Deconstructing of THE USA CORP? 1 of 2… / Millennium Report 4-5-17… “Steve Bannon Removed From Trump’s National Security Council”

Now, basically, all of these political appointee ins and outs I pay almost no attention to. There are always going to be shufflings and kicking outs of people. But my view of this is that whatever the NSC (National Security Council) is, and has become, it needed to be changed, reined in, deconstructed. I see this as more than just an “internal WH shakeup”. There’s some de-constructing going on…

I found the 25 minute video (which I placed at the end of this post) very helpful in seeing this as part of the larger picture of “Deconstructing THE USA CORP” (hence the title prelude I used).

The original of the article was a ZeroHedge. I found it easier to read the Millennium Report version. .Originally this was found at (and thanks to AF97 for pointing this one out).

I strongly suggest watching the video at the end.

“According to Reuters, Bannon’s removal from the NSC was seen as a boost to national security adviser [Lt. Gen.] H.R. McMaster, who officials said has struggled to work together with Bannon.

“Bannon said in a statement: “Susan Rice operationalized the NSC during the last administration. I was put on to ensure that it was de-operationalized. General McMaster has returned the NSC to its proper function.”

“McMASTER has made it clear inside WH that he wants NSC to be non-political, especially as he crafts NSC strategy for admin… — Robert Costa”

Steve Bannon Removed From Trump’s National Security Council

In what the biggest shake-up at the White House since Mike Flynn resigned in February, moments ago Bloomberg reported that President Trump has reorganized his National Security Council on Wednesday, removing his chief strategist, Stephen Bannon as well as downgrading the role of his Homeland Security Adviser, Tom Bossert, while elevating national intelligence director, Dan Coats, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Corps General Joseph Dunford, who will again be “regular attendees” of the NSC’s principals committee.

According to Reuters, Bannon’s removal from the NSC was seen as a boost to national security adviser H.R. McMaster, who officials said has struggled to work together with Bannon.

Wednesday’s change means Mr. Bannon is no longer part of the NSC. He is still permitted to attend such meetings but won’t automatically be invited to each one.

The WSJ adds that “the decision to boot Bannon was made by Trump’s new national security adviser, Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster” while another senior administration official said Mr. Trump “signed off on all the changes.”

Bannon said in a statement: “Susan Rice operationalized the NSC during the last administration. I was put on to ensure that it was de-operationalized. General McMaster has returned the NSC to its proper function.”

Additionally, the Joint Chiefs chairman and intelligence director are having their roles on the principals committee restored, the report said.

Bloomberg adds that Susan Rice’s successor, National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster, was given responsibility for setting the agenda for meetings of the NSC or the Homeland Security Council, and was authorized to delegate that authority to Bossert, at his discretion, according to the filing.

A White House official said that Bannon was placed on the committee in part to monitor Trump’s first national security adviser, Michael Flynn, and attended just one meeting. He’s no longer needed with McMaster in charge of the council, the official said.

“Steve was put there as a check on [Mike] Flynn,” a second official told the WSJ, referring to the former national security adviser who was forced to resign in February over undisclosed contacts with Russia. With Gen. McMaster now in charge, “there was no longer a need [for Bannon] because they share the same views,” the official said. “The idea initially was to make sure Flynn implemented the vision they had talked about,” the official said.

Said otherwise, perhaps Bannon – and Trump – simply saw no need him being on the committee any longer with Flynn gone; alternatively this could merely be spin.

The memorandum also makes the director of the Central Intelligence Agency a permanent member of the principals committee and restores the chairman of the U.S. military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Director of National Intelligence as permanent members after they were initially downgraded from that status.

As a reminder, back in January, in the first of many unexpected shakeups, Bannon was elevated to a position on the NSC principals committee. The move drew criticism from some members of Congress and Washington’s foreign policy establishment. Republicans and Democrats questioned whether Mr. Bannon’s addition would politicize the White House’s national-security decisions.

The WSJ adds that White House officials had said if Mr. McMaster wanted to change Mr. Bannon’s status, he had the authority to do so. The senior administration official said Mr. Bannon had worked with Mr. McMaster to implement changes in the NSC, and now that they were well underway, he could step aside.

The regulatory filing showing all the changes at the NSC is presented below:

BRICS to further space science cooperation

Both China and India have ambitious space programs in place, while Russia continues to run the world’s only reliable “space taxi” after the US retired its space shuttles in 2011 [Xinhua]

BRICS countries are looking to build space science cooperation as the bloc seeks a bigger share of the $300 billion global space industry.

“BRICS countries constellation is only the beginning. That’s the foundation of cooperation that we established mechanism. In the future we want to expand to space science mission, to telecommunication and even navigation system cooperation,” Yulong Tian, China’s National Space Administration Secretary General, told Russian agency Sputnik on Wednesday.

BRICS countries are aiming to set up a joint grouping of space satellites for remote sensing of Earth, Igor Komarov, the head of the Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos), said in November.

Russia will host heads of space agencies of BRICS member states in the coming months.

Both China and India have ambitious space programs in place, while Russia continues to run the world’s only reliable “space taxi” after the US retired its space shuttles in 2011.

The United States is dependent on Russia’s propellant module to keep the International Space Station in orbit.

International Space Station is a $100 billion science and engineering laboratory, orbiting 250 miles (400 km) above Earth. The US uses Russian spacecraft Soyuz to ferry American astronauts to and from this space station.

By 2018, NASA and its partners will have to pay Russia roughly $81 million per person to ride a Soyuz to the ISS and back again, according to a Business Insider report.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for the country to establish itself as a space power.

The US Congress has banned NASA from engaging in cooperation with its Chinese counterpart due to security concerns.

China in 2003 became the third country to put a man in space with its own rocket after the former Soviet Union and the United States.

China’s latest manned space mission is due in October and is aiming for a manned moon landing by 2036.

In late 2013 completed the first lunar “soft landing” since 1976 with the Chang’e-3 craft and its Jade Rabbit rover.

Neighbour India successfully launched 104 satellites in a single mission in February, setting what its space agency says is a world record of launching the most satellites at one go.

Girl’s Ovaries Destroyed By Gardasil: Merck Did Not Research Effects of Vaccine On Female Reproduction

“When one looks at the independent literature, so, studies which are not sponsored by the vaccine manufactures . .  with relation to Gardasil, there have been several reports documenting multiple sclerosis and encephalitis, which is brain inflammation, in girls who have received their Gardasil vaccine. So, just because a study sponsored by the manufactures does not identify problems with the vaccine, does not necessarily mean that the vaccine is safe. In fact if one looks at the manufacturer studies, they’re often not designed to detect serious adverse events.” (source)

The quote above comes from Dr. Lucija Tomlinjenovic, a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of British Colombia. She’s published many papers on the efficacy and safety of HPV vaccines.

It’s a great quote to start this article with, because multiple studies have identified the fact that the studies used to approve this vaccine do not look for serious adverse effects. As a result, many young women have experienced drastic and debilitating changes after receiving the HPV vaccine. In rare cases it has even caused death.

Watch: The Truth About Vaccines docu-series

One example comes from a study published in the British Medical Journal titled “Premature ovarian failure 3 years after menarche in a 16-year-old girl following human papillomavirus vaccination.” The study highlights an obvious fact, that “preservation of reproductive health is a primary concern in the recipient target group.” It is therefore ironic that the demonstration of ongoing and uncompromised safety for the ovary is, as the study points out, an “urgently required” need. You would think that the vaccine manufactures would look into this before approving it as completely safe. The abstract concludes by stating that “this matter needs to be resolved for the purposes of population health and public vaccine confidence.”

The main case in this study determined that, prior to the shots, the girl had healthy ovaries, and that there were no other identified factors besides Gardasil that could have been involved in her sudden sickness.

Another study conducted two years later by the same author documents three young women who developed premature ovarian insufficiency following quadrivalent human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination presented to a general practitioner in rural New South Wales, Australia.

The study points out how “further studies are required to make any claims of ovary complications. Principles of informed consent, population health, and vaccine confidence require careful, rigorous and independent research to establish ovarian safety following HPV vaccination.”

This information alone warrants further studies, and this is exactly what the corporation avoids. They do not want to look for or conduct studies that link the HPV vaccine to such a major issue like ovarian failure, no matter how rare it is. It really puts into question whether or not it’s even worth vaccinating your child with the HPV vaccine.
Adverse effects have been reported around the world, and they are, according to many experts, like Dr. Diane Harper (more info below), far more common than what we are made to believe through the literature.
As a result of all these complications and reports of young girls who’ve had their lives destroyed, the American College of Paediatrics put out a statement regarding the matter last year:
It has recently come to the attention of the College that one of the recommended vaccines could possibly be associated with the very rare but serious condition of premature ovarian failure (POF), also known as premature menopause. There have been two case report series (3 cases each) published since 2013 in which post-menarcheal adolescent girls developed laboratory documented POF within weeks to several years of receiving Gardasil, a four-strain human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV4).
The document pointed out something that should have been addressed before this vaccine was administered en masse. Firstly, long term ovarian function was not assessed in either the original rat safety studies or the human vaccine trials. Secondly, most primary care physicians remain unaware of a possible association between HPV4 and POF and may not consider reporting POF cases or prolonged missing menstrual periods to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Thirdly, potential mechanisms of action have been postulated based on autoimmune associations with the aluminum adjuvant used and previously documented ovarian toxicity in rats from another component, polysorbate 80. Lastly, it emphasized that, since licensure of Gardasil in 2006, there have been about 213 VAERS reports involving amenorrhea, POF or premature menopause, 88% of which have been associated with Gardasil. (source)
Another study published in the journal Pediatrics found that many paediatricians don’t strongly recommend the HPV vaccine. It found that a large percentage of paediatricians and family doctors — nearly one third of those surveyed — are not strongly recommending the HPV vaccine to parents and preteens, which is why, as illustrated by the study, HPV vaccination rates continue to drop.

Prior to this, another study was published in the journal Cancer Epidemiolog in 2015. Written by Melissa B. Gilkey, an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School, the study was designed to assess how physicians recommend the HPV vaccine. The authors were surprised to find that “physicians so often reported recommending HPV vaccination inconsistently, behind schedule, or without urgency. Of the five communication practices we assessed, about half of physicians reported two or more practices that likely discourage timely HPV vaccination.” (source)

This study found that 27% of physicians across the United States do not strongly endorse HPV vaccination, and 26% do not give the vaccinations to girls on time as recommended. Approximately 59% of physicians recommended it for adolescents.

Below is a clip from the recently released film Vaxxed of a boy named Colton and his mother Kathleen, who share his story of vaccine injury following the Gardasil vaccine with the Vaxxed team in Oren. I hope it will spark more questions and dialogue within the mainstream medical community.

So, Is It Worth the Risk? Is There Any Point Vaccinating Your Child With the HPV Gardasil Vaccine?

I recently published an article featuring an interview with Dr. Diane Harper, Chair of the Department of Family and Geriatric Medicine at the University of Louisville.[3] She taught from 2009 to 2013 at the University of Missouri Kansas City‘s Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics and held a clinical, teaching, and research post at Dartmouth Medical School from 1996 to 2009.

She is one of a mere handful of experts on the human papillomavirus (HPV) and one of the leading researchers in biomedical science. She has spent her life studying vaccines; she was the principle (lead) investigator of both HPV vaccines — Gardasil manufactured by Merck, Cervarix manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline — and has published the sentinel reports about the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine in The Lancet and The New England Journal of Medicine. She designed the clinical trials for the corporations.

As one of the few people and experts involved in putting this vaccine out, Dr. Harper did something very brave, publicly countering the disinformation that was put forth by the corporation and its paid medical personnel and telling CBS news that, for the Gardasil vaccine, the “benefit is nothing,” and it will have no significant effect upon the rate of cancer in the USA.

Why? Because of all the women who get an HPV infection, approximately 70% of them will clear that infection all by themselves in the first year. You don’t even have to detect it or treat it. Within two years, approximately 90% of those women will clear it all by themselves. By three years, 10% of that original group of women left will still have an HPV infection, and 5% of this 10% will have progressed into a pre-cancerous lesion. So, “now you have that small group of women who have pre-cancerous lesions and now let’s look at that moving into invasive carcinoma. What we know then is that amongst women with. . . [pre-cancerous] lesions. . . it takes five years for about 20% of them to become invasive carcinomas. That’s a pretty slow process. It takes about thirty years for 40% of them to become invasive cervical carcinomas.” (source)

This begs the question, why do nine-year old girls need vaccinations for symptomless venereal diseases that their immune systems kill anyway?

As the video above illustrates, it has never been shown to protect against actual cervical cancer.

“It is a vaccine that’s been highly marketed, the benefits are over-hyped, and the dangers are underestimated.”

– Dr. Chris Shaw, Professor at the University of British Columbia, in the department of Neuroscience, Ophthalmology, and Visual Sciences (taken from the One More Girl documentary)

You can view the full interview HERE, as she documents how big pharma, in collusion with the government, approved and fast tracked the vaccine before appropriate scientific approval. She also documents how it doesn’t protect against cancer at all, as the corporation claims. It’s very informative and deals with issues the general public is not aware of.

I should also add, it’s important to recognize that Gardasil contains more aluminum that most vaccines. You can read more about that in the article linked below:

The Effect of Aluminum on Humans In Vaccines

Germany Approves Bill Curbing Online Hate Crime, Fake News

By Kirsten Grieshaber | 5 April 2017

YAHOO (AP) — Germany’s Cabinet on Wednesday approved a new bill that punishes social networking sites if they fail to swiftly remove illegal content such as hate speech or defamatory fake news.

Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Cabinet agreed on rules that would impose fines of up to 50 million euros (53.4 million dollars) on Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms.

German Justice Minister Heiko Maas said that the companies offering such online platforms are responsible for removing hateful content. He said the new bill would not restrict the freedom of expression, but intervene only when criminal hatred or intentionally false news are posted.

Germany poses a particular problem for U.S.-owned social networking sites accustomed to American standards of free speech. Due to its Nazi past, Germany bans public Holocaust denial and any overt promotion of racism. The issue has come to the fore amid the recent influx of migrants to Germany, which has sparked a backlash among some Germans including a rise in online vitriol. […]

Moms Exposed To Monsanto Weed Killer Means Bad Outcomes For Babies

Researchers tested and tracked 69 expectant mothers.

By Carey Gillam | 4 April 2017

HUFFINGTON POST — Concerns about the world’s most widely used herbicide are taking a new twist as researchers unveil data that indicates pervasive use of Monsanto Co.’s weed killer could be linked to pregnancy problems.

Researchers looking at exposure to the herbicide known as glyphosate, the key ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup-branded herbicides, said they tested and tracked 69 expectant mothers and found that the presence of glyphosate levels in their bodily fluids correlated with unfavorable birth outcomes. The research is still in preliminary stages and the sample size is small, but the team is scheduled to present their findings on Thursday at a conference put on by the Children’s Environmental Health Network (CEHN) in Washington, D.C.

“This is a huge issue,” said Paul Winchester, medical director of the neonatal intensive care unit at the Franciscan St. Francis Health system and professor of clinical pediatrics at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana. He said this is the first U.S. study to demonstrate glyphosate is present in pregnant women. “Everyone should be concerned about this.”

Glyphosate is a popular agricultural pesticide, used widely in farming operations around the world. It’s commonly sprayed directly on many food crops and those used for livestock feed. But it has become the subject of hot debate over the last few years because of research that links the herbicide to types of cancer and other health ailments. Monsanto is being sued by hundreds of people who claim they or their loved ones developed non-Hodgkin lymphoma because of exposure to glyphosate-based Roundup. Monsanto, the EPA and other regulatory bodies, say evidence of carcinogenicity is lacking and the chemical is among the safest of all pesticides used in food production. But documents discovered in the course of the litigation indicate the company may have manipulated scientific research to hide evidence of harm. […]

Incredibly disturbing animation reveals how vaccines are really made… WARNING: this will turn your stomach

(Natural News) Isn’t it interesting how so many people scrutinize the ingredients in the groceries they buy, yet they allow themselves to be injected with vaccines without having any clue what ingredients they contain? Vaccines are deliberately made with all sorts of bizarre ingredients, the CDC confirms. These ingredients include toxic heavy metals, animal blood…
