teas (steeped for 15 minutes for maximum health benefits), casseroles and soups, or made into supplements.

Of all the advantages of ashitaba, one that may encompass them all is its antiaging capabilities, especially in the realm of cognitive abilities. After a 2013 investigation into Angelica keiskei (AK), the botanical name for ashitaba, the study authors concluded that “results provide experimental evidence that AK might be a useful agent in preventing deficit of learning and memory caused by AD [Alzheimer’s disease] and aging.”2

Then in February of 2019, Nature Communications published the results of a far more encompassing review addressing ashitaba’s role in bringing about autophagy, an “intracellular recycling” and “cellular rejuvenation” process, showing how scientists “identified and mechanistically characterized the conserved longevity-promoting effects of a natural anti-ageing [sic] drug.”3 In short:

“This facilitates the supply of recycled components for biosynthesis and thus contributes to cytoplasmic renewal and consequent cellular rejuvenation. Conversely, impairment or dysregulation of autophagic function results in age-related pathologies. Altogether, autophagy is largely associated with cytoprotection and overall health.”4

Continued testing found the compound to be protective in the autophagy process, even protecting against liver damage caused by excess alcohol consumption, and more significantly slowed aging in several types of human cells.

How Ashitaba Compounds Can ‘Clean Out Cellular Garbage’

According to an article published in the Times of Malta, a natural substance known as 4,4′-dimethoxychalcone, or DMC, in ashitaba can clean out “cellular garbage,” such as aggregated proteins that can accumulate in aging cells and cause disease.

Frank Madeo, a professor at the University of Graz’s Institute of Molecular Biosciences in Austria, says DMC can start a recycling process that’s vital for sustaining optimal health even while aging. His team of researchers looked at various flavonoids in search of compounds that stimulate the process, and noted that fasting seems to help kick-start the “spring cleaning” known as autophagy. They added:

“Many flavonoids have already been shown to have a range of beneficial effects, ranging from anti-inflammatory properties to protecting against brain degeneration and cancer. The team reasoned that they might find flavonoids that could also help prevent destructive ageing in cells.

They screened 180 compounds representing various subcategories of flavonoids, looking for candidates that might have the natural ability to “counteract age-related cell demise.”5

Testing proved that ashitaba performed as well or better than other compounds, including those with a natural cell-protective capacity, such as resveratrol, found in grape skin and other deeply hued plant-based foods. Madeo observed that it’s “always nice to find a scientific rationale for traditional medical folk tales.”6

When tested on worms and fruit flies — common test subjects — researchers found that DMC treatment allowed their lifespans to increase by about 20 percent.7

Traditional Ashitaba Uses and the ‘Scientific Rationale’

Traditional uses for ashitaba have encompassed numerous physical disorders but the good news is that these ancient uses are supported by modern science. Clinical studies on ashitaba8,9 and their components show it may be useful to:10

Specifics on Study Findings on Ashitaba

Many of the above observations regarding the health benefits of ashitaba are listed below, with specifics on the studies that doctors and scientists alike refer to. For instance, an ashitaba study involving mice showed improved short- and long-term memory with drug-induced memory loss.12

According to a study of 15 people both healthy and overweight, ashitaba was found to reduce both the body weight and waist circumference of the study subjects after eight weeks, and the overweight people exhibited reduced stomach fat.13

Ashitaba was identified as a substance that may decrease blood clotting due to a protein called fibrin. An ashitaba extract decreased levels of plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PA-1), a compound that prevents the breakdown of fibrin clots (fibrinolysis).14

Fighting depression is another thing ashitaba can help with. Researchers found that the compounds xanthoangelol and 4-hydroxyderricin had similar effects, noted as having “similar potency,” compared to drugs that block the activity of the enzyme monoamine oxidase (MAO), often used as antidepressants, as well as the antidepressant drug iproniazid.15

Ashitaba extract protected liver cells from damage and toxicity from the use of acetaminophen, such as Tylenol.16 Further, ashitaba is antibacterial, which was found to reduce the growth of several species of harmful bacteria, such as the one that causes tuberculosis.17

And one of the most advantageous aspects of ashitaba is its ability to reduce markers of inflammation, observed by numerous cell studies, such as in macrophages18 and in maintaining anticoagulant status.19 Juice from ashitaba also reduced DNA damage in 20 smokers in an eight-week study20 and protected against DNA damage from mutation-causing compounds.21

Healing Aspects of Angelica Keiskei

Healing aspects of ashitaba are due to a number of valuable antioxidant phytochemicals (which ashitaba powder increased in one study,22 and fresh ashitaba juice and fermented ashitaba did in another23), flavonoids and carotenoids, according to a 2014 study,24 which listed a number of these elements and the practical ways they relate to your health, including bioavailability.25

A Japanese study26 reported that xanthoangelol, a prominent component of the ashitaba plant, induced apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells, neuroblastoma being a “rare cancer that develops in the sympathetic nervous system, a network of nerves that carries messages from the brain throughout the body.”27

In an animal study,28 also in Japan, ashitaba roots inhibited tumor growth and metastasis, meanwhile preventing immune suppression caused by tumors in the study participants’ lungs. Several compounds found in ashitaba, including coumarins, flavones, chalcones and some that are less well-known, were found in a 2003 study29 to have inhibitory effects against cancer:

Flavones have been found to inhibit breast cancer growth, as well as be antiallergic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidation and antitumor.30

Coumarin has been identified as potentially harmful if too much is consumed, but another study indicates it has beneficial points, as well. Current Sciences notes that coumarin has been used to treat cancer even when it’s advanced or to prevent recurrence of several types of serious cancers, as well as to promote vein health.31

Regarding chalcones, which includes sobavachalcone, xanthoangelol and 4-hydroxyderricin, PharmaTutor explains:

“Chalcones are precursor compounds for flavonoids biosynthesis in plants … (and) possess a broad spectrum of biological activities including antioxidative, antibacterial, antihelmintic, amoebicidal, antiulcer, antiviral, insecticidal, antiprotozoal, anticancer, cytotoxic and immunosuppressive.”32

Ashitaba also contains powerful compounds such as chlorophyll, quercetin, lutein, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and catechin.

Ashitaba’s Diverse Effects

Listing all the little-known compounds in ashitaba and what they’re known for in terms of your health wouldn’t be complete without noting the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that are mutually supportive for improving your health and helping to prevent disease. As such, these include fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium and vitamins A, E, B1, B2, C and K.33

In addition, a 2015 study to investigate the chemical constituents of ashitaba noted numerous compounds for the first time.34 Accordingly, a number of beneficial effects are attributed to this Japanese herb:

Increasing levels of adiponectin, a hormone known to decrease glucose levels and increase the breakdown of fat35

Reducing levels of the receptor PPAR-y, which influences fat cell creation, aka adipogenesis36

Programmed cell death (apoptosis) in cancer cells37

Obstructing the activity of the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) to decrease blood pressure38

Increasing glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase antioxidants, in turn reducing inflammation39

Decreasing depression by blocking monoamine oxidase (MAO), an enzyme that breaks down dopamine and serotonin40

What Are the Health Benefits of Vitamin K2?

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin essential for the functioning of several proteins involved in physiological processes. Naturally occurring forms are vitamin K1 (referred to as phylloquinone) and vitamin K2 (called menaquinones).1,2

Vitamin K1, which is derived from green plants, is best known for the role it plays in blood clotting, while vitamin K2, derived primarily from fermented foods and animal products such as eggs, meat and liver,3 is important to hormone production and utilization, as well as bone and heart health.

Vitamin K2 does not get the attention it deserves, and it’s highly likely you’re not getting enough in your diet. Although fat-soluble, the body stores very little and it’s rapidly depleted without regular dietary intake.

Before discussing the numerous areas of your health where vitamin K2 has a significant impact, it’s first important to understand the different forms of the vitamin.

The Different Forms of Vitamin K2

Vitamin K2 is needed to activate the protein osteocalcin, which is found in your bones. Without vitamin K2, this and other vitamin K2-dependent proteins remain inactivated, and cannot perform their biological functions.4

According to Leon Schurgers, a world-renowned researcher in vitamin K2, the difference between vitamins K1 and K2 was clearly established in The Rotterdam Study,5 published in 2004, of which Schurgers was a co-author.

While the study focused on the difference between how K1 and K2 affect the heart (K1 has no effect at all), the researchers also looked at what types of foods supply each of the vitamins. In an interview, he said:

“I measured a variety of food items for vitamin K content … Vitamin K1 is highly available in green, leafy vegetables — spinach, kale, broccoli and cabbage.

However, the absorption of vitamin K1 from food is extremely low. Only 10 percent of the vitamin K which is found in green leafy vegetables, is absorbed in your body … And there’s no variable or modification of the consumption that will significantly increase the absorption …”

Vitamin K2, on the other hand, was only present in fermented foods. It’s actually produced by specific bacteria during the fermentation process. Certain bacteria in your gut naturally produce vitamin K2 in your body as well. Interestingly, while the K1 in vegetables is poorly absorbed, virtually all of the K2 in fermented foods is readily available to your body. Vitamin K2 can be further broken down into:6,7,8

MK-4 (menaquinone-4), a short-chain form of vitamin K2 found in animal-based foods such as meats dairy and eggs. MK-4 also has a very short biological half-life — about 2.5 hours — making it a poor candidate as a dietary supplement.

That said, natural MK-4 from food is important for good health,9 as MK-4 plays a role in gene expression, turning some genes off and others on, and is therefore important for cancer prevention.10

MK-7 (menaquinone-7), longer-chain forms found in fermented foods. There’s a variety of these long-chain forms, but the most common one is MK-7. This is the one you’ll want to look for in supplements, as this form is extracted from real food, specifically natto,11 a fermented soy product.

The MK-7, which forms in the fermentation process, has two major advantages. It stays in your body longer and has a longer half-life, which means you can take it just once a day in very convenient dosing.12 Research13 has shown MK-7 helps prevent inflammation by inhibiting proinflammatory markers that can cause autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.

While vitamin K1 has been found to “moderately reduce” the risk of bone fractures,14 MK-7 is more effective than vitamin K1 at reaching your bone.15,16 In your bones, vitamin K2 is used to produce osteocalcin, improving metabolic and hormonal health and exercise performance.

As mentioned earlier, vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin, a protein hormone made by your bone that is dependent on K2 for activation via carboxylation. One of the primary roles osteocalcin plays is in binding calcium and transporting it to the bone.25

Osteocalcin is a small non-collagenous protein measured in the serum and synovial fluid samples of people with osteoarthritis,26 and researchers believe serum levels of osteocalcin may be useful as a screening tool to assess osteoporosis risk. 27

Vitamin K2 is also important for your oral health. Preserving enamel helps reduce cavity formation. Your enamel is made of hollow tubes that extend into the dentin. The enamel is made of nonliving cells, while the dentin has live cells called odontoblasts.

These cells release proteins using vitamin K2 to help prevent tooth decay through an immune response.28 Research has demonstrated osteocalcin may be found in inflamed tissue, and researchers consider the protein to have a reparative role in dental pulp.29

Vitamin K2 Plays a Role in Reducing Inflammation and Promoting Kidney Health

The inflammatory response is a crucial component in many chronic diseases and diseases of aging. Scientific evidence suggests both vitamin K1 and K2 have anti-inflammatory activity, in part by inhibiting nuclear factor kappa-B.30

For example, in one meta-analysis,31 researchers found evidence vitamin K has a protective role in chronic aging conditions, inflammation and cardiovascular disease. Another study32 confirmed the role the vitamin K2 MK-7 form specifically has in the modulation of inflammatory biomarkers.

The researchers evaluated natural vitamin K2 for its potential to inhibit gene expression and production of pro-inflammatory markers in vitro, finding the MK-7 form inhibited gene expression in a dose-dependent manner.

Other research33 has demonstrated a reduction in C-reactive protein, a common biomarker used to evaluate inflammation in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. C-reactive protein is a risk marker for a wide range of diseases and the researchers concluded higher intake of vitamin K2 may lower overall risk.

There is also accumulating evidence vitamin K2 may play a role in chronic kidney disease. A pre- and post-intervention clinical trial,34 which included patients with a diagnosis of chronic kidney disease who took a vitamin K2 MK-7 supplement for four weeks, found it significantly reduced calcification in the patients’ blood vessels. Patients with chronic kidney disease with a subclinical vitamin K deficiency may also benefit from a greater intake of the vitamin.35

Deficiency Affects Testosterone Production

Yet another role vitamin K2 plays in your body is the optimal production of sex hormones. Research shows vitamin K2 MK-4, found in animal foods such as meat and dairy products, can help balance testosterone production.36 Animal studies show inducing a vitamin K deficiency reduces testosterone production.37

Vitamin K2 has an effect in women as well, as the vitamin may be helpful in the management of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). This is now the most common hormonal disorders in young women, causing enlarged ovaries and potentially leading to fertility problems.38

In one randomized study, 60 vitamin D deficient women with PCOS took either a placebo or a combination of calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K for eight weeks. Those in the treatment group enjoyed greater decrease in testosterone and symptoms than the placebo group.39

How K2 May Influence Insulin Sensitivity

An unexpected discovery was made when researchers found bone was an endocrine organ, contributing to the regulation of a number of physiological processes, including glucose homeostasis.40

There’s even evidence to suggest vitamin K2 supplementation may improve insulin sensitivity via osteocalcin metabolism,41 and may help prevent the development of Type 2 diabetes. 42 The evidence is not conclusive, however, as a systematic review of controlled trials found K2 supplementation had no effect on insulin sensitivity.43

Part of the problem may have something to do with the form of vitamin given. Numerous studies have demonstrated synthetic vitamin K2 supplements are not as effective as natto-derived K2 supplements.

Statins Contribute to the Depletion of Vitamin K2

Nearly 25 percent of Americans over the age of 45 are taking cholesterol-lowering statin drugs, despite the high risks of the drugs. In addition to other side effects, statins inhibit the production of vitamin K2.

A study published in Expert Review of Clinical Pharmacology44 revealed statins may actually stimulate the development of atherosclerosis and heart failure, and one of the mechanisms by which this occurs is the inhibition of the synthesis of vitamin K2, which protects your arteries from calcification.

How to Boost Your Intake of Vitamin K2 Naturally

If you decide to take a statin or use a vitamin D3 supplement, it is highly recommended you include a vitamin K2 supplement in the MK-7 form. Seek out a supplement extracted from the Japanese fermented soy product called natto. Professor Cees Vermeer,45 one of the world’s top vitamin K2 researchers, recommends between 45 micrograms (mcg) and 185 mcg daily for adults.

Just remember that since vitamin K2 is fat-soluble, it’s best to take it with a small amount of fat to improve absorption. Consuming foods rich in vitamin K2 is your best bet. MK-4 is found in animal foods such as free-range, organic eggs (particularly the yolk), dark chicken meat and goose liver. MK-7 is found in fermented foods such as natto, a type of fermented soy, and hard cheeses such as Brie and Gouda.

Thoughts About Undeclared Federal Agents

Federal Agents have a moral and legal responsibility to disclose themselves for what they are when directly questioned. It arises from law forbidding entrapment, trespass, and other crimes.
Sometimes called a Bevins Declaration, you can put these Moles between a rock and a hard place simply by making a statement at the beginning of your actual Assembly meetings and calls to the effect:

“Anyone here still claiming any form of US Citizenship or employment with any Federal Agency is now — for the next segment of the call (meeting, etc., ) invited to either declare your presence and business here, or directed to leave the Assembly at this time.”
This allows the Assembly to have open calls and meetings where more people can be educated and assisted, but then also to close meetings and teleconferences to Federal Agents.
If Federal Agents fail to declare themselves and stay after they have been invited to leave, they have broken the law and anything they obtain as a result of acting in a clandestine fashion is tainted by fraud and inadmissible in court.
This can also help ferret out people in leadership positions who shouldn’t be there.
The man actually responsible for the incarceration of the Colorado Nine was a Federal Insurance Agent named Michael R. Hamilton. At least, that is the name he used to do his dirty work.
He basically encouraged them to believe things that aren’t true but which are incorrect “common knowledge”.
So they believed that they were “US Citizens”.
They believed that they were owed all the constitutional guarantees—-while claiming to be US Citizens.
They believed that the “STATE OF COLORADO COURT” was their court and had to answer to their Grand Jury.
And none of those things are true. When I told them they were wrong and that none of these things were true, Michael R. Hamilton puffed out his chest and basically said, “Ignore her! She’s just a woman!”
Michael R. Hamilton stood in the background and encouraged them to assume things they had assumed all their lives—- wrong things, as it happens—- and egged them on.
When it came time for the arrests, Michael R. Hamilton was nowhere to be found.
I wonder how much grief and loss could have been spared, if the organizers of the Colorado Assembly had simply made that little Bevins Declaration part of their ritual?
How much could have been spared if the men involved had been less “sure of what they didn’t know”?

i read the recent NESARA article. I am furious.
The more i read. the more i knew it was wrong.
i, myself, sat in on many of the Colorado calls. Ranting to my husband the whole time about them playing lawyer….almost couldn’t bear it. I wanted to know more and i was not comfortable with how they were proceeding. I am having the same concerns with the current group. However: the majority of the group has
publicly recorded their political status and paperwork.  Seems the order of the day is to just quickly skim some information and avoid the majority.
I know for a fact that none of them (Colorado nine)were “following” you.
I know that they were counting on their oath and allegiance to an assembly with the autographed stamps for insurance to show they were no longer a part of the U.S.
i followed the whole situation. You have been right on.
I do not recall any statement of political status.
I do know myself, first hand, that what is written about the “Colorado nine” is not accurate. I have no idea where they claim to get the information from.
I too have been questioning who is Destry? What is his position with his assembly? Why is everyone hanging on his every word? I still don’t know. I asked my husband and he doesn’t know either. I will not blindly be jumping in with his recommendations.
I know that you have praised the Michigan assembly in the past……but that was before Destry some how floated to the top, before Destry told others that they did not need to do paperwork…..and then before the rest started to follow. Did Michigan members ever correct political status in the past? i don’t know that either.
I see that your presentations are organized, precise, consistent and always give me phrases, terms, or citation of authorities that i can always look up and read for myself.
When i hear some people talk, i know they have not really read what you said. I have seen myself, so much taken out of context.

Greetings our beloved light-workers,

It is time that we play a bigger part of your life from this moment onward.

We are the Elohim.

Our name is synonymous with God, Supreme Creator & Source of ALL. In this vast Kingdom of God, we are the Beings who get sent out to create, expand and multiply.

As a group, we act as the ‘right hand’ of God; we are truly the building blocks of ALL in Creation. We get to assist on the creation of complex physical structures of any kind, as we are the eternal bridge between non-physical and physical.

In 3D terms, let us use the relationship between: a newly-wed couple who will be future house-owners, their architect and their builders, as an example here to help you understand who we are. This couple is excited to build from scratch their new marital home; they know they have a lot to do and have secured the assistance of competent architect & builders to help them manifest their dream house; i.e. turning their concepts/ideas into physical reality.

In cosmic/universal terms, this newly-wed couple can be anyone who needs our assistance. It also represents every single one of you here; incarnated souls (individualized aspects of God) who have reached advanced spiritual maturity levels, and now ready to embrace their Godhood. In other words, the newly-wed couple represents those of you who are ready to master your mastery – i.e. master your creation and manifestation skills.

The architect will always be Prime Creator – the Alpha & Omega – Source of ALL THAT WAS, IS AND WILL BE.

And we, the Elohim, function as the Builders of Creation. The Builders of Form.

This relationship between the three (between the souls who are wanting to create, the architect and the builder) is the Holy Trinity. It is the very fabric and foundation of Existence in Physicality; in the physical realm.

The Father – represents our Prime Creator; Source.

The Son – represents all who wish to participate in the Creative Process; any soul who is ready to embrace their Godhood and graduate to a higher level of Creation.

The Holy Spirit – represents us, the Elohim. We are the Divine Fires/Flames of God; the embodiment of Qualities/Aspects of God needed to support all in the act of Creation.

The Elohim can be called upon for assistance anytime and we happily go to wherever/whenever our services are needed. Our minds, our entire beings are always aligned and faithfully attuned to the Divine Mind and Heart of Source, to a complex degree that is perhaps unfathomable to everyone here at the moment. Each and every member of the Elohim, embodies & personifies one aspect/quality of Source that is needed in the fine art of Creation, Manifestation or, Precipitation.

You are living in magnificent times, Mighty Ones. Many of you here reading/listening to this today, are attracted to this message because on some level, you know that it is time to embrace your power. You are here because you are ready to walk, breathe, think, say, feel and act as the physical embodiment of your all powerful, God-Self.

You are ready to be our agent/representative for the God of Light; the God of Love; the God of Oneness in every sense of the word. You are ready to be a spiritual master whose very existence exemplifies a Loving, Benevolent God in physical form. So that one day, when people see you, they will be able to easily believe in the existence and magnificence of the One God who loves ALL.

Remember where you came from. It is time for all of you to stop acting as though you are a victim of your circumstances. It is also time for you to snuggle even more deeply within the embrace of your Higher Self, and truly realize that you have everything that you will ever need, within you, to solve all the life challenges you are facing right now.

Those of you who have been awakened for awhile, it is also time for you to be this agent of LIGHT & LOVE wherever you go, in ALL interactions with the people around you, and with the world. Every day, every moment, every action you take, everything that you do, is a reflection of who you are. It is important that before you do/say anything, to always check in with your Self, is this based on Love? Are the words you are about to say to others and self, based on Love? Does this reflect the Love that is my True Nature? Is this how my Higher Self thinks, talks, feels or behaves?

This is how you walk your talk, loved ones! You can not claim to be higher-vibrational, if your words, thoughts, emotions and actions indicate to self and to others that you are the opposite of Loving, Joyful, Compassionate, Patient or, Peaceful.

Life/spiritual Mastery can NOT be done part-time, depending on your mood on any given day. On your good days when you are more rested/relaxed, you will remember to be: positive, loving, patient, kind, generous, non-judgmental. On your bad days however, during your more challenging days, you then return to your 3D ways of Being: negative, unloving, impatient, unkind, ungenerous, judgmental/not respecting other people’s free will.

There are no excuses for those of you who are wanting to master your Mastery. Either you are displaying your Mastery by being loving & higher-vibrational no matter whator, you are displaying the opposite. There are no middle grounds that can be found here.

You can not say to us one day: “Woops, I probably shouldn’t have said that, or done that, as someone who is walking the spiritual path of Light & Love. Sorry my Higher Self, I’ll do better tomorrow. Lack of sleep could do that to anyone” and then, only to do it again the next day! By you repeatedly taking unloving action (or, continuously saying unloving words) to both: self or others, probably for a different excuse/reason the next day, and the next.

The pendulum just keeps swinging back and forth, between your ‘good side’ to your ‘bad side’ depending on many factors, usually your mood or, your body’s physical condition.

In fact, many of your bad days are pre-arranged; they are there to ‘test’ you, for you to see for yourself, how much you have grown. To see how much more like your Higher Self you have now become. Your habitual patterns, ways of thinking, your dietary requirements, your belief systems, have now become more aligned with your Higher Self.

Those bad days can be a useful tool; a useful indicator for you to see how much more you have to go, or, how much you have advanced in your journey back to the loving, God-Self that resides within. Someone who is very close to embodying their Higher Self is consistently acting like their I AM Presence, more than 90% of the time, regardless of what is happening around him. He will often think, say, feel, react, behave in a loving, compassionate, patient and peaceful way to ALL, most especially to himself. When there is nobody watching you, that is when you should take more time to carefully observe the way you think/talk/behave to yourself, as useful indicators.

It is also definitely time to stop waiting around for someone to rescue you from your problems. Focus instead on rescuing yourself by embracing your power!

 

Our message here today was written and had been fully encoded with the 7 Energetic Properties of The Almighty God; also known as the 7 Flames of God. We, the Elohim, along with the Chohan and Archangels of each ray, can help you embrace your soul powers by intensifying all of God’s Sacred Rays within your 4 lower bodies, to bring out your ‘Inner, God-Self’.

These fires will powerfully activate your God-DNA, bathe your bodies, and purge whatever discordant energetic remnants you still have to clear (discordant to your Higher Self’s nature), to pave the way in getting you ready to become a Master Alchemist. A Master Wizard of the highest competency level, the likes of Lord Merlin. Someone who has completely mastered the fine art of Creation & Manifestation, to an Ascended Master Level.

These extra rays will come ‘online’ when you are ready to move on in your physical incarnation, as a great, Cosmic Being.

This means it is time for you to get serious with your spiritual goals, o’ powerful ones. We are not here to coddle you. We are here to help you to fully embrace your magnificence and shine like the Mighty Gods/Goddesses you truly are. For thousands of years, humanity as a race had completely forgotten their Divine Nature and fully believed in separation from God/your God-Self, but no longer will this be the case.

It is time for all of you to use whatever that is happening around you right now, as a jumping board for you to leap onto the next segment; the next chapter in the story of your life. And what that next segment is, depends entirely upon you, our beloved.

Do you wish to continue telling yourself, telling the world the ‘same old, same old’ 3D story full of fear, full of negative dramas, full of lack or scarcity, and full of separation, or, are you ready to truly act like the all-powerful, higher dimensional beings you already are – in the ultimate reality that is the non-physical realm; your Home in Heaven?

If it’s the latter, then call upon our assistance. Ask us to strengthen the power of our 7 Divine Flames within you and to purify you from within. Spend time connecting/communing with us on a daily basis, and remember always, to focus only on what you want. And NOT on what you do not want to have in your life.

The last piece of advice sounds basic and it has been repeated so many times, in so many different ways, through so many different messengers. You maybe are wondering why a reminder is constantly needed?

Your mind, your words and your emotions – i.e. your entire consciousness is so easily influenced by whatever it is that is currently happening to you, or, to the people around you. Your consciousness has been highly conditioned to fear, lack and separation for thousands of years. It takes a lot of dedication, commitment and practice to switch your automatic pilot mode from the lower altitudes to the higher ones. And the very first step to doing so, is your WILL to do. Your WILL to once again become the God you have remembered yourself to be.

2019 will be THE Graduation Year for the majority of you reading/listening to this message. It is going to be the year when you will transcend and leave behind many of your old ways; many of your limiting beliefs. It will be the year when your life can truly take off, if you have been faithfully following the inner guidance given to you, 100% of the time, despite growing evidence to the contrary.

The 4 main keys here are for you to:

1 – Command and Expect positive results to come to you,
2 – Emanate the feelings of Gratitude for those wonderful results,
3 – Release all attachments to time-frames as to when the results will come, and then
4 – Simply let go! The positive outcomes will come to you, one way or another. Never doubt!

Adele recently read a comment somewhere from several light-workers how by following their inner guidance, they had recently lost their jobs, their life partners, their health, their money, their car, and the long list continues. Those people were completely blaming their Higher Self/spirit team for not giving them what they wanted, after changing their lives in the direction spirit had directed them to go.

To these people, we will ask them these questions. Is blaming others the way to Mastery? What are your vibrations like these days? Like attracts like. If you do not take action to immediately find any way to improve your vibrations, for example: by taking actions/by following guidance that perhaps you do not like to do, then you will continue to fly in the lower vibrations and not find a way to attract abundance & prosperity into your life. Instead of blaming the members of your ever-supportive & loving spirit team, you have to collaborate and work together with us, to achieve the desired results.

We can not live your life for you, nor can we fix your vibrations for you. Only you can do that for yourself. In other words, we can only help those who are ready to help themselves.

Are you ready for Mastery, loved ones? If you are truly ready, then show it to us. Demonstrate it to us by the way you think, by the way you talk, by the way you behave in your day to day lives. Take a sacred time-out to commune with your Higher Self more often, so that you will continue to be on the receiving end of our endless guidance & wisdom. We are constantly ready to give you different ways/solutions to your challenges. But you need to put yourself in the ‘receiving mode’ with your ‘antennae up & on’ in order for our messages to get through. You can not focus on your problems for the solutions to then appear. And that is all we have to say on the subject today.

We hope today’s message had served to empower all of you to embrace your God-Self even more. It is time for you to shine so brightly with your soul powers, and we are here to support you on this holy endeavor.
